I have earned a 9-month complimentary subscription to Adobe XD from a learning program. I already had an adobe creative cloud so I updated everything and installed Adobe XD using that account.After instaling, the program didn't open. Am I missing any step? What can I do to resolve this situation?Thanks for your attention to this.

I know, this question/request might sound strange but there is a reason which I explain a bit further below. So the question: can I install and run the free version of XD on a computer on which a full license of CC (including the option to install XD) is running? Or will the installer always install it with my full license?Reason/background: I have been asked to give someone some lessons in XD and this person uses the free version. He is worried that my full version has functions that the free version doesn't have, which could affect the teaching.Of course a related question could be: are there any other functions beside sthe sharing functions the free version is limited in (because if not the above worry might have no grounds anyway). I do not know enough about the free version (I didn't even know it exists before I had been approached for teaching) to see if there might be an issue to work parallel if one person uses the free one and one the paid one.Thanks

Im trying to bring in a vector logo that is made of many grouped pieces. It comes in fine as an SVG.Problem is, when I go to resize the group, the separate elements scale individually and not as a whole.How can I fix this?Can I lock their relationship to each other or does the vector art need to be prepared differently before being brought into XD?Original:Scaling that isnt working. (Its scaling the Group box. Not the elements inside.)

 Hello! When I try to start a new document or open a working file, this is all I am getting.It's basically blank and most all options are grayed out. Then the only way to exit the program is to force quit. I have logged out, re-installed, retarted my computer. Nothing is working. Please advise!

Adobe made chances on the business accounts and now I have to migrate all my projects from a "personal account" (that will expire in 60 days), to the business account.Problem: YOU CANNOT move, download, migrate your files in bulk. You can't even download the folder you create for your files!Adobe's recommendation is to download the files, and then upload them after logging in to your other account.This needs to be done ONE file at a time.This is one of the most backwards, non-user-friendly decisions Adobe has made.Why would you choose to break something that is working OK?I need a workaround to move 80+ projects (each with multiple files) from a personal account to the business account, that doesn't imply losing 2 working days migrating files thanks to your idiotic decisions.

I think my Xd file is to big. I got 6 other pages linked to the page... Good this be it? how to solve it? anyone pleas help me i got exams comming up and i need to fix this before...

Hello,When I create an image the X and Y axis are correct.  But when I export an image in PNG format the X and/or Y axis changes slightly ( 1-10 pixels).  What could be doing that?

I've downloaded some fonts in creative cloud, or activated them rather. But they're not showing up in XD. after restarting the program some went through but now I'm trying to add more fonts (the rest of the family) and they are not showing up in XD. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Note: I have tried closing XD and deactivating/reactivating fonts. Does not work consistently. Thank you. 

Hello - is there a way to copy a component from one XD file to another and retain states in the new version?Currently when I paste into the new XD file only the default state it shown. The "make local component" option is no longer available. I need to make a new XD file because the performance on existing one is slowing down due to number of artboards.  Thanks!

i am working on app based on fitness, and tried applying glass effect within it, the effect works perfectly on the artboard, but when i switch to preview mode/share the document/ view on my mobile xd app the effect seems to be not working. this is how it looks on the artboard    and this is how it apperas on the preview mode and xd mobile app.     xd version as of 10/03/2022am working on intel macbook pro, running Big Sur OS version 11.6(pls dont tell me to upgrade my macos to montrey cus its all buggy&#x1f605). Kindly help

I noticed after the 49 update that the colour picker selector has turned really dark.Anyone else facing the same issue? The horizontal top line is very dark, but the colour code and HSB levels seems to be correct.Example screenshot:

Hi, I had a sudden internet outage last night when having an XD file open in the background. As a result, my entire file has seemed to have disappeared?! There were no unsaved changes but after my internet came back up, the file can no longer be opened - I just get stuck on a loading bar - however, a prior developer export (linked) seems to still be accessible.    Can someone help me understand what happened, and more importantly tell me if I can use the link to recreate the XD file?   Thanks in advance.   {Renamed By MOD}

I am not able to copy paste betwen files. I will like to copy from a local file and paste it to a cloud layout. Should I uninstall and reinstall XD? I have rebooted multiple times and tried to troubleshoot but still happening.

I need the version 45.1.62.3. Is there any way to install this version. I need it as my team members are creating files in that version. Which I can not open using 47 version, nor the 45.0 version. Any help would be appreciated .

Hi I am trying to create a hover effect using an ellipse. The ellipse shape has a square border around it, so when I am trying to hover over the ellipse as soon as I get to the square borders the hover effect will be triggered although I am not even touching the ellipse. Is there any solution to this problem? 

HiDownload the XD 49.0.12 update.And now I can not see a creation in a chrome-plated browser or any browser, gets an error message (see attached image). I was using XD and adding colors to the document assets and it stopped letting me add any more to it. Is there a hard limit on assets you can have and if there isn't why will it no longer let me add more colors?As you can see from the image the plus button is greyed out and will no longer let me click it.
