While I am creating link it shows error: "Nous ne pouvons pas créer ce lien, car votre espace de stockage est saturé. Sur le web, allez dans Publié pour supprimer quelques liens afin de libérer de l’espace.! "But my space is basically nothing. Please help me!   

I have this weird thing going on with my background color. I have drawn a background with the rectangel tool and added the color ##F1F0ED. Opacity level is 100% both in color and layer. Blend mode is Normal. The artboards in my design all have the color #FFFFFF, in other words they are all white. When viewed in design specs my whole background looks like this. See attached sample. It looks like a pattern of some sort but it has NOTHING to do with my background color, it gets even weirder when it appears correct on one machine but not another. Both machines are running latest W10 Pro. I even sendt the link to other people outside my LAN and they also got this pattern result instead of the actual color. When I view the shared prototype and spec file on my 4K laptop I get this artifact result but when I view it on my 2560 x 1440 monitor it looks correct. Hi, I have an issue with prototype views in Chrome and Edge Chromium.When I share a design, it looks bugged or messy, with white backgrounds with a noisy pattern or completely gray. Here's an example:Also, as you can see, there are scroll bars in the view, which I don't know why appeared.That's happening when I view it at 100% scale in the Prototype link.However, if I change the scale at 99%, everything looks as intended.Has anyone had this issue? It's annoying because I can't embed my prototypes for feedback since embeds don't have zoom, and it's also a waste of time to check the link only to zoom it at 99% to interact properly with the prototype.I'd appreciate any kind of help on this.Thank you

Whenever I try to share my prototype link with my. boss, it's not showing up properly. First image is how it's showing up in share link. Second image is how it's supposed to look.

I'm design a mobile app, and I'd like to know how to create a state change for a button by tapping (changing colors to indicate it's been activated) and with this same tapping action go to anothere artboard.for example: LOGIN BUTTON inactive > tap action > LOGIN BUTTON changes color > go to LOGIN page thanks!

Hi,I have an artboard with a modal popup.  I use the overlay to show this pop which works very nicely. There is a second modal that I wish to display after the first depending on the end users action.  I would like to overlay this modal exactly the same as the first.  Is this possible? I did try to move the overlay wireframe to the artboard containing the content I wish to have appear in the background (same as first), but XD won't let me move the overlay wireframe off of the current artboard (which has the first modal). Worst case, I copy the content I want in the background, but I would prefer not to do this.Thank you.

Hi! I'm the owner of the document and when I create a link, I can't see the prototype, but other people can and I don't know how to fix it. I keep getting this message: "An error has occurred. Try accessing the link again or, if the error persists, report it here." 

Hi,I have a "Back to Top" button in my footer component that should redirect to the top of the page header component. Can the components, in this case, that XD maintains/store the prototype link as well?  It seems as though I need to manually create this prototype link on each page from the testing I have done, but I hope I'm wrong. Thank you.   

I would like to have a landing page with a short video of 4s and then an time transition with a delay of 5s from the first page to the second. (The second page is the same as the first but has the last frame of that video, to give the feeling that the video stops and keeps in that frame). The idea is, entering the home page, the video plays automatically, and then stops at the last frame and keeps it as an image. Does anyone know if you can do this?

Has this features changed in functionality? I cannot get it to work for me anymore. I create a component and repeat it vertically 10 times. I select all items and want to create a vertical stack. But I can only do that from a group. So I make a group of all those elements. Then I check the vertical stack checkbox, but this creates a NEW group with all those elements already in it. So essentially I am NOT able to create a stack with the actual elements that I want to stack, because Adobe adds a new group each time. Super annoying. Check out the video i attached to see the problem.  And ALSO, if I do manage to get it to work (sometimes it does work if you work from scratch) you have stacks and you have components states. Like an accordeon for example that folds open. You would expect in the prototype mode, that this would also push the other stack elements down. But it doesn't. So then what is the point of this feature?  Hope someone can help me clear this up if

We have a library of components shared with thee whole team.1. Someone takes a component (let's assume it's a button) from the library, and puts them on their project.2. The label of the button and it's width are then changed to match the certain screen.3. The project is then shared with another team member via cloud coworking4. The second team member opens the project, and copies the modified button and pastes it on their own project. The button is then reset to the default state found in the library (size, label). This issue challenges the idea of shared component library. Can you please fix this?

Hi Friends, I am trying to create a simple Tooltip that appears when the end user hovers over a question-mark icon providing text in my prototype.  I have tried two approaches - neither successful: 1.  I tried adding the tooltip text to the Hover State.  Fail.2.  Tried linking to another artboard with the "Overlay" action.  This feature is beautiful, but is no hover trigger. Any help would be appreciated - thank you.  

I am using a Business Account which ends at 29/11/21. Since yesterday i am opening my XD and i cannot any more links neither can i update existing ones.It says that i need to upgrade my plan. So frustrating. Do you know what could have happened? I contacted my administraton who send me the end date , and i still can use it untill the 29th. Can anyone help?Thank you

I have a big problem in Adobe XD ,, I have a paid version of it but it makes a lot of crashes every moment. I became not able to work on this platform. I can't complete 5 min without crashing. Can I find a solution?!

Hi all, I'm not usually one for posting on community forums of any type and not a social media user in general. I've been an advocate for Adobe products for 20+ years, and regularly use Adobe XD, Photoshop, Animate and Premier on a daily basis.I recently found lagging / perfromance issues with Adobe XD and jumped on the forum to see if there were any fixes. Adobe staff seemed to be really responsive and well mannered, however many of them asking for screenshots of XD versions, memore consumption and operating systems.Now i've been working in software development over 20 years. I'm aware that times change, products change, and technology changes, but generally the fundamentals are exactly the same.What I fundamentally noticed though with the responses in the forums are 'When did Adobe's Customers become their QA staff' and why the hell are Adobe's Development and QA Teams not catching fundamental problems before releasing updates? Fix for missing font error  for Open sans semiboldThe font is loaded in adobe fonts but XD doesn't see it? I don't understand this.The replace font window disappears when I try to change the font.Tried closing XD restarting computer no luck.  Please share a fix

I uplaoded (shared) a prototype. It gives me the link. I go to link, and it acts like it's goinf to display, but never does. All the screen controls are there. The grid view doesn't laod. When I slect the upper left YOUR WORK button, it shows a thumnail of the first screen and it seems to be there.This is the first time I have had this happen. The only difference in this file from all my others is setting up a side scroll UI element.Anyone have this issue?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi, I recently became very interested in Adobe Xd and I just discovered this problem. Mine does not have the bar at the top of the page with the File, Edit, Object View, etc.... This is annoying and is very hard to work without. It is also hard to work with tutorials on projects. I noticed this in a youtube video on how to do something. So, first of all, I'm new to Adobe XD, I've always used Figma. The thing is I'm doing this iPhone app prototype and I'm using SF fonts. SF font by itself works fine, both in desktop and in the prototype. The problem is when using SF Symbols, wich I believe is some sort of new font/program Apple released recently (not sure tho). So this font doesn't appear in fonts lists in any program, not even Apple one's like Pages or Keynote. For using these symbols you have to go to this program called SF Symbols, look for the one you need, copy it and paste it as text in the program you're working, Adobe XD in this case. Now, the problem is XD seems to recognize the symbols when working in the desktop program but when testing the prototype on my phone there are [?] errors where symbols should be. For testing it I used Adobe XD app and select the project from the cloud, don't know if there's another way. I attached some screenshots where you can see what I'm talking about. 

hi guys! i just inslalled Adobe XD and i im trying to export my file into a PDF...but i'm missing the burger menu from the left corner . I've unistalled and installed the app , restared my Mac ...and it's still the same. Am I missing something ? Please help! ( im using a macbook air and everything was updated )

Hi,Apologies if I am missing the abvious.I am merging two different prototypes into a single XD file.  In copying artboards (some include components) from one XD file into the other I think I have broken some of the components (a red icon link? icon appears in the top right corner).  I did this using simple copy & paste.  Is there a different approach I should be taking to avoid breaking the components?  I did "make local component" and the red icon went away, but I truly don't understand what happened. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
