We have Adobe Connect version 9 and Storyline 360. I cannot publish a Storyline 360 file to Adobe Connect. I have published the file with html5 and scorm 1.2 settings (I tried others as well to no avail.). I have followed the instructions to rename the file to index.html. When I upload the zip file as content into Adobe Connect, all I get is a blank screen when I run it. What I need to know is whether I need to upgrade to a later version of Adobe Connect for this to work, and if so, what version? I can publish a Storyline 2 file to Adobe Connect 9 with no problem. The issue arises when I try to publish a similar file from Storyline 360.
I'm running the latest version, in Standard mode. I can't share a PDF. I've tried dragging and dropping and loading from files. It says the selected document could not be retrieved, try uploading the document again. I've read some others having a similar issue, is this a known issue?
Is anyone else having trouble downloading Adobe Connect apps from the app store? (Countdown Timer, Doorbell, etc.) https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/apps/countdown-timer.html. I've clicked download several times and it does nothing.
I am working for an MNC and all our internal recordings or knowledge transfer is done in Adobe connect. I have joined to the team recently and was asked to go through the adobe connect recordings which were recorded earlier to gain insight about the application I am supposed to work on. I did try to install different versions of Adobe Connect but I am not able to view video of the recordings. I can only hear to audio. I couldnt see the video which was recorded initially when the meeting was run by the host. My team members can access it and view what was being shared. Can you please help me with what could have gone wrong.
Here's a question for the community to do with PPT slides not translating quite right when uploaded in Adobe. Very often when I creat a PPT slide, there are one or two slides where the text looks great in PPT, but when it's uploaded inot Adobe Connect, the text wraps around to the next line. A. I wish this didn't happen, but... However, in the interrim, I've found that making sure that the text box that contains the text is large enough. Some problems occur when the text box is too small. I've also seen the problem with rotated text (like when a text box is rotated 45 degrees), and also with some builds. I'm pretty sure these are known issues. Does anybody know if there are any particular issues with certain fonts? I'm trying to figure out a comprehensive solution (other than just screen sharing) to make PPT rendering go easier. Thank you.

Im Adobe Connect Webinar-Video werden diese Einstellungen leider nicht übernommen.Ich habe es auch mit der älteren Software „Logitech Kameraeinstellungen“ versucht. Hier werden mir die Änderungen im Bildausschnitt, Zoom nicht angezeigt.In Adobe Connect Webinar selbst gibt es keine Einstellungen.Was kann ich tun, um den Bildausschnitt und Zoom in Adobe Connect selbst zu bestimmen?Ich bitte um Hilfe. Hello,Does anyone know if Adobe plans to setup Caption Colorado for the federal government to use with the native cc? We switched to standard view in the app and browser, but we can't setup the cc in the pod anymore in standard view, so I had to switch us back to classic for now. Thank you!

Everytime I downloaded ''Error: download unsuccessful. An error occured while downloading Adobe connect for computer. Communicate with your administration''. For 32 bit computers it is really hard to install adobe. I tried to download 32 bit version nbut it is not enough.My laptop is 32 bit and I need a standalone installer for 32 bit (windows). Unfortunately, there is no standalone installer for 32 bit computers in anywhere.
I hope this isn't too off topic. I have the Adobe Connect Events module. Hardly ever use it. I tried to create an on-demand event to allow participants to watch an MP4 video that I uploaded. All that works fine. However, I'd like to prevent participants from being able to dowload the MP4. It seems counter-intuative to have an event that requires registration and then allow everybody to download and keep a file. I don't see a normal toggle to allow/disallow downloads.
Hi there,I just updated to Adobe Connect 11.2 this morning runing iOS 10.13.6 and now I am unable to join meetings. I was able to get it but would loose connectivity and then be booted, but would automatically rejoin. That happened a couple times, then it stopped rejoining and ended up loading to a blank white screen after the moderator admitted me into the meeting. I have been on the phone with Adobe for over 1.5 hours and they are not answering. My next meeting is in a couple hours and I am hoping you all can help me since there does not seem to be support from Adobe. I have: delteded and reinstalled the App, restarted the computer, emptied Cache, tried a different broweser and all results are the same.
Prepare the meeting room desktop application freezes and hangs endlessly. It started happening since applying the latest update to Adobe Connect application.
Hi Guys.As the title implies, after I install Adobe Connect 10.6 on Windows Server 2016 successfully, I can't login Adobe Connect Central Login even once, although I have access to the console. I'm sure that I enter username & password correctly.Does anybody have an idea? Anycomments would be appreciated.
I have a presentation I created with Adobe Presenter that includes a quiz. After the user completes the quiz, the score is displayed along with the appropriate results message (passed or failed). The presentation is scoring correctly and displaying the correct message, however the text is so small it's pretty much illegible. I checked my PPT slide, and the score text on the slide is the same font and size as the label text (i.e. "Your Score). I can't figure out why it's displaying like this. Can anyone advise?
Hello Again, When editing Connect recordings is there any way to make the clipping triangles more percise? Currently, I only know how to drag them and it always skips by more time then I would like. This has made even the most minor of edits quite difficult. I am using version 11 of Adobe Connect. Looking at older versins it appears that you could double click the triangles to jump them to the current position the video was playing at but this feature does not appear to be active on the current version. Is there anythign I should know that could help me edit my recordings better? Thank you! This community has helped me so much!! 🙂

I'm having issues uploading files to my Adobe Connect site. It will let me create new folders, but when I go to upload it says: You don't have permission. Please contact account administrator". Our local IT team can't assist, so I am at a loss here.
I have scheduled an Adobe Connect Event and want to send an email notice to my presenters only. However, when I customize my email to send, I am unable to select presenters only. I see options in the dropdown for All invited users, all approved users, all registered users, all event attendees, or all absentee users. How or where do I go to select my presenters only for an email notification?
I've downloaded the desktop app but when I click to start a meeting it doesnt go anywhere it just hangs at preparing the room. Is there somethin else I need to do or a setting that I need to enable?
- Using a hosted account, we are unable to view/download recordings that are older than 8 years old. (Why we have recordings that old is another discussion altogether.)- Has anyone been able to view/access older recordings since the transition to Connect 11.x?
Downloaded Abobe 11.1, worked fine to start of with. As soon as my One Drive unfroze, it now only reads Adobe unable to open narration in this presentation. I have tried reinstalling, setting up new accounts everything.
Since the rollout of Adobe 11, when users try to log on to a meeting room, they end up stuck for up to 10 minutes at a time on the "Preparing the Room" page. The workaround was to close the window and relaunch the URL, but that is not the case anymore. Seems like the solution is to wait it out and hope that you'll eventually get in. Today, we had a surge in call volume and had about 30 calls in queue of users reporting they were stuck. The most we've seen thus far. Anyone else experince this issue and see a surge in cases today?
We just completed a webinar with 375 participants. There were no audio issues, connection, or video issues that were apparent from a host perspective. Now, in attempting to edit the recording, there are audio gaps and the video is not synced to the audio. This is a huge issue as it is a recording that needs to be shared with a much larger community. We have experienced an increased number of audio issues and other access issues with presenters using a Mac since the new Adobe Connect 11.0 and 11.2 has been released. Does anyone have any ideas? Although I have not posted in the Forum, we have hosted over 120 data discovery and data access webinars since the end of May 2013. Thank you!
