Good day, I've uploaded a music file to the webinar room, and it plays perfectly through the computer speakers.  However, I would like for it to play through the audio bridge so that folks that are on the conference line but not listening on their computers speakers will be able to hear the music, i.e., make the audio bridge two-way?  Is this possible?Thank you

I've got the 11.9.98 version of the add in, and am on a Mac running OS 10.13.4I used to be able to coax the mini control panel by selecting the Connect icon in my dock, but that seems not to work anymore.How can I view my Connect mini control panel or my Connect window (so I can see comments) while I share screen?-Matt

Is it possible to edit the message?I found this screenshot but it's from 2012 and I am not sure if it's still up to date: What message does the user see when they attempt to enter a meeting room that has reached quota? We have a full license for Connect and regularly hold webinars with 300+ attendees.  Occasionally, we run into a problem where a webinar only allows 10 attendees and rejects everyone else.  Why does this happen.

We are trying to identify a way to share screen an IPad app in Adobe Connect.  The Adobe Connect app on the IPad does not allow for screen share.  3rd party apps I've been able to find can make an IPad a screen extension (i.e. a secondary monitor) but does not allow you to activate the apps on the IPad into the classroom.  Anyone have a suggestion or have seen this done successfully before?  Thanks!

Some of my costumers are having problems with the android app, so i tested it and i'm having problem with it too, i can log in on the meeting but on our "lobby" layout we have music playing, and as soon as i tap the music pod to listen to the music my app crashes, and if someone activates the camera the app crashes too.I have the latest version of the app, the 2.6.5, on an Asus Live phone (ASUS_Z00YD) with android 5.1, our Adobe Connect meeting is on version 9.7.5.Any ideas of what is going on with the android app?

Hi all,I have investigated everything I can think of, and cannot come up with an in-application solution to our problem within our Hosted Adobe Connect account. I am hoping that your big brains might have a solution.We have built Events in order to track registration and attendance (access) for our On-demand training content. We'd like to have Adobe Connect automatically generate and send an email to a user immediately after they attend the On-Demand Event for the first time. As we try to customize the E-mail options for the "Send participants a thank you after event", we see that we can either choose "Specific Date and Time" or "Relative to the time of event". Since it's a continuing training offering, we have the Event End Time: set to years in the future. This means that the "Send participants a thank you after event" will not trigger until years in the future. The same limitations apply to all of the Custom TriggersCan anyone think of a different way to achieve our goal within the

I've seen this from a training providers website. There are others i.e. showing CI status for Photoshop, Captivate etc. This is the first I've seen of CI for "Connect Meetings".I can't seem to find anything about the CI process for Connect... anyone help?Thank you!

Is there a good book for Adobe Connect 9?

I am using the mobile connect app on a Motorola Droid turbo 2. Everytime I connect my microphone in a meeting I lose my audio while using Bluetooth. I understand this is a feature to prevent feedback on the mobile app, but the issue is that it doesn't restore sound when I disconnect the mic. I have to restart the app. This isn't helpful in an interactive meeting. This happens on every Bluetooth device I use. On the PC app, there are options to select different mics, which I had to use on my Windows tablet while using Bluetooth headphones. I had to use the tablet microphone. But on the Android app, I don't see that option. It works fine when I am not using a Bluetooth device, but then I can hear the meeting because I'm in a slightly noisy environment. There issue seems to be with the way the app is using the Bluetooth, it seems to be connecting as a phone call, rather than just using the audio features of the phone. I need help fixing this because I need to be able to interact effective

Hi,I'm trying to set up UV within our Connect account using our company teleconference details (number, delay and DTMF settings) but it refuses to connect either when testing the connection in Adobe Connect Central or within the Meeting itself. This is a hosted (by Adobe) account - are there any further settings that we need to look at?ThanksColin

I have an integrated line setup and I generally have an issue during meetings where the line will disconnect. Does anyone else have this issue or know how I can find what is causing it?

I'm wondering if it's possible for us to insert Javascript into our event template. If it is, how?I've seen one service which does something like this. They even demonstrated how in a video. In the video, we can see that they used the external component. But I don't know how that thing actually works because when I view the source, it is actually an iframe.Anyone have an idea?

All,I am hoping for some guidance from the group. I am admin for hosted Adobe Connect solution, and my meeting hosts have reported that they are missing "Manage Meeting Information" from the Meeting menu in the Connect Application. I can see this option if I log into the same meeting.This option was available as of 3 weeks ago, but has only recently gone missing. We have have been updated to V9.7.5I have had them remove the old application and install a new one clean.Thoughts?

I facilitate breakouts (usually more than 1) during a session in Adobe Connect.  When we transition through slides in the main room, we land on a slide with discussion questions for a breakout.  Participants are moved into the breakout rooms and the rooms layouts are set up in advance.  However, once the breakouts are started, the slide they see is the first slide in the slide deck, not the one we left off on in the main room.  The share pod is the same in the breakouts and the main room as the correct slide deck is up but the slides are not advancing within the breakouts. Currently, I'm having to go into each breakout room and manually advance the slides before I start the breakouts so they are seeing the discussion questions/directions.  This is a fix but is creating more work and forces me to leave the main room which can be an issue if the presenter asks a question or runs into an issue during this time.Is there a way to have the slides linked between the b

In my on premise adobe connect system 9i can view and edit some of the recordings .But some of the recordings can be viewed but cannot be edited.When i try to edit i got the following error.Not Found  The selected resource does not exist.I am the super administrator of the system. and also i have host role in the meeting that i cannot edit.

Hi,I am having a problem when I use my Logitech HD 720p webcam in Adobe Connect. It is coming in as the 4:3 aspect ratio, but it is scrunched up and narrow. When I use the built-in webcam on my Mac, it comes in at 4:3 and perfect quality.I've checked the Logitech software and it broadcasts correctly, whether set to 4:3 or widescreen.I've changed the aspect ratio within Adobe Connect and it hasn't helped a bit.Anyone else had similar problems?

Headset works perfectly with sound from all other applications, even from adobe connect on my iPhone. But when I connect through my macbook and secure the sound settings in OS reflect sound output is to be directed to my qc35, nothing happens - no sound travels to my headset. ( i can quickly turn on iTunes music from my mac which works fine though). Something is wrong somewhere and is seems to not be a user setting as far as I can tell...I see strings around this subject here and there inhere but not answers that works for me. The adobe diagnostics tool that I used to test pre meetings on mac works consistently well as sound is tested to be all in order but as soon as the meeting starts it no longer works. Remember the adobee connect app and same headset works perfectly when I connect to a meeting through my iPhone...for me it "feels like" bug in adobe software but i can't say for sure...Any other tips?Thanks allKR,Klaus

I have two machine with Windows 8.1 with the April update and AdobeConnect is terrible on both.  One is a Dell laptop and the other is a Surface Pro.  I always have one or more of the following problems:Very laggy.  When I switch slides it takes a long time to update on my screen.  It updates instantly on other screens.Chat doesn't updateAdobeConnect crashesScreen share locks and I can't share again until I exit and get back into the sessionI do not have any problems when I use my Windows 7 laptop using the same network cable and the same sessions.  Are there settings or systems in Windows 8.1 that interfere with AdobeConnect?  I have spoken to others who have similar problems.  Any guidance would be very much appreciated.  I have enabled logging and have several trace files which I will gladly forward.
