When using the Connect add-in to share my Mac's screen, it crashes after about 15 minutes. Every time. It seems to be related to having Apple's Keynote app open, but it is hard to pin down. You don't need to be doing anything at the time of the crash — it just happens after about 15 minutes of being open.I'm running macOS Sierra (10.12.2) with the latest add-in. I've tried on both an iMac and a MacBook Pro with the same result.Any thoughts? What info might help?
We recently tested Adobeconnect using from the Japan to Mongolia and we observed 4-6 seconds of lag in voice transmission. During this test there were only two persons doing conference call and exactly same test was performed using Facebook video call and the result was no lag in voice and HD video. But we tested only in Mongolia there was normally. I think that this lag is due to Adobeconnect server's speed or Japanese server's speed. How I know where is located Japanese server? and Which server they are connecting us? I resulted command by "tracert'' to AodobeConnect so the server's located in the Singapure. But I don't know which from server connecting Japanese side? Please help me? Thanks!

When I upload PowerPoint slides into Adobe Connect ... they change and I do not want them to ... VERY frustrating! It does not matter whether I save / upload as .pptx or .ppt ... some of the PowerPoint slides reformat. I am using Ariel throughout ... so that's not it. Each of my first bullets are .31, next indent is .75, next indent is 1.19, and next indent is 1.50. And when I look at my slides ... they are perfect! Yet ... once upload in adobe connect so I can teach off of them ... some of the bullets have moved! Can someone help?
We have a self-hosted Adobe Connect 9.5.7 system and are having problems downloading older recordings (prior to 2012). The make offline option doesn't include the mp4 option and when downloading as an flv file it acts like it is downloading but the flv file does not have video. I don't want to have to zip them all and then reconstruct them. Any suggestions?Thanks
Good afternoon,Having real trouble uploading .mp4 videos to adobe connect. Am uploading to a Pod that is shared with others and we can all hear the video but no video is showing, it is just black. The source video plays fine on my machine so the file is ok - any ideas?
I am having a problem that attendees have registered for an event, but the notification emails which they should receive are being queued in Adobe Connect but not sent.Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Are you aware of what causes it, or if there is a way to force queued emails to be sent?Many thanks,Dave
For reasons unknown on some slides (not all) the formatting of bullet points are showing incorrectly, although everything is okay in the PowerPoint file itself. Does anyone have any advice for us as to why this is happening and how to fix it?
I used my draw tools to draw a rectangular solid and put the opacity tool at 50%. Now my marker is opaque and I do not want it to be. How do I change it back to regular settings?The opacity for the drawing objects is set back at 100, but it does nothing to the marker. I am not sure why the marker changed. I did not change any setting with it.
The connection test at Test Meeting Connection works out fine. For a client I am researching the best way to host paid webinars. Being that I am strongly connected to Adobe, I thought researching how to set up paid Connect sessions would be the first idea to look into.Has anyone had any success setting up paid webinars or talks via Adobe connect? If so how have you managed to make a room or rooms that people can enter only if they have paid?My client is German.... so I am wondering how easy it is to use Adobe Connect in German. Also since some of her clients may not be so technical... would it be easy for them to access Connect and watch._ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _Turns out this is actually good research for me as I thought about creating FREE workshops using Adobe Connect. So this will be good for me to learn.

Hi All, I need some help. When I have a user try to enter a room as a guest *without* a host, they are given the message "This is a private meeting. Your request to enter has been sent to the host. Please wait for a response." I need to change this message -- preferably for EACH meeting. I want it specific to the meeting space itself: For example: "The next session of Webinar title is scheduled for <Date> at <time>. Please come back to this meeting URL at that time." I cannot figure out a way to change this message. Can it be done? I see that the same message is displayed when there is a host in the room and someone tries to enter as a guest. Again, I'd like to customize that message (if they are separate in some way, one message for a hosted room, another for a non-hosted room?) if possible. I know I can create custom messages in the "End Meeting" dialog box; so I'm hoping I can do the same for these "private" meeting messages. Any assistance is greatly appreci
Cannot log on to adobe connect account from my work laptop. Have tried on various browsers - the connection diagnostic for Adobe Connect gives me green ticks across the board. I can log on from other computers. I have tried using IE, Firefox and Chrome - and tried by cleaning cookies and cache. I’m using Windows 7. I’ve also tried a friend’s login from my work computer - also to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.
I have been using Adobe Connect for several years now, but since September of 2016, anytime I try to share a window or app, adobe connect crashes. The weird part is that I can share my desk top with no problem, just issues with window and application. Hi recently purchased an adobe connect account and setup my first meeting. When i enter the meeting, I am listed as a participant, not host, so i am not able to share my screen. When I look at the under "my meetings" i am listed as the host. What am i doing wrong?Thanks!

After trying the trial, I decided to buy my monthly Meeting pack. Once paid, I received the email with user & password. I tried to login but it failed. Then I asked for "forgotten password", using the user that was given to me but it said "user unknown"!How can this be?!I have meetings to prepare for today and there's no support anywhere?! How can this be??
I just purchased Adobe Connect and tried to setup a meeting. I did just that, invited the required users, they signed on, however I had no option to upload content. I was the host in the meeting settings, however when in the actual meeting I was listed as participant (with everyone else). As a result I was not able to upload content and we had to Skype screen share instead. Can someone from Adobe please help me with this? I was a bit surprised that you have no live chat or technical phone support.
