Hi all, Im quite frustrated as Ive cancelled my Adobe Express subscription a few months ago and Im still getting billed every month. I do not have access to any Adobe apps as well. My account will not show me any past invoice or billing history, either. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I am trying to set up a direct deposit with SSI and I don't have a clue what to do. I thought my bank was going to take care of it but that's not looking good either. Please help!

I got my student redemption code, however, after clicking the redeem button and keying in the code it takes me to another page which is temporarily unavailable. It links to customer support but it's hard to get help cause nobody seems to have this problem. Any tips?

Hello:For at least the last three years I have been paying $29.99 per month for my All Apps Creative Cloud Subscription.Suddenly, last month, without any notice (yes, I check my spam folder), my bill increased to $59.99 per month. That's DOUBLE the price!It is impossible to contact Adobe, although the Help Center suggests that it may be the end of a trial period. I do not believe a trial period would have lasted three years.Has anyone else encountered a similar increase, and is the new price really $59.99 per month?Regards,Patrick

Hello. I have been a premium user on Adobe for Android Mobile for a cpl of years. My card expired this month and I forgot to update and my subscription didnt renew. I tried restoring purchase, it said no previous purchase was found? I continued premium plan and now all of my photos are gone? It hasn't even been 2 weeks since it automatically canceled my subscription and I now I don't have access to all my edited photos? 

Hello everyone, I recently started a subscription for Adobe Animate because it was advertised as having a 2-month trial. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the program and decided to cancel it. However, I was surprised to see that Adobe is charging me a cancellation fee. It turns out my plan was set as an annual plan with monthly payments, which I honestly didn’t realize when I signed up. I only wanted to test the software and not commit to a full year.Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there any way to cancel the subscription without paying the penalty fee? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I was just charged by Adobe today after my trial period ended, but the transaction failed because of low balance in my account. How should I resolve this? Should I add funds so Adobe can charge me, and then request a refund? I forgot to cancel my trial subscription, and I’m not interested in continuing it. Will I be eligible for a refund?

Active una prueba para adoba audition e ingresé los  datos de mi tarjeta, probe la aplicacion y resulta que no la usé porque no me gustó. Cuando fui a cancelar la prueba no me dió opcion de cancelarla y me señaló al pasar el tiempo si no se cancelaba dejaria de funcionar y así lo hice.Hoy me llega un correo don de me informa que adobe hicieron el cobro de la suscripción, lo que me parece incorrecto ya que como señalo no hago uso de dicho servicio.Por este motivo solicito que se me realice el reintegro del cobro.Posdata. I am using an account and I'm trying to find out which account is administering my account. We might have two accounts that have separate adobe licenses which I am confused about so I am trying to figure this out.

@ 9/21/2025 7:00 PM EST, the page for "Edit Billing and Payment" is unreachable and the page for "Cancel your plan" is unreachable. I signed up for a Free Trial in July 2025, but when I tried to cancel during the trial period the page was "Unable to load data." I cancelled the credit card, and Adobe can eat sand.

Hello,   I tried to activate the 7-day trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro, but the activation was not successful. You are billing me over R675 per month for stock the past few month but I only did the trail period I do not use uiI also see that you are billing me for 2 different packages of the samething?Can I please get a consultant to contact me before the end of the month!

El producto a veces responde y a veces no a las indicaciones que he encontrado, es frustrante trabajar con un programa en el que no siempre funcionan los comandos de la misma manera. Más allá de esto consegui terminar mi proyecto, y una vez cancelé mi plan mensual se renovó de forma automática. Adobe no da información sobre esta renovacion automatica cuando te suscribes a su plan. Ahora está siendo imposible no solo cancelar el plan (cada vez que lo cancelo me sigue apareciendo que el proximo cobro se realizará el 2 de Octubre), si no que también me niegan la opcion de eliminar mis datos bancarios porque se supone que debo tener acceso a un servicio concreto que ¡oh, casualidad! Hello, how are you? I have a problem with the ONE YEAR PLAN. I subscribed with the 7-day trial, but on the sixth day I could no longer cancel the annual subscription. When I entered the ADOBE website and went to the plans and prices section, and when I clicked, nothing loaded. I have an image that proves it.

I currently use lightroom mobile purchased through Google Play on my Android device. I have reached the 100GB limit and would like to increase storage/updgrade my plan. It seems the only way to do this is cancel my subscription with google and then purchase a new one with Adobe. Has anyone done this before? I'm concerned about what happens to my photos currently in the cloud storage, will i lose access to them? Will they transfer / be accessible again once i re subscribe? Any guidance appreciated!

My CC annual payment will come up again in October, and I just learned of the new Pro vs. Standard situation. My usage:A few desktop apps: Mostly just InDesign, PS, and Acrobat; occasionally Illustrator, Premiere, or AuditionOccasional flurries of Generative Fill or Generative Expand inside PS (mostly when designing a quarterly magazine)I don't need any mobile/cloud stuff - in fact, I wish apps would stop trying to get me to save files in the cloud. I'm old school. So I know I need CC Standard for the apps. Most months I would be fine with 25 Firefly credits, but if I have multiple images for the magazine that need cleanup, I might use up that allotment, since I suspect that trying multiple times to get Generate Fill to give me what I want still counts every time, regardless of whether I merge the new layer or just delete it. The payment was made on August 25, 2025, and I was still using the software on August 29.I am aware that this plan was discontinued for new customers as of January 15, 2025, but Adobe stated that current subscribers would be able to continue as long as the plan remained active.Now, however, I see no active plan in my account, and no billing history either. Today (on September 25, 2025) another payment was made in order, but there is still nothing in the account.Could you please investigate this issue and help restore my subscription (or explain what happened)?Thank you.
