I only planned on using this for about a month and time went on and I completely forgot I didnt cancel the subscription so I was wondering if there's a way I can refund it? 

I currently cannot pay my bill as I was unemployed but I now receive my first paycheque on the 7th. I can pay my full bill then, is that acceptable ? 

Hello I subscribed to single app (In design) and set up admin console by mistake. How do I cancel because I am now charged. But there seem to be no cancel option. thank you. 

Hi there. My student discount had a finished a few months ago and I missed renewing it before the expiry and return to the normal price. I'm currently a postgrad student and am trying to get the student discount back, but the verification keeps failing.

No se puede cancelar la suscripción si falla el método de pago. No quiero poner otro método de pago porque no quiero seguir suscrito a adobe, y si pongo otro metodo se me va a cobrar. La targeta que puse es de prepago y no puedo poner más de lo que cuesta la suscripción porque adobe intenta cobrar automáticamente cada x tiempo. Como puedo cancelar la suscripción sin tener que pagar este último mes ni esperar 30 días?

Hi! Last night, I received a Paypal notification saying that I was charged $29.99 for a subscription plan not present in my Adobe billing history. The item name is CCSN,ALL,MLP,EER01,MUN,001,N/A,1 YR ED E. I do not have other accounts and I'm suspecting that someone used my Paypal for an unauthorized charge. I informed Paypal, but they've determined there was no authorized charge -- given they saw my automatic payments for $19.99. This was different with $29.99 and I already received my $19.99 charge on September 2nd. I tried using the Adobe virtual support, but had no luck finding a contact form. I decided to post here in hopes that a staff member or user can reach out to me with solutions.

If I understand things correctly, you can upgrade individual subscriptions. So if you just have the Photography subscription or just have the Premiere Pro subscription, you can upgrade that into the Creative Cloud subscription.But what if you have both?If I decide to subscribe to both Photography and Premiere Pro, it would be cheaper to buy them seperately as the total would be €36 as opposed to CC's €62. But if I ever decide I need After Effects as well, I would want to cancel both individual subscriptions and instead take Creative Cloud. Would this be possible, or would I have to pay a cancellation fee for one of the two plans? Because the way I see it, if I upgrade Photography into full CC, then I will also still have the individual Premiere Pro subscription running? Despite getting it through CC as well?

Hi everyone. I checked my bank account today and realized that Adobe has been charging me for a subscription that does not exist in my Adobe account. I chatted with someone from the support, but they couldn't find the charges. I checked my emails and it doesn’t say anywhere that I subscribed to anything. Hello! I've been a fan for Adobe since I was a child; I have been coping with problems that have made it difficult to work, or to earn money. Creating art is essentially the way of the future, and digital art does not require the purchase of paints. I am beyond disappointed because I've saved $1500 and went into debt with what little I had to obtain the CS6 suite.I am now on social security, and the only thing I have to do all day is be creative. I've lived off virtually no money—and I mean no money for a long time before I was approved. My CS6 license was the only thing that made is possible for me to remain even remotely connected & to hope to make side money.So, I saved my social security money and bought a new computer because my other one is years old and running out of space. Now my CS6 is unavailable for download and I cannot transfer the applications from the previous computer to this one; they will not run on the new OS.I find it shocking that Adobe has provided countless

I have Acrobat Standard and am automatically billed monthly.  Is there a way to pay yearly? Or is there an equivalent plan/price that I can pay yearly? Thanks!

I recently refunded adobe which worked but when i got the 20 in my bank it took it away again.no active subscription either.very disappointing i want my money back

Hi, I tried the free trial for 7 days but I didn't like the app, i was gonna unsubscribe but I forgot but as soon as i saw it charged me for a year, i unsubscribed to it. I want a refund for this as i dont wanna be charged for something that i dont wanna use ever.

I subscribe to the adobe student adobe plan where all the adobe apps are available, but recently it appeared that the illustrator app is no longer available in my plan.How do I resolve?

I have just tried to cancel my subscription to Indesign and the web site says I have to pay just under £80 (GBP) - around 100USD in early cancellation fees.Why?I have been a customer for many many many years on a monthly subscription and now I have decided to stop doing this kind of work. So why is Adobe trying to screw another chunk of money out of me after all this time?There is no indication that I can see of a start / finish contract that I might be held to and even if there is, after all this time, I don't know why Adobe would not just gracefully say thank you for my custom over the period.Any Adobe staff here that would like to explain what appears to be a naked money grab?

I bought an Adobe card in the U.S with my laptop but when I try to redeem it to my account it says that it's from another country/region; Anyway to fix this so I can redeem it?

Hola, me llegó un correo que el precio de mi renovación anual será por un monto muy superior al plan escogido inicialmente. Al meterme en mi cuenta me sale que mantiene el mismo costo, ahora me crea la duda si cancelo el plan porque no quiero que me carguen mucho más dinero por un plan que en la web me dice que tiene otro costo. Con quién puedo averiguar cuál es el precio real de la renovación del plan. El cambio es de 219.00 a 360.00 por lo cual si es significativo. 

I am so frustrated.  I have been charged 6 months now for something I cancelled right after the free trial.  I have spoked with at least 5 different adobe customer service people and EVERY one of them tells me they have cancelled the membership without adding a fee.  IT IS STILL NOT CANCELLED AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED EVERY MONTH!!!

All of the things that Creative Cloud has promised me is pretty much non-existent. It says that I have to buy Premiere Pro even though I have the subscription for Creative Cloud. Even when I try to buy Premiere Pro it says that I'm trying to buy Creative Cloud AGAIN. I just want to edit my videos the way I have been for the past two years at school.
