I was charged today for services I don't remember accepting. I had only purchased lightroom a couple of days ago, but some other services were charged today. I have already cancelled those services but would like to get a refund, but I can't find how to do that.

One of the problem I found  that, Google was involved in subscribing to Adobe in giving incorrect E-MAIL. My  E-MAIL  should read;  PRIVATE INFORMATION REMOVED FROM PUBLIC FORUM, also unlawfully charging Me rwice  $37.27  after  closing the Account 

  Hi, my account has been suspended because I couldn't pay. I don't want to continue the subscription. I can't afford it and I want it fully cancelled. Please stop the plan so I don’t get charged in future. Thank you. 

Buen día, hace dos semanas solicite acceso al programa de adobe substance designer, donde posteriormente seguiría la serie pasos que se presentaban hasta llegar en donde se muestra en la imagen, donde se presento el error, ya que una vez que introducí el código que me solicitaba, hubo un fallo donde tuve que volver a introducir la clave, sin embargo, una vez que lo envío me menciona que este ya fue introducido previamente, por lo que no puedo avanzar a los siguientes dos pasos ¿Hay alguna forma de solucionarlo?

Hello guys, so back in february 2024 my mother gave an Adobe lightroom subscription so that I could edit my photographs. After a brief run through the different menus I logged off to see some guides. When I came back and realised I was unable to find my account: it was simply unfindable even though we clearly had gone through the payment process and I was even able to load up some photos so that I could edit them once I learned how. Since then I have had little time to focus on the problem due to exams etc. I tried calling Adobe directly however it seems that telephone support is only available for active subrscribers which is not my case on this account since I created it in a bid to try to find out what happened to the first one. If you have any insights please do help

i took a Creative Cloud subscription, added card details, and everything, but now it is not showing the subscription and asking me to buy the software

At 9:54 AM on August 1, 2025, while I was asleep, my salary was deposited, and by 10:16 AM, the Adobe subscription fee was automatically charged. I did not intend to continue using the service after the trial period. When I attempted to cancel and request a refund, I received a warning stating that I would need to pay an early termination fee. I kindly request assistance in canceling my subscription and receiving a refund for this charge.

I've fallen in to the same trap as a great many people it seems. I tried acrobat for a trial period and it ticked over on to a subscription plan as I forgot to cancel it (I really don't use it at all and didn't find the software worth while), my fault in missing that, however I thought that I would be on a month to month plan and it was what was completely unclear to me at the time was that this is an annual plan that requires you to pay an early cancelation fee if you want to cancell within the year! At no point was I aware that I was commiting to a full year of this extortionate pricing. Yes, it's in the T&C that now reasonable person could possibly be expected to be able to read through just to use some pdf editing software, but I hear that so many people have fallen for the same thing and after mentioning to a friend, they told me that they've spoken to a lawyer who is eager to start a class action lawsuit. Hello!I hope that someone can help me.I used to live in Russia, but 2 years ago I moved to the European Union (to Croatia). Now I'm trying to change the data in the account - but the system does not allow access to change the place of residence. At the same time, it gives information that access to Adobe products is closed due to my location.I have completely despaired of finding a way to fix this myself, I need help.P.S. I have all the documents on hand about my residence, as well as the changed country of residence in the Google account to which the account is linked.

Quero apenas cancelar minha assinatura, queira só utilizar o periodo de teste, usei uma unica vez!! E para cancelar vocês estão bloqueando, como se fosse obrigatorio pagar! Hi! I canceled my Adobe After Effects subscription in October 2023 and paid the cancellation fee. Despite this, I’ve continued to be charged monthly ever since.When I try to cancel the plan again, it tells me I have no active subscriptions; which makes sense, because I already canceled it years ago. I contacted the virtual assistant, but it also says I have no plan and doesn’t really help.I'm really frustrated at this point and don’t know what else to do. I’m being charged for a subscription that supposedly doesn’t exist. I’d appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this and get a refund.

i was register for trail version after 2 days i tried to cancel the subscription but its failed becaue the procesure of cancel is so complecated and it's kinda misleading, so i couldn't cancel sucessufully.  so i received the credit bill and notice i was bill and actually i dont want the service and i know i dont need it also, but i try to cancel the plan again, it said will charge HKD 1006 cancelation fee, how can i cancel my plan without it, it dose not make sense because i really try my best to cancel, i dont even know the cancel it failed. Who or what email i can contact with to cancel my plan without cancelation fee. Please help me to slove

I accidentally cancelled my plan and was charged. I would like to reverse this. 

I have attempted to cancel my subscription and I get an error that "Unable to laod data".I'm in California and this is against the law.  I contacted support and a rep by the name of "Subbaiah" refused to cancel the subscription.

Bonjour,J'ai remarqué que depuis janvier j'étais prélevé deux fois par Adobe. Une fois pour un abonnement étudiant à 19,50 € et une autre fois pour un abonnement au tarif normal à 23,99€. Ces deux abonnements donnent exactement accès au même contenu.Les deux ne se trouvent pas sur le même compte mais je n'en ai pas besoin. Les deux abonnements ont été pris en début d'année visiblement, sauf que je ne m'en rappelle pas, et pour cause ce début d'année j'étais en très mauvaise santé. Je ne sais plus quoi faire puisque j'ai beau venir sur le site quand le support est normalement contactable (donc du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 17h), pas une seule fois le site ne m'a indiqué que le support était ouvert et donc pas une seule fois je n'ai eu non plus accès au numéro du support puisque bien entendu le numéro n'est pas donné si le support est fermé...Je suis étudiant, j'ai des problèmes de santé, je ne peux pas me permettre des prélèvements mensuels de 24€ en plus de ce que je paye déjà.
