I saved my crypto zip folder and changed it to json and saved it in creative cloud folder to hide it, and it seems to have been modified by application and i can't get to change the extension back to zip and decompress it. is there any way i can restore it? can pay your fees to help me out here. please help

All of my Adobe apps updated automatically. Now everything I had ever saved in libraries or to the cloud, all assetss, all swatches, all stock completely gone as if they had never existed.  I have tried uninstalling reinstalling, logging in and out etc etc. They have disappeared across all apps and on the web browser, everything. https://assets.adobe.com/files this page shows that I have no documents, no synced files, no libraries, nothing published and nothing shared with me.  I have no idea why this is all suddenly gone, but I had swatches and libary items I used to use for photoshop, indesign and illustrator and I had several things published from indesign among many other cloud items I had saved over the years. Is there anything that can be done to recover these things??? There is also nothing in the "deleted" folder on the CC browser page and nothing in the "Creative Cloud Files" folder on my computer.  I have no idea how many things I may have lost. 

Hello! I am a recent college graduate who built my portfolio website using Adobe Portfolio. My school recently terminated my subscription to Adobe services, so I received an email from Adobe asking to re-subscribe to keep my website published. I just resubscribed because I need to make some edits to my website, but I no longer see my website in my account when I log in. However, it seems to still be published and live on the web. Does anyone know what's happening and how I can get edit access back? Thank you!

I bought a *.com Domain today and have linked the four given A records on the providers nameserver.When I try to open the website, I get redirected to the Adobe Portfolio missing page website. Furthermore, if I try to link it on the Portfolio site, it tells me the IPs weren't properly linked, even though the  DNS Propagation Checker shows me that the vast majority of DNS servers know the new IPs. Am I doing something wrong? 

I have some photos that I want to upload to behance in which people appear and their faces can be seen.... the question... can I upload them to behance? or do I have to pixelate their faces?

Hi, Please respond, my Behance account has issues since 24th of November, I have no idea why! I contacted Behance Help right away two times from desktop and one time from Behance mobile app. I am using Google chrome for desktop version.  I will try to explain the exact problem. On the 25th of November I got an email that one of my team projects got the Packaging Badge. Then I noticed that the whole day I was getting 99+ notifications of comments, saves and followers but NOT likes, Project Likes number was frozen. I thought is was a General Behance bug or issue but I asked my friends to check if they had the same problem, but appeared that only I have that kind of problem. When you press the like button it behaves normally but when you refresh it is unliked automatically. I had to remove myself from team projects, so it won’t lose any more likes. I also couldn’t move my projects on my feed. I googled everything and couldn’t find any

This feature keeps going off, I enable it frequently and notice when my system crashes my files are not saving anymore and I continuously have to enable this feature. I have started to get the "Unable to sync. Install sync component and try again" message from the CC desktop app on my Win 10 laptop. It also shows "error code 184". When I click "Retry" it attempts to install something but that shows the same message. This started right after I installed Photoshop on my Win 10 desktop PC. I do NOT get these messages from the CC desktop app on my Desktop PC. How do I fix this?

My colleague has created a library with essential design assets that we would like to be able to collaborate on, but after numerous attempts at inviting me,  I have not even recieved an email invitation to collaborate or join said library. I also do not recieve notifications within the CC app or on browser. Other designers on our team have recieved the email and notifications properly, and are able to join and collaborate seamlessly. Anyone have any workarounds/ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks much!

I moved the folder (which was link to the Adobe Cloud) from my C:/  to G:/ (which is a 4TB G-DRIVE ArmorATD from SanDisk Professional) but it seems it not upload from the G-Drive to the Cloud but all its doing is file syncing - syncing then after some time it says Unable to sync filesI have try uninstall the Adobe Cloud and reinstall it on my pc but notthing happens and still keeping  the same message.I was wondering if any one got any advise so I can get it to work?   

Hi, I have a bunch of Sync'd files and put them in a folder to share with someone. The person can see and access the files in their creative cloud. However, the shared folder is not visible when inserting images into photoshop. Do Sync'd folders shared show up in photoshop or do I need to some how make these cloud documents?  Is there an easy way to move my shared folder from sync'd to cloud if that solves the problem? Scott

I have started creating a 'Portfolio' site (with a fair amount of content already created) and have an issue that arose after deciding I would prefer to have something other than a 'Collection' page as my 'Home Page'.So, I went into the site editor and selected the '+' button to create a new page. Initially, I thought maybe a 'Welcome Page' might be a good choice, but after selecting/creating such a page, I realized it wasn't going to suit my needs. No problem, I thought. Just delete that one and create a custom page. Except I can't seem to find a mechanism that provides the ability to delete the Welcome page. It doesn't show up in my list of  'Pages'.Yet, I know it still exists because if I go into my 'Logo' customizations, the Welcome page exists in the available to the logo to be linked to.Does anyone know how to delete such a pg...or where I might turn to find some assistance in doing so? They said someone was going to get back to me within 24-48 hours. Never heard anything back and I even ASKED for a confirmation. Then I go back on the website in 3 days to check and the customer support chat is NON existant. I can't even find it anymore? Are people put on a black list after contacting customer support so they can't find it anymore? It that's the case - this is horrible customer serivce.    When customer service is SO important in today's society - how are you taking it away and making it so difficult?! 

Hello All, hope someone has a solution, I'm getting crazy with the so limited embed options in Adobe Portfolio... I would like to embed this iframe <iframe allowtransparency="yes" scrolling="no" style="border: 1px solid #888; width:190px; height:302px; overflow: hidden;" src="https://in-the-sky.org/widgets/moonphase.php?skin=0"></iframe> Why it doesn't work and it keeps saying it's not valid? I think this option must get updated, it's a really limited range of things you can actually embed... Can someone help me how to edit the embed code? I run my Adobe CC account on two computers - mine and my wife's computer.  A few months ago, her computer stopped recognizing our shared Adobe drive, so now she is unable to access our shared files on that device.  We've tried a whole mess of things to resolve it (pausing/unpausing sync, restarting computer/app, reinstallation of individual apps, then the entire CC suite, "upgraded" from Windows 10 to Windows 11), but it simply will not pull up any of our shared files, showing instead only files on the device's local Adobe folder. How in the world can I reinstate that access to our shared files that her computer used to have?

Hi communityI used to be able to permanently delete files in my CC library by going through the website, but probably 2-3 months ago loads of old files (plus new ones I have never even seen before) started coming back, and now no matter what I do I cannot delete anything permanently?Also, I would love an 'empty bin' button, manually clicking a tickbox to delete every button is REALLY tedious!Thanks if anyone has any helpful suggestions

Something happened to me CC cloud files and I was sent in zipped files the backups of my cloud files invluding the CC library files from Adobe Support.  Where are the library locally located on a PC for me to put them back and have access to them in PS, Illustrator ect...Thanks

My hard drive died on my laptop and I just got a new one put in. I tried to sign back into my account but none of my previous work or footage was saved anywhere. Shouldn't it be stored somewhere within the creative cloud?

Hey hey! My school provides me with a full Creative Cloud subscription, but before they did, I purchased just Adobe Illustrator for myself, and since have uploaded any files, installed many fonts and had many resources on my personal Adobe CC account. I do not want to pay extra for Photoshop, as I am realizing I need it for my designs, but the school account has it.. is there any way I can use 2 different Adobe CC accounts on 1 computer, or just have Photoshop logged into the school and the rest of CC in my personal? Or is there a way to ‘merge’ accounts? I hope this makes sense

Hoping someone can help. I've added an embedded image slideshow to my portfolio, when I preview the page the slideshow has a cookies message overlaid at the bottom, despite having the show cookies message option switched off for my site. Is this something I can change within portfolio, or will embedded code elements always show a cookies message? Thanks in advance.

Is Adobe working on the ability to selectively sync folders? This would be incredibly helpful to my team.
