Hello all,  i just downloaded adobe creative cloud desktop and it only shows Photoshop and one other program as available to install. However when im on the creative cloud online, it says that Indesign and Illustrator (the programs I need) are compatible with my computer. But when I download the Set-Up file and click on it, it takes me to the Creative Cloud desktop program and does NOTHING. It appears that I can only download Photoshop, even though online it says these programs are compatible with my computer. I have already checked the settings and compatibility mode is NOT on. I also used the cleaning tool and uninstalled/reinstalled Creative Cloud multiple times.  I have no idea what the issue is and why it states online that these programs are compatible but on the desktop program there is no option to download them.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So I'm trying to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud due to a looping error for it trying to log me out and wanting me to login but whenever I try to uninstall I get the following: "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it." So when I try to uninstall Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustator it opens the Creative Cloud and continue the same looping error without uninstalling the program. I've already tried repairing Creative Cloud and uninstalling the programs through Control Panel, to no avail.  

I am actually going insane over this. Every single week without fail i get that error 184 in my creative cloud that won't let me use any program. Do not link me the only two threads that talk about this error. I have read them so many times I could probably recite them verbatim. They havent helped at all. Every week I get this error and every week I have to spend a couple of hours deleting every single adobe file in my computer and reinstalling everything, there is literally no other way, I have tried everything. And adobe keeps not saying anything about this, the only thing they say is "reboot your pc or reinstall everything". I am this close to being done with all of this, literally what in the world could be causing this? Is there a super hidden little corrupted file somewhere that somehow I dont delete every time? Since a couple of days, Cloud Desktop app is not working anymore.It shows up on taskbar notification area, but when you move the mouse over, it just dissapear.I already try to uninstall and install again, even using the Adobe Cloud cleaning tool.The installation process finish without problems or notifications.But the problem remains there.I try to look on Windows Event Viewer but can´t find any error log.All Adobe apps are working just fine (Photoshop, Premiere, Audition, Reader), the only issue is with resident Cloud Desktop app.Also try to disable Kaspersky antivirus, but same behavior.I can open the Cloud app on a web browser from Adobe site without issues.This is the system information, and a printscreen of icon before to put the mouse over. HP Omen 15-dh1xxx NotebookIntel(R) Core(TM) i9-10885H CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz32,0 GB64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Windows 11 HomeVersion 21H2OS Build 22000.556Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.556.0

I have Adobe Creative Cloud installed and was previously logged into my old work account which is now cancelled (used SSO).  Now, at my new job, I cannot sign into Creative Cloud Desktop with my new account.  It gives me a error message:"Youve been signed out. Please sign in to continue usign Adobe apps". When I click the Sign in button, this same message just loops:I've attempted to "Repair", whic does not work, and even Unistall, which it will not allow me to do either.  Are there cache files for login that I can clear or something.  Help would be very much appreciated!

Everytime I click my link for my portfolio, https://ronfarina.myportfolio.com/, is says access denied    

I  regularly watch livestreams on Behance. On the screen there is a chat section. Usually at the bottom of the chat section there is a box allowing me to participate in the chat. This seems to have vanished overnight. I can see the chat but cannot participate. Help 

My protection program on my PC detected the folder Adobe Creative Cloud Experience, e.g. node.exe, as security risk.Can I delete the folders and subfolders "Adobe Creative Cloud Experience" from my PC, drive C? I do not use it, I only use Lightroom CLassic and Photoshop.Thanks!

Hi There, I keep running into a file syncing issue.  I use the CC desktop app daily, and keep my files in order how I like them there.  However, I've been running into some issues with having enough space on my computer, so I went through and backed up and deleted about 25GB of files.  Now, when I try to sync my files to CC (bc I share it with two other Designers), all the old files (which are still visible in the CC browser library) return to my computer and crash everything.   I can't remember every single file I deleted to go back through and repeat it in the browser.  Is there a way to replace the master CC library with the set up I've organized on my desktop app? Thanks in advance!

Within the last week, I learned about Flash Player Projector software that allowed playing swf files even though Adobe disabled Flash Player in web browsers. It is EXACTLY what I need to try to recover, as mush as possible, some old training material that was built with flash (swf files) years ago. I actually downloaded the Projector software last week for my mac mini and gave it a try. It worked perfectly!! Now, one week later, I need to download Projector for a PC...and the download page is gone! Can't find it anywhere!! Does anyone know where or how I can download Adobe's Flash Player "Projector" software? I'm desperate.

I wanted to try out Acrobat DC. Together with the download of Acrobat I installed Creative Cloud. After testing Acrobat I deinstalled it together with die Creative Cloud Application. During my tryouts I never used the Creative Cloud storage but after the deinstallation the folder/shortcut still appeard in the sidebar of my file explorer. I've already tried the 'Creative Cleaner Tool' to remove all software. Since my problem seems similar to this one I tried both shown solutions. Sadly both didn't work for me. It seems to me that the registry that the unPinCCF.reg tries to change is not the same anymore. Is there a way to delete the folder/shortcut from the sidebar of the file explorer?

My team members have shared 15 libraries with me with me I'm only able to access 7 of it.Here are the steps that have happened:Team members shared individual libraries with my email addressI received the invitation email that has this blue 'Start collaborating' buttonI pressed on itBrings me to assets.adobe.com/shared but doesn't consist of the accepted library Any idea why is this happening?  

We have been uploading a lot of vector illustration assets into the cc library. Recently we've discovered that random white backgrounds have been generated in the preview thumbnails of our assets. And according to my colleagues, some of them can see them while some of them don't. The white backgrounds have greatly affect the preview of some of our white coloured illustrations.

Hello everyone, I have a BIG problem as my Mac freeze while using any Adobe application.This happens from time to time, sometimesa hours after opening an Adobe app, sometimes few minutes after. I'm quite sure is not my Mac hardware problem, as this freezing happens only when one Adobe app is open.It's not exactly a machine crash: suddenly the Mac freeze and restart from user login with no error messages. App that I use: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After EffectsMy Mac:iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013)2,9 GHz Intel Core i5 quad-core8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 1 GB I know it's not a recent powerful machine but everything seems to go well apart from Adobe apps.I tried to change Ram resource from preferences of any application with no luckI tried to clean reinstall OS but nothing is changed The most unusual thing is that this is not a real crash, so I don't receive any message and/or crash report both from OS and Adobe apps. Does anyone know how long before Adobe CS will quit updating apps on Mac OS Big Sur? My MacBook Pro is a mid 2014 and Big Sur is as far as it will go. It won't run Monterey. My pre press uses a Kodak front end and they don't currently work past Bug Sur as well.  

I have done this many times. I am freshly logged in and can see my assetts and all former galleries created. It is not allowing me to create a new gallery to save potential images to it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any assist.
