Is there a way to transfer ownership of a CC Library from one account to another without exporting/importing? 

Can't see exported picture/thumbnail in folder.  All I  can see is a JPEG Icon and the file name.  If I click on the JPEG icon, the picture comes up on the right side with file information.

Hi! My portfolio website used to show at the top of the Google search results when searching for my name, but now, without changing any settings, it doesn't show up at all in the search results, not even at the bottom. Just to give you an example, even my MySpace page shows in the first page of the search results, which I haven't used in at least 15 years. If I enter site:(my website name) in Google search, it does return all of the pages of my site, so it seems that my site in indexed by Google. If I go to Google search console my domain seems to be verified. It seems strange that previously it was at the top of the search result, but now not at all. Is there anything that I should try to solve the problem? Thanks

Hi! My files are syncing just fine when I check the cloud via the web browser. But the Creative Cloud Files folder on my desktop does not sync. I just spent a decent amount of time with Adobe support and we went through some basics: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, changing the name of the file, pausing the sync and restarting. I've also tried unchecking the core sync finder extensions and stopping the core sync in the activity monitor. Anything else? I really need the files to sync to the desktop folder so I can place them in InDesign.

Hi all - It seems my CC library groups are all messed up. It looks like anything that I had named with a "/" is in it's own group and disorganized. Do you know if it has anything to do with the new CC library update? How can I get it to go back to normal?? Any feedback would be appreciated!

Hello, I made my own portfoliowebsite in Adobe. Now I want to install a visitors counter.Is this possible and how do I do it ? I have no IT experience.Thanks for your reactions.

 Sync files preview won't appear in Creative Cloud, I have only a blank file. it work fine when i download it but the preview and file type are missing.I use the web browser to upload my files cause i have limited space on my disk to sync all the files shared.i tried on google browser, firefox, Edge... and i have the same problem. It work fine with my coworkers, but it fail with me..Please let me know if you know how to fix that.thank you all

Hi, I am having an issue with the CC libraries. Shared libraries are not accessible for me in Creative Cloud, however from the inviter's side it shows as pending. I have recieved the invitation but by clicking on the link in the email the libraries folder and the shared with you folders are both empty.Other library shared by an other user showed in my folder without any problem.What can be the problem? 

Hello everyone, I have two computers connected to adobe cloud. I have been erasing files and empty trash bean, but still, I have a message that the space in the cloud has run out. what do I need to do, please Thank you in advance 

Hi guys,As many pro users may relate, the proofing, review, amends and approval process can be one of the most frustrating workflow stages, also a bottleneck and a chance for error. I believe Adobe CC should have a PORTAL Feature for upload, review, and approval between the pro users and their customers, similar to what Colateral and Wetransfer already have.

Last month I purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps subscription with a student discount, but I can't access all the apps that are listed. I could use Photoshop for a bit but it goes weird sometimes and says my trial has ended, even though I never did a trial. I received confirmation emails and the receipt and everything so I know my payment went through fine, so not sure why this is happening. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.  

Everything I screenshot saved in photos appear in creative cloud app. How do I stop that ? thxDawn

When trying to launch Creative Cloud I receive "unable to reach Adobe servers" and when trying to launch Lightroom or Photoshop I receive "cannot verify subscription status" message. I have spoken with Adobe support and Apple support. I have tried changing my clock settings, reloaded MacOS (Catalina), uninstalled all programs and Creative Cloud, cleared all adobe items from my keychain, used the adobe limited access tool, and tried every forum method applicable I can find. When I log into a different account on my Mac I can download Creative Cloud and associated apps with no issue. However on my main Mac user account I can not access any of them.

Hallo liebe Adobe Support Community 🙂Mein Adobe Foto-Abo (20GB) läuft am 24. Mai 2022 aus. Durch Zufall entdeckte ich heute ein Amazon-Angebot für besagtes Adobe Foto-Abo (20GB) und ging davon aus, mein bestehendes Abo wird durch den erworbenen Code um eben genau 1 Jahr verlängert. Auch Kommentare bei Amazon ließen genau darauf schließen.Leider hat dies wohl bei mir nicht funktioniert... kann mir jemand verraten, wieso? Es ärgert mich nun natürlich, offensichtlich zwei Monate verschenkt zu haben 😕😕 (Entgegen der Angabe auf dem beigefügten Bild handelt es sich bei dem alten Abo ebenfalls um ein Abo mit Jahreszahlung, nicht monatlich wie es dort steht) Danke und GrüßeAndreas

At the start of my university course I had applied to get a free Adobe membership which will allow me to get all the applications for free. I use it regularly until I tried to open the application and a pop up appeared asking me to purchase a plan or start a free trial. I went on my creative cloud and saw that all the apps that I had installed had a "Try" at the end of it meaning that I didn't own or allowed to go onto any of the adobe apps for free. I tried signing out of Adobe and Creative Cloud and resigning in. But after many tries it still doesnt work regardless that my membership is a free one from my University.

So this started happening on my PC today? Any ideas why and htf do I stop it?

Hi, Can anyone help, please? I am getting a rather annoying thing to happen every time Creative Cloud starts up after every restart on my computer. I keep having to repair it. I have attached a screenshot showing the error message I get. Hope someone has a solution for this, as this is making the Creative Cloud experience very dire for me. Thank you. Every time I shut my computer down, my Free version of creative cloud crashes and I have to repair and reinstall it. Does anyone know how to keep this from happening? I am pretty new to Creative Cloud. I typically save my active projects to DropBox, but this week I tried saving my files to CC to see if that method worked out better. Now that my projects have been completed  I need to move them to an external drive for archiving; normally I just drag the files from DropBox to my archives but I can't seem to MOVE my files outside of CC. I can download, but that changes the date of the file and I need those to remain the date that the project was finalized. Is there a way I can move or copy the files off of CC to save them to my desktop or external HD without changing the date of the file?

I have this very weird issue where I can't log into Adobe CC on my PC when I'm connected over my home network. I can't log in on the CC-App, "Adobe-Server not reachable" and I can't log in on the website (ims-na1.adobelogin.com) either. It says: "Server not found". It's not an issue with the browser, nor the app, nor the PC. It's propably my fritzbox.Because, if I connect my PC to the hotspot of my phone everything works fine. Also in the office network it works. But if I'm connected via my router at home, I can't connect.This has been happening to me from time to time in the last weeks but now its almost consistend. It worked for some time today and I don't know why. I thought I fixed it but on the next restart it did it again.(I say on the next restart because I get no warning that I'm disconnected as long as I don't try to do something Cloud-related, so I don't know how long it worked today, could have been 5 minutes or even hours I can't tell) I tried restaring the router

I have a creative cloud account in which I store all my Illustrator files.Most of them are saved as Illustrator PDF so my colleagues may make comments and reviews.However, I've just come to notice that after moving a commented file to a new folder, all the comments disappear. I have been very careful to save new versions after making any changes so that I don't loose the comments. I don't understand why this error is happening.Best Regards,Filipa.
