I was having issues with my wacom (recurring ones) and went about my usual restart/replug/reinstall drivers when I thought maybe I would update to the newer driver for Windows. So I installed the latest windows driver and now I've broken everything. Adobe CC or another other Adobe program wont open, nor will Sketchbook pro. When I try to uninstall CC it tells me I have to uninstall all adobe programs first. Is this true? Is there a work around? I've since uninstalled the update but the errors continue for this "MSVCP140.dll" file  

Hello, our organization just got Adobe Storage Cloud.  Do you know if a tutorial exists on how to use it to its full potential?  I've checked on Youtube and Adobe site, without success.  Thank you! Sophie

What ever happened to picking up the phone and being helped.

I am unable to use CC library across different platforms because it keeps giving me an error that I don’t have access to it. But it was working alright till last week. Tried updating and rebooting, didn’t work. Checked with IT person at my organisation, he said licensing looks ok. Then what could be the issue?

I just got a new workstation, a new M1 Mac Mini with the most current MacOS, Bug Sur. On my previous workstation, I could search for a type of file on my network and Finder would present a field of all of the files that matched with preview thumbnails of the file. This is instrumental for my job, to be able to find a file visually out of hundreds of the same file type. On my new workstation, I am only presented with icons of the applications in which they were saved. Luckily, I was able to retain my previous workstation, so I can visually search using that set-up, but I sure would like to be able to do that on my new one. I need this...  ...not this.  Could this be an Apple OS issue or an Adobe issue? I don't know. I'm just trying to do what I need to. 

Here I go again, it seems.  Another difficulty arising since upgrading to M1 chip Mac.Before the upgrade, I viewed all my synced Creative Cloud files directly from the finder on my Mac.  Any addition/subtraction there was representled on CC web quickly and reliably. When upgrading to the M1, I finally received info from Adobe to access a download for a M1 specific CC app.  All seemed to work well.Today, I used Bridge to open a temp folder saved to my Creative Cloud Files that is saved to the user file on my Mac (the one that worked flawlessly until the M1 upgrade) I use when I save pictures from my Photos app on my iPad/iPhone.  The folder was empty.  When I opened the folder directly from the finder, it WAS empty.  However, when I open _Cloud documents.webloc and I view the synced files there, that folder shows the recent additions of pictures I had saved to that folder from my iPad.  When I choose to open my C Cloud files from thew menu bar, the fol

The contributor page will load but then the dashboard constantly tries to update and while that is going on, no other function is enabled including uploading photos.  I have given it a couple days thinking it was a glich on Adobe's end that would resolve itself but no.... still happening.  Ideas for how to get on with the job of upolading?? 

Everytime I start my MAC this error window pops up. And everyday I either hit Quit or Repair wich takes me to the installation process. How can I fix this?

Hello, I have a library sync and update issue on XD since the last Creative Cloud update.Since then, I can't update my XD library and I don't have access to my latest components created since.I have endless update requests that are not working

Most of the app's ibn Creative Cloud hace been updated to natively support M1 Macs.  However, the Creative Cloud app hasn't.  Any timeframe for this?

Since the last update my cloud has been always syncing.  It will say something like syncing 2 of 6 files for hours and never completes. There is no error it just never completes. Then whenever I am doing something in Indesign when ever it auto saves the cloud creates a conflict copy and the temp save file seems to not go away. Many times the original file says it's damaged when you try to reopen it and only the conflict copy will open. This is becoming extremely frustrating as no one else is working on these files and there is no reason for the conflict copy. I have read other posts on syncing issues and found no solution. I have rebooted my cloud, repaired my cloud and reinstalled my cloud. 

Hi! I've been making a website using Adobe Portfolio through my university account which is payed for. Apparently once you log in you can choose between a school account or a personal account, which I did NOT know were completely different with no data being shared between them. My problem is that I cannot publish my website through my personal account since it says that I am not paying for a Creative Cloud account. I'm confused because the log in information between the two accounts is the same, as I'm using my school email, but it says I do not have a CC account? Would I be able to sync my website to my school account and publish it from there? I do not have the money to pay for my own account and am worried that I will have to completely re-do my website on my school account simply so I can publish it. Any advice? 

Does anyone know a solution to the problem that Creative Cloud tries to synchronise some files even though it seems that all files are synchronised? Like in my case it tries to synchronise "3 of 3 files", but doesn't do any progress and the wheel just keeps spinning. For several days now.

behance keeps telling me to try it but it won't allow me to publish. i've been trying for a year. any help? tia!

Creative Cloud Files is not syncing. It is stuck on Synchronising Files (in Dutch in the image). It keeps doing this for hours, when there are only a few small files to update. Restarting the service does not help.  I am usingWindows Defender (no other firewall or anti-virus)Creative Cloud 5.0.0.354Core Sync 4.3.20.55  

Can someone seriously explain to me what I am getting out of adobe????   I really am tech-stupe its a legitimate question.

Hi,my Creative Cloud App won´t snyc my files. There´s no error, it simply don´t work. It tried to reinstall, but nothing happened. The Online files are not being refreshed.Thanks

Hi Team, I was trying automating the album designing. I have encountered an error which doesn't allow me to complete it. I want my script to iterate through the documents which are opened in photoshop and the document to be fit into the layer. I am attaching the script for your reference. Hence request your help to fix the same.  

Between last night and this morning all of my Creative Cloud "My work" photos disappeared. They can still be found in "Assets", but not through CC desktop (mobile is a whole other problem which I've spent hours on the line with Adobe about). When I woke up the computer this morning the Apple "Beach ball" was spinning and a message said that CC was taking a long time to sync.  I waited for a few minutes that I did a force quit. This problem has affected a lot of people over the years. Luckily I am an amateur photographer and not a pro like these other folks seem to be. Adobe said theyy had its engineers working on this problem since 2015, but I haven't seen anything in the ASC threads that showed that it was actually solved for anyone!  I've already looked in my trash can (one idea Adobe had, assuming it was caused by user error). I also looked in the CC archive folder which didn't have the files.

Goodmorning everybody, my CC Desktop App is not syncing anymore. The icon continues to spin and spin without reaching any result or completion.Is there anybody out there experiencing the same problem? Any useful tips?Thank you,Andrea 

Storage is showing over 100GB of storage us being used but it is not accurate. Only ~10GB is actually being used. I've emptied the trash and deleted everything except for a handful of motion templates and it still is saying ~100GB is being used. Am I missing somewhere to clear out storage?
