Hello I need to delete whatever is in my Adobe cloud. I just deleted most of the photos from Lightroom and still I don't get to empty the cloud, I hope some can help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance 

I got a notice that I was running out of storage room on Creative Cloud. I din't have anything there to my knowledge and then I came upon huge files of family photos that I have on my desktop hard drive. If I delete them from Creative Cloud will I lose the originals on my hard drive? How can I stop this file transfer from happening?Thanks!...mary 

I am trying to add images to my Adobe Portfoloo using the Publish link.The panel asks me to  create a Project. I want to add the images to an existing page but if I enter a Title a new page is automatically created .Any suggestions. soluions?thanksLuigi

Hello,I have the cc app in my desktop and mobile, and wanted to use the same fonts I have downloaded in my desktop, however when I tried to activate te fonts in the app I don't see the fonts tab,  they only appear tutorials. Is that feature not available to Android users? Or do I have to do something else to Activated ?  Thank you

Every time I restart my Mac Pro Late 2013, the Creative Cloud folder keeps reappearing in my Finder sidebar. I have to Hide it every time. Is there a way to make it stop reappearing?

My documents just all disappeared I'm extremely frustrated right now because asking for help is not straightforward. I had a lot of really important documents, this seriously can't be happening.

C'est un antivirus très utile et performant. Mais bon il faut configurer le pare feu ou désactiver le VPN si vous êtes connecté à un réseau approuvé. Parfois il se lance automatiquement donc avant de relancer l'installation vérifier que le VPN ne s'est pas lancé automatiquement. Bonne journée à tous.

I chose adobe portfolio to make my art portfolio but now I cannot seem to figure out how to delete all the photos in a grid within the portfolio. There is no option to delete all the photos in the grid. I have no difficulty deleting the photos I upload into the portfolio but it seems that when you make a grid of photos (I made a grid of only 2 photos), and I click the dropdown inside the grid, it lets you delete all photos except for 1 and there is no option to delete the last photo. I have not been able to find an option to delete the grid or I would have done that. Also, I should mention that if I remember correctly, I want to say I could delete grids and ALL photos from any given grid within the web-based adobe portfolio. I probably should also mention that all the photos I've been transfering/uploading to the adobe portfolio have all been pulled from Lightroom. I make sure to first add whatever photos I want to go into adobe web-based portfolio into Lightroom and them pull directly

Hello,maybe this happens since updating to the new cc 2020, I cannot say clearly: The fans of my MacBook Pro 2015 (i7, 16 GB RAM) are working on a high and loud level always. This is caused by the process “node” which belongs to CC-library. My os: macOS 10.14.4. As I uninstalled the cc desktop app, everything was fine and the fans ran at a normal low level. Since I installed cc app again, everything is like before and the fans are working loud again. Does anybody know some answer? Best, Matthias

Need help.Read title

I have had CC installed on my S Galaxy A5 since day one. Today, I had to uninstall the app due to some problems with the mobile. Problem solved, but when I should reinstall CC, I got the message "Your device is not compatible with this version", no way for me to reinstall an app that worked on mine device for ages. Help!

LrC and the Lr phone app work wonderfully.  I sync a lot of images between them.  However, both the CC app and Ps keep telling me, "No storage information available" and "File syncing error".  How can one app be syncing fine and other apps not finding anything?Also, I have a folder called "Creative Cloud Files" that is always empty and I have no idea what it's for.Please explain but in plain English please?  

Hello, Recently Creative Cloud has stopped working for me, it's just showing a spinner and "loading" message. I've seen many similar threads on this site and a help page, neither of the solutions suggested there helped me. I've tried reinstalling the app, clearing "etc/hosts" (it was already empty), etc. I'm using Windows 10 if it matters. Any help is much appreciated!

Unfortunately, the menu to be enabled with the right click from mac os to create links does not work on the Big Sur operating system. as attached example? on Catalina it worked perfectly

I am a student and my schol was able to work with Adobe to et all students free Creative Cloud mmemberships. I tried to make a portfolio with Adobe Portfolio, but everytme I try to publish the site, it says I have to upgrade my membership. Does Adobe Portfolio come with my Creative Cloud Free membership?

Hello !After installing Creative Cloud on the MacBook Pro 16 (2019) without other Adobe apps, problems immediately arise, and it's been going on since late fall.Strong fan noise, the system is loaded, look at the monitoring utility.Please forward the information to your specialists.   

My Adobe Products are logging out every time I restart or shut down my PC. Another problem is that it is considering that I'm logged in to 3 computers at the same time even thoug it is the same computer, I only use one PC to work. Does someone know how to fix this?

I signed into another account on creative cloud recently. I've been attempting to sign back into my adobe account for days but run into the same problems. Everytime I sign in I get the message 'There was an error with this action'. I've tried to sign in through Google too but nothing loads when I click on the prompt. In other cases I can't get anywhere with the app, it says the Adobe servers are down. I've deleted and redownloaded the app and restarted my computer
