Je suis sous windows 7  et le CC Desktop ne veut pas fonctionner : en fait, il s'installe (c'est la version 4) mais il me propose une mise à jour. Si j'accepte la mise à jour, la version 5 s'installe et n'est plus comptaible avec Windows 7. J'ai pu télécharger Indesign et Photoshop grâce au service client qui m'a donné les liens directs pour les télécharger.Il y a un mois le CC Desktop marchait très bien. C'est depuis cette mise à jour OBLIGATOIRE que je ne peux plus utiliser CC Desktop. Au service client ils ont essayé de m'aider mais n'ont trouvé aucune solution pour l'instant.Je paie un abonnement et n'ai pas accès au Creative Cloud de bureau...Un expert peut m'aider s'il vous plait ? Merci d'avance Je joins une capture d'écran pour montrer que je n'ai pas le choix que de faire cette mise à jour.

Hello,Ever since installing the creative cloud ive been facing numerous BSOD which where giving all kinds of errors. after disableing everything adobe related program on start up the issues seemd resolved but as soon as i  try to use any adobe product on my pc it simply crashes after a while. Yes. i have the latest windows updates and the latetst driver updates. no a power plan change did not fix this. i have attached 3 dmp files and i honestly hope somebody can help me figure this out https://we.tl/t-ZC5Lycl0GE  <--- Dump files

Hey. Your Classic UI API documentation isn't working. When I access https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-3/sites/developing/using/reference-materials/widgets-api/index.html?class=CQ.form.RichText it just keeps loading. And it does the same for other xtypes under CQ.form as well. Can you those pages be restored to work again? Thanks!

Hello,I've got a problemwhen i log in creative cloud and also I open the InDesign 21, the two programs shut down suddenly, asking me again for credentials. It is as if the CC does not recognize the Indesign. I've tried everything, uninstall, restart PC, Youtube tutorials. And nothing.It is very frustrating, because it also does not install the fonts.I would love to be able to talk to someone from Adobe, so I can fix it, because it is my study and work tool.  

I can't turn on Creative Cloud File Sync. On a Mac running Mavericks, I go to the Creative Cloud icon and click it, then Assets. It takes me to the Files tab and gives me a big blue button that says "Start synching". If I click it, the app flashes briefly, and then I'm back to the Files tab with the big blue "Start synching" button. If I click it again, I get a spinning icon for about five minutes, and then I'm back to the app again, with the big blue button.

Hi,I am using Adobe, but it's stargting to be really annoying. As soon as I start my mac adobe starts running on the background. Can someonge Please let me know how to stop this. I have managed to stop Active sync on the safari prefence but I also need to set the preference on Adobe but I can't find them. In advance thank you very much for your TIME and HELP.Vince

I also need advice on whether an Adobe product can help me build on a family history book in progress.I was writing a book with MyCanvas.com which sadly used Adobe Flash. This program was discontinued because - you know why - Flash has disappeared. I have about 25 pages of text/photos, charts, and tables which have been provided to me in a PDF but cannot be transfered into their new program because they were created using Flash.This stinks. I have about 500 hours of research and design in my old, incomplete book.I am hoping to create additional pages to incorporate with the old ones, edit the old pages by adding text or photos. Can I do this with Adobe Acrobat? Photoshop?

Relevant, as I'm getting sign-in errors claiming that "Adobe relies on Internet Explorer 11 or later" for its sign-on process.   Is this still true?   Why is/was it ever true?    When will this be corrected?   [Moderator branched and moved from Dreamweaver to Creative Cloud services.]

I am working on an Adobe Portfolio bilingual site. I wonder if other people have come up with good ways to interconnect them, I am sure others have encountered this, I'd appreciate any pointers or suggestions to accomplish it. Thank you.

I am having a problem with this.I have a Macbook Pro 2011 (MacOs 10.13.6 High Sierra) and I have the paid versions of Adobe programs (Ps, Lr, Il).Lately the problem is the following; I open Illustrator to work and instantly it closes unexpectedly, I realized that the problem is Creative Cloud, it closes the session by itself, without me doing anything, and I have to log in every moment because it closes by itself, and not let me work in peace.Does it have to do with the MacOS operating system? or what could it be?I NEED HELP WITH THIS !!Thank you

I run on a Lenovo Yoga C940 Series. Every time I download Creative Cloud, I'm stuck on an infinite loading screen, telling me that my computer is taking too long to respond. I've tried going on multiple different networks to fix the issue, yet nothing. I have also followed all reccommended steps by Adobe to fix the issue (i.e deleting contents in the OOBE file, running Adobe's repair tools, uninstalling the app, repairing the app, etc.) Yet to no avail. It says that my computer works with this app, too, but I am unable to do anything with it. I have also checked to see if perhaps Adobe was taking up too much of my CPU's memory, and followed Adobe's steps to uninstall and reinstall the app. I've done all of these steps probably around 10 times now. Is there anything I am missing? 

New iPad Pro. Copied over old iPad apps. Can no longer find Creative Cloud as option in the Save to Files of my mobile apps.Any help woul be greatly appreciated PJMartin

I’ve been a Photoshop user for over 30 years, with few problems, and have kept loyal to it since I retired, despite photographer friends telling me they were using better, and certainly cheaper, programmes. I decided to trial Acrobat pro yesterday but, having filled in all the account details I found that the programme wouldn’t download, so I cancelled the new Acrobat account. I then found that Photoshop wouldn’t open.  I contacted support, who tried a few things then said they were passing me onto a technical person. Three hours later the technical person appeared. By that time I’d given up waiting and gone to bed.  I received an email this morning and contacted support again. Their specialist, Piyush tried a few things then asked to take over control of my computer. He/she deleted all my Adobe programme files, opened another OS account and then said the problem was caused by my antivirus software and asked me to uninstall it and then I would be able to downlo

Hi everyone!I have the following issue. My student lisence of ACC has just expired and I would like to subscribe to use just some of the programs as a standard user. Before the purchase I decided to use the 7 day trial period of the whole pachage. I deleted all programs installed previously and I downloaded just the ones I want to use during the trial period. Unfortunately when I open them, the following message appears:"Sorry, your account is not valid on this device. Please try again with school ID.Your IT administrator may have applied access restriction on this device. Please try again with another Adobe account or contact your IT administrator for assistance."Anyone who has had the same issue or can help me find a solution?Thank you!

Hello dear Comunity, Im considering purchasing the creative photo cloud pack but i have a PC and a MAC.Since this suscription would be linked to my own person, can i sign in to my pc and then to my mac to continue editing?Or I need to buy 2 cloud licences? Hello I have a question, I used to have adobe subscription linked to my personal email (EDITED BY MOD) and I built an online portfolio using adobe portfolio linked to that email. Then I made another subscription with adobe by another email that is provided by the agency I work for. The email is (EDITED BY MOD) . And this I canceled my first subscription because I am not gonna use the one linked to my personal email anymore, and instead I am going to use the one linked to my business email. the question is , can I somehow transfer the data (my online portfolio data) to my new adobe account that is linked to my new work mail without having to build it all over again from scratch ?

Hi, I am having the weirdest issues with Adobe Portfolio when I try to edit text on it, I can paste successfully, then I can select a portion of that text as well, but when I want to change that, either to change the font size, select a different block, or anything like that, as soon as I apply the new directive, like size type change, or wanting to add a link to it, nothing happens. I can't even select the correct text block to edit it, like something is preventing me to to it, or I have to click out of something to proceed.Any ideas?Thanks.

I run on a Asus X555UB. Every time I download Creative Cloud, I'm stuck on a 5.0% downloading. I've tried going on multiple different networks to fix the issue, yet nothing. First it downloads, slows down on 4.7% and just stops on 5,0%  I've done all of these steps probably around 5 times now. Is there anything I am missing?  

Hi all, Sorry if this has been asked before but I'm at that "frustrated stage" where I can't add a text paragraph to a new page in Portfolio. It shows the "page container" with all the icons on the bottom underneath the "start building your page" heading. I click on the "text" icon - a text window appears but when I click on the "text" drop down icon the window vanishes?!?! Any hints to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Cheers,Greg.

Hello, I try to use embedded code in Adobe Portfolio. I want to embedded a button to sign up for a newsletter. I would like to maintaine that through mailchimp. Mailchimp provides preconfigured code to copy paste to websites. I used the same code with another Webdesigner tool without problem but in Adobe Portfolio I get the message that the code is not correct - but nothing else. Is there a way to undertsand why the preconfigured code is not working - I have not so good html skills to verify myself. Thanks for any hints. 

Hi I have created a google analytics account and my account looks like this "G-4F1xxxxxx". When i add that to the analycts is in Adobe Portfolio it does not validate. Only gives me a error "this field must contain a valid Google Analytics code". Any tips on how to get this to work ? best regardsLars

I don't seem to be able to find any information to monitor how many people are viewing my portfolio and which pages are viewed the most? Is this something that is not part of the Portfolio app? Thanks for you replies.

I've changed my dns settings for my existing url to be changed to my new Adobe Portfolio site and it's coming up with an error. I changed the settings yesterday, so I'm not sure if I need to wait or if there's a problem. Please can someone help me! 

Bonjour,Depuis quelques temps, depuis que j'ai mis à jour Creative Cloud je crois, à chaque fois que j'ouvre un logiciel, déjà il faut que je renseigne mon identifiant et mot de passe adobe à chaque fois, et le logiciel se ferme ensuite tout seul, et il faut que je me reconnecte, et ainsi de suite... J'ai tout désinstallé et réinstaller mais ça recommence.Je ne peux plus utiliser les logiciels et ce sont mes outils de travail, donc c'est embêtant !Merci pour votre aide rapide !Clara
