I have been using Creative Cloud Assets for sharing files with my clients for a few weeks, and it was working great. I'm simply making my file public, and sending the link to the client. All of a sudden my client is getting a message saying the link she received has expired, even though I just put it up there for her. What I click on it it works. Does anyone what's going on, and how I can fix it?
Is there a way to see which user has added something to the library? We've got 10+ users with access to our libraries and I'm finding a lot of random assets being added that shouldn't be. It would be good to pinpoint where these are coming from. We did initially try it with 'can view' access for some users but as they can't use any of the assets it was essentially useless.
As title states, I have just experienced files and folders from my Creative Cloud account moving to the archives. I have restored these files, but not all made it back to their original location. I noticed other reports of this happening.
My boss recently moved all of our files over to creative cloud from Dropbox. This was easy however I have now noticed an odd issue with regards syncing files and Skype. 1st Point my Sync never seams to finish unless I restart my iMac. I had to do this 4 times yesterday.2nd Point when creative cloud is syncing my Skype kicks out and wont connect as well as my internet running super slow. This never happened with dropbox so it can't be a file size issue but more of a technical delivery system issue. My Set Up:iMac running the latest OSSkype running the latest versionCreative Cloud desktop app running at the latest versionAll other software and systems on my computer are running the latest versionNo change has happened to the average size of files I am constantly sharing and working on.No change has happened to my internet connection.I look forward to your feedback. If you have any questions or there is any data I can provide to help please let me know.Gem
I have a shared folder on my creative cloud account. Some recently edited files and no new files in that folder will sync anymore. Other collaborators on this folder are having the same issue.. For 2 days syncing on those specific files fails due to "server issue." Other files sync fine. I've tried removing the file, renaming it, then re-adding it through both the website and the creative cloud desktop sync. Neither work. When I try to re-upload the file through the website, I get an error stating I am over my storage. However, the desktop sync tool states that I'm only using 12% of my storage. Please help.I've tried the following already with no improvement:* pause/resume sync* log out/log in* quitting CC app, then relaunch* quitting CC app, removing select coresync files from User Library, then relaunch* quitting CoreSync from Activity Monitor, then quit CC app and relaunch
Somehow, my iTunes library has been backed up into my Creative Cloud files. I don't remember doing anything to cause this. Just noticed it yesterday when CC alerted me that it was having trouble syncing a file - I noticed it was a song file. I thought maybe it might have been due to having a few Adobe apps on my phone. But the Creative Cloud app is not one of them. So ... the questions are:- How might this have happened?- Can I delete them from Creative Cloud without having any effect on my local (master) copies?Perplexed,C Yarwood[Moved from Creative Suites, which is for CS6 and earlier, to Creative Cloud... Hi, all,I am receiving the following error message when Adobe Creative Cloud tries to synch: A virus was detected in Data1.cab. This file will not be uploaded. There is no evidence that a virus has infected that file. Virus checks with Windows Defender and McAfee LiveSafe complete without incident. Are there any suggestions out there for dealing with the problem I'm facing here? Thanks in advance. Matt
I have been through a couple different Adobe Techs and they are trying to research the problem for me.I have the latest and greatest version of InDesign CC as well as Creative Cloud installed. I also do not have any Typekit Fonts in the Windows Font directory as one of the other posts had mentioned. One image shows what I get when I open up an existing document. The other image is of the Creative Cloud app, under the Assets area. Notice it does not say "Sync Fonts from Typekit" or "Manage Fonts" like most of images I have found online say. When I hit the "Turn Typekit On" button, nothing happens.Has anybody had this same issue??Thank you,Chris
For the past 2 months, my Creative Cloud account, that I share with 2 other coworkers, has not been syncing on my desktop. It continuously syncs 2 of 1300 files every day. All day. Never changes. My coworkers have no issue viewing each others files, yet I do. They can never view or access my files. I am able to view all files on the CC asset browser, but not on the desktop. Below are the references my CC is currently set at. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, forced quit, and restarted. Nothing helped. Any ideas on the issue?
This morning I logged in and started working like normal. When I went to save out I noticed a new folder in Bridge called "Creative Cloud Files (unknown) with no data in it. Weird, but what ever. So I saved my file and dinked around with some file structure and cleaned up a little. I noticed that my sharing icon had disappeared from the folders and wondered about that, but kept working because I'm on a deadline. So now there is wonky data in the new file folder that doesn't match the original CC folder. I don't know where my most recent files are and some files are just plain missing. I'm aggravated and confused about what is happening. Can someone shed some light on this?!
Unless I switch off 'sync files' via CC desktop app, every time I save an ID file I get an "unable to sync" message from CC app. CC doesn't say the problem's 'due to server error', nor do I have any strange non-unix characters in my file names. I've read on forums that CC doesn't like the ghost '.idlk' file ID creates when you're working on a file.Well, as ID is an Adobe app, isn't this a conflict they should've addressed by now?Or, more likely, I'm not doing something v basic...?Many thanks
When I try to collaborate a folder by sending an email invitation, the email disappears and the invite grays out. Any idea why this is happening? Doesn't happen on all folders.
I am having that same problem now. When I try to collaborate by sending an invitation, the email disappears and the invite button grays out. Only happens on one folder. There are subfolders in it.
My stakeholders have been reporting issues when trying to access files I send them links to via public sharing. Some say they click the link and the page does not resolve at all. Some say they can see the document, but there are no options to download. Are there ideal browser type or settings for accessing these files?
HelloOn my cloud, sharing is not working. In the "send link" window, the "create link" button does not work.
I've had the Creative Cloud subscription for a couple of years now. Have seen a few problems but nothing as potentially bad as this.At my work i have a Windows 10 computer and all my files sync to Creative Cloud. At home I'm using a 2016 MacBook Pro (Sierra 10.12.6) and recently a lot of the files that were created on the Windows machine and synced to my Mac, are corrupted. I'm working on some rather large 40+ MB .TIFF files. When they are synced to my Mac the preview in Bridge shows only part of the image. When I try to open the files in Photoshop, I get a message that Photoshop cannot read the data. Yesterday I tried to save the files again on the PC, using new filenames. 1 of the 4 files that previously wouldn't open, now works but the other three are stille broken. If I log into my Create Cloud assets folder using Safari and download the files from directly from CC, they open in Photoshop without a problem. So, it's just the files that are synced to my Mac that have this problem.Th
I am working in Photoshop and i have always had acess to my downloaded pictures on creative cloud. Now it says "If you want to use creative clouds library you need to log in"But the problem is that i am logged in.And i cant see any of my pictures i have downloaded before - all is gone! When i try to download a new is says "contact your local creative cloud team" what do i do?
I'm working on a project with two other members of my team and we are each adding media to our local folders and taking turns on our After Effects file, but the files are not syncing properly from PC to Cloud back to PC.As each one of us makes a save or adds a file, it correctly updates the collaborative folder on the cloud site, but each computer isn't automatically updating the AE file with the most current version or downloading new assets. Are we doing something wrong or is this a glitch?
Hi, I am running my Adobe Creative Cloud (4.1.1.202) on Windows 7 (SP1) on our corporate network. Since few days ago I am really disturbed (every 1 or 2 minutes) by Windows pop up that "Program Core Sync has stopped working". We (me and guys from our corporate helpdesk) have tried to uninstall CC, repair it and also create new Windows user profile... any of previous didn't fix the issue. Yesterday I tried to log in with my CC account on my colleagues computer and the same issue appeared. Now I am convinced the issue appears because of a file (or various files) I have stored on my Creative Cloud. Probably because of this Core Sync crashes....@10545403 from Adobe support:1) How can I solve this problem?2) How can I find out which file may be causing this?Thank you for your response.I attach screen of my computer (Czech localization)
I have shared a folder with a co-worker. I have a 20gig limit and they have 2. I filled up that 2gigs in that shared folder and it stopped the syncing. So I started deleting/moving folders and files out of the synced folder. The computers do appear to reflect the changes I made but the app still says that she is out of space and to clear out some space in the archive. But there is nothing in the archive. Her error shows "There was a problem syncing some Files... You are out of storage: Permanently delete files from the archive to continue syncing. View Archive". But there's nothing in the archive that shows up. Most of the files weren't deleted but just moved out of the folder. I did empty my archive folder as well. I've also stoped syncing and restarted from the preferences in the cloud app.
I'm having a problem that I can't delete an empty folder inside my creative cloud account. Every time I delete it, it comes back. I've deleted on a couple of different computers plus online. Still comes back.
I have some RAW files I uploaded onto my iPad and which (seem to) have synched to the cloud. I want to bring these files down from the Creative Cloud to my MacBook but just can't work out how to do it. Anyone help?[Title edited for question clarity and future forum search... Mod]

Any time I drop files in my CC folder the files display as "0 sec left" with no approximate time left. It's mildly frustrating as I have no indication of how much longer the files need to sync.I've paused syncing and restarted. Signed out and back in. Turned syncing Off and On under Preferences/Files, but to no avail.Any help would be appreciated.
I am trying to install Creative Cloud on my MacBookPro (latest macOS) but I keep getting the error message "Failed to start CoreSync - Could not create ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync"This started after installing the Application manager and continues even after I quit the application manager. It works fine on my iMac but I can't get it to work on my MacBook.
