Hallo, wir nutzen für unsere Arbeit die CC-Bibliotheken, um dort ganze Ordner mit Dateien zu teilen, sodass wir alle dran kommen und sie bearbeiten können. Ich habe das Problem, dass sich bei mir im Library-Ordner alle Zwischenversionen der Dateien speichern, die einer von uns abgespeichert hat. Das heißt ich habe alle aktuellen Versionen + alle Zwischenversionen einer Datei jeweils einzeln gespeichert auf meiner Festplatte. Dadurch entstehen natürlich große Datenmengen, sodass ich ständig manuell im Ordner Dateien löschen muss. Kann man dieses Speichern der Zwischenversionen irgendwie ausstellen oder zumindest, wie es bei der Creative-Cloud-Dateisynchronisation möglich war, den Speicherort auf eine externe Festplatte umstellen? Viele Grüße

Hello Community, We have a Campaign/worfklow that is set to run indefinitely in ACC which runs daily. We are relying on DeliveryLogs to see if this email was sent, but unfortunately the delivery logs are retianed for only 90 days so once the 90 days period is over there is potential a chance that the consumers will receive deplicate emails. Is there a way around this? Is there a property we can set in the Campaign to avoid sending duplicate emails? We have other less preferred options like creating a List or setting a flag in the recipients to know if the emails was sent. But just wondering if there is an option to do this OOB. Thanks for your help!

Hello I just bought the Adobe license. I was downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud but it tells me that it is not possible to connect to the server. And I urgently need to download the programs. How can I solve this problem? I attached some images captures. I hope someone can help me. Greetings

My portfolio website editsbyanna.com  doesn't load up if I add the "www" prefix to it. When i used www.editsbyanna.com  it doesn't work and after a lot of time I get the Err_connection_timed_out error. I have checked my domain provider and all the records are pointing correctly. Now the issue is not happening with me alone, one of my friend who has an Adobe portfolio website is facing the same issue too....Can someone help me out on what's happening with the portfolio site? 

My workplace pays for an Adobe Create Cloud subcription, we are part of a team subscription. I've recently discovered that (to save money) my manager logs into my Adobe account as me on her PC, to use the occasional piece of Adobe software. Leaving aside the legalities of this, would this cause any issues with my installation? I've noticed odd behaviour when working, long pauses whilst opening files, long pauses whst in the middle of work for no reason, linked files placed from CC Libraries losing their link and general sluggishness. The PC is well specced, especially for the kind of work I do, (PShop, ID, Ilustrator etc). I'm just trying to narrow down the issue through a process of emilination.

My university deactivated my account. After a few months, I asked them to reactivate it. Now all my files are gone. I saved everything to cloud before too! Only a few of my files are left. Is there a way to recover them? 

I've created my website through Adobe Portfolio and have an irritating issue. While viewing my website, you can see in the browser tab it says "Nina England" which is my old last name and I cannot figure out how to fix that. I made sure to update my Adobe Creative Cloud Account profile name to reflect my new last name, though this issue still persists. Obviously I'm missing something, does anyone know how I can correct this? It's super annoying when I share my website with people, the thumnail hyperlink also says Nina England, and they ask why. It's embarrassing that I don't know how to correct this.  Can anyone assist me?  

Hello, after changing the DNS and successfully connecting Adobe Portfolio to the domain, my website does not load when I enter an address with "www", namely https://www.rogner.cz.  The address https://rogner.cz works fine. I set everything up in DNS according to the instructions. Thank you for your help.

I can no longer use Creative cloud for sharing files between my iMac and MacBook. What are other people using? I'm a graphic designer and just want to be able to share files, mostly InDesign,  between my two Macs. Will iCloud Drive do a similar job?

Hello, My Creative Cloud has suddenly stopped syncing my files. It just says "Getting storage information..." and never changes. What could be the problem? Thanks, Reuben 

I cannot comment on my friends’ projects on Behance. I think it is clear that they are blocked by the site. I sent them more than once for help, but no one responded, and I opened more than one ticket.

I have been trying for 2 days to install Creative Cloud and it won't do it beacuse it says another installer is already running and I don't have anything else running. These are the steps I have done so far: -Downloaded "Adobe uninstaller" and ran it just to see if anything installed from failed attempts.-Ran Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool.-Restarted computer-Went in "Task Manager" and turned off Windows Installer and anything else labeled "Updater"-Went into the Windows Installer Service and hit "Stop" My computer is a PC running Windows 11. It is still not working, any ideas?

Whenever I reboot my MacBook Pro, a Creative Cloud Files folder shows up under Favorites in Finder. I never look in that folder and have never had any need for that folder. I always Remove it because it's taking up space uselessly, but it comes back every time I reboot. How do I make that folder stop showing up?

Hello, I am a new user of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.I noticed that access to Creative Cloud with 100GB memory is given to me, but it seems that Adobe document cloud is not synced to Creative Cloud.I would like to know if they are two distinct cloud services? If so, how do I access to the Adobe document cloud (not Creative Cloud Files) from my file explorer?Thank you. 

I'm hoping someone has had a solution to this. I've recently moved my credit card from Visa to Amex and have discovered that for some reason Adobe doesn't accept Amex, which I find baffling as it's a globally recognised card like Visa. I can't use Gpay as I'm an iphone user and I keep clear of Paypal due to issues I've had with them in the past. That leaves me with no way of paying for my subscription. Creative Cloud is a nice to have for me these days, and not so essential, so I'd like to have it if I can, however, if I can't pay for it, then it's gone I guess. Anyone have a solution to this as it seems kind of nuts? 

When I share link to a folder of images it normally shows the previews of the images before you click on one. This seems to have comepletely stopped working.
