Portfolio recently added a Custom Meta Tag Feature - which is helpful for SEO, but can someone show me a sample of what the HTML code should look like?The 'learn more' information is not specific enough. I see only one other question about this and no helpful answer.

For a couple of weeks now, the creative cloud app keep getting starting on login even if the option »open on startup« is disabled. I think it's because Adobe discontinued the file synchronization because every time the app starts the synchronization has a red exclamation mark and the synchronization is on pause. When I resume the synchronization, it finishes the synchro, but the app still starts on the next startup with the same exclamation mark. There appears to be no option in the settings of the app to stop the synchronization manually. I want the app to stop starting on startup, how can I do that?

Have uploaded PSD to a folder in my library (to share). The file format is PSD and the sizes are between 8-80 MB. The problem is that when I try to download a psd file from the folder (choosing between PSD, PNG and JPEG) its size is always 138 bytes. The JPEG and PNG choise works.I am using the Creative cloud throug the browser (Chrome). Have not tested it through the app. Downloading the same file from "Your Files" works fine in the browser. But the purpose it to share a folder to download uploaded PSD-files from "Your Library". Includes a screenshoot of choices where the PSD-choice creates a 138 byte psd-file. Is it a bug? Thanks in advance

Hi, I have a problem with CC. I cannot find my pictures on my computer and it's impossible to copy all my pictures at one time. One at a time is possible btw. That's **** The folder Creative cloud files in C:Users/... is empty Do u have an idea?Thanks you  

I recently suscribed to your services and four months later you removed syncing libraries after I used 30 gb. I have no budget for suscribing to another cloud. Well today I lost a 1gb file with one accidental click and there's no way to recover it.   Thank you for the inconvinience.

Since about January, I have not been able to access or add any shared cc libraries. In the libraries panel on illustrator and such it says, "Library syncing is paused. To fetch your libraries from Creative Cloud, please resume syncing." I press resume and nothing happens. I've tried going into my desktop app but it says and does the same thing. I have a pc, not a mac FYI

Hi there. I opened my CC app today and after a update, I got a message warning saying that Adobe is gonna discontinue the CC files on cloud. Then, I need to know how to proceed about my files on CC cloud, specially my XD files saved on cloud directly from XD. Will I have to save all them to another cloud service, like onedrive or similar, or Adobe is gonna keep its CC cloud files to current clients that are already using the feature? What am I supposed to do so I keep all my files, mainly including XD ones, saved? And what about my CC libraries?   After each update, Adobe screws up with something, incredible. Invision screwed up with their original content by replacing with a "freehand-only" approach, and now Adobe come with that. Being a tech professional is taking the wrongest course ever.

When I click it, it shows a cloud alert within the app, that nearly 1 % of my 100 GB cloud space is taken, and that I should upgrade.I don't even willingly use any of the adobe cloud space services. How can I get rid of this, it's slightly annoying.

Así deberías permitir subir archivos desde https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents porque actualmente sale un botón de "subir" pero no funciona.

Having an issue setting up my contact/about section with my portfolio using the sawdust theme.I do not want these to be in the gallery just want the links in the navigation area. Thanks, G  

I've noticed an issue with Adobe Creative Cloud updates, after the check updates button moved recently one extra level of clicks out of the way. I kept clicking check updates and nothing was there. But then I realised InDesign 19.3 was the one available in cc apps - but "about InDesign" showed I had 19.2 installed. I've just been able to install 19.3 by navigating to it and clicking install, but it never came up in auto updates or when I clicked check updates. Running Mac OS Sonoma 14.3.1 on Apple Mac Studio M1 Max. Now I've installed it all my customisations have disappeared (like window > workspace pallette locations etc)

CC2015 has added "Creative Cloud Files" to the Finder Sidebar in OS X as the last item in the Sidebar.This is not a bad thing once. But if it is moved to a different place in the list (such as where we used to have it with our other cloud services) or if it is removed from the sidebar, the CC agent will replace it into the last position.This does not meet with our software deployment strategy guidelines.How may we disable this?Thank you very much,Ross

Hello community or admin! As someone who you could say have OCD. I have been bothered by the fact I cannot delete the Creative Cloud Folder. There are two instances of them. If I delete the one below, the folder above becomes not accessible/editable/deletetable. Perhaps it might sound trivial but for me it is quite exhausting to see.Please kindly assist.Best regards,Loyal Adobe User

I received an Adobe Digital Card Cloud Document via email from a friend. i can't open the document. I'm prompted for an email address and password, but i get "invalid credentials" error messages no matter which email address and password i use. What needs to be done to open this document?  

I am really stuck, since upgrading to 2022 versions (not sure if this is the reason) my adobe libraries will not let me add anything, I am logged in and have reset preferences, reset adobe cloud etc. I can add new libraries and groups etc and add new colour swatches from online (however when I do this it shows up in the libraries but won't let me add the colours) Likewise on a colour swatch clicking the tickbox add to a specific library nothing gets added. It's almost like the whole of the libraries part is in read only or has some sort of block on it. Can anyone help me please? It's driving me mad (it's also not jusat this account as it doesn't work on my personal one either) I'm using a Mac Mini M1 if that's any help. It was working just fine last week Rich

hello After downloading and install adobe creative cloud. whan lunching it gets endless loop on initializing.tried to repair the app through the adoba installer and it stuck on 2% (trying to connect to the server).uninstall opt not work as well : "couldn't uninstall CC for desktop. you still have CC applications installed on your computer that require it" :(( I'm on a team plan for creative cloud and am using pc.  

How do I stop creative cloud files from syncing on my local drive? It's eaten up all the memory on my laptop and I'm unable to open up Photoshop/ Illustrator. I get a scratch disk full error. Is there any way that I can access the shared files on CC strictly on the web and not have them auto sync on my local drive? I'm on a team plan for creative cloud and am using a macbook pro.

Hello, I added new assets to my library this morning, and 1h later I came back to start working and all of my old assets are gone. Tried to check on the Creative Cloud app to see if they were there, but seems they have all vanished. How can I get it back? All my work team relies on this library. Thanks!

Hi, recently i tried to install adobe creative cloud, but every time i try to install i get this error. I looked on the internet and i tried everything (closing conflicting programs, creative cloud cleaner,...) and still i cant install it. Can someone help me with this please.

I'm running Creative Cloud version 6.1.0.587, Windows 10 version 22H2. Every time I boot my PC I get a red triangle with an exclamation point on taskbar icon and in the app the cloud icon has a red circle with an exclamation point. I get no other error messages of any kind. When I log into my account, my plan details are no able to be loaded, and I get a 'Error 401: Unauthorized' message and can't access my cloud account. Mind you, everything else works fine, as I can download and open apps, and access my account and view everything other than my plan details. I'm not sure why this is happening and it recently started a few week ago. I've included screen shots to to demoenstrate when I'm talking about.

Hallo zusammen, der Horror aller Fotografen: fast alle Alben sind plötzlich überall gelöscht.Ursprünglich hatte ich mal wieder Synchronisationsprobleme.Ich habe bis vor Kurzem nur Lightroom in der Cloud benutzt und beschäftige mich nach und nach erst mit LR Classic. Ich wollte nun 2 Alben von LR zu LR Classic synchronisieren und obwohl ich schon einmal alles synchronisiert hatte, find Classic an 12.000 Fotos zu laden (alle Fotos die ich anscheinend auf allen Geräten habe). Selbst als ich die Synchro-Pfeile bei allen Alben abgewählt habe die ich gerade nicht brauche, hat es Stunden Nerven gekostet und bei ca 1000 Fotos ist er Stundenlang hängen geblieben.Plötzlich, alle Alben weg!!! Auf jedem Gerät in der Cloud.Alle bis auf die beiden die ich brauchte.In Classic sind alle Sammlungen (teilweise gefüllt, teilweise leer) noch da. Ich drehe durch. War bei den Problemen mit der Synchronisation ja noch überaus geduldig, aber jetzt bin ich panisch. 😕😕Bitte kann mir je

Hello, I'm Newbie, and I'm new to Adobe living in South Korea.I need your help.The site login is good.However, I have a problem when I log in from Adobe Creative Cloud Program.An error appears about the firewall and about time.I also turned off the firewall and tried synchronizing the time as a solution on the Adobe site.However, the same error keeps popping up and it keeps coming back to the login screen.I paid for the original product, and I want to resolve it quickly.Have a nice day, everyone 🙂 

I graduated college in April of 2023. I had access to Adobe through my school.  Once I graduated, I lost all access to my former accounts.  I created a new personal account and I cant login but the profile is still there .  How do I get access?  My old username is Nataliesherlock.
