I have the 20GB storage plan and I've deleted all Files/Libraries and empty the deleted folder but ive still got 10.GB being used, what can I do to get back to having the full 20GB available?

Good morning everyone,I have a problem with the Creative Cloud app that stopped working one dayThese are the things I've tried so far:1) System cleaning with registry clean tool2) Uninstall all Adobe software3) Delete residual files and folders4) Disabled the firewall This is my OSWIN 11 HOME 22H2  Build:22621.1928 When I start the app I still have the message "Creative Cloud Desktop app taking too long to load" and nothing happens... For the Adobe assistance I should reset all my PC, reinstall Windows... this is not a solution form me Thanks

I'm having a problem between the syncing of my two computers - it seems that on one computer, when I update something, it syncs correctly to the cloud, but when I try to access on my other computer it doens't sync all the files - they appear online correctly but the creative cloud folder does not reflect the online cloud files. How can I get this to re-sync? Should I disconnect and uninstall the cloud? Thanks

The problem:Creative Cloud Desktop icon disappears from notification area in Windows 10 during sync with Creative Cloud Files. The icon disappears leaving a blank space. Clicking on the blank space flashes up the Creative Cloud application but then the application immediately crashes. Hallo liebe Community,ich habe einen Text-Darstellungsfehler auf meiner Portfolio-Website, wenn diese hochkant auf Smartphones angezeigt wird - hier rutscht der Zeilenabstand zusammen und der Text wird unleserlich. In allen anderen Darstellungsformen (Smartphone quer, PC, Tablet) klappt es einwandfrei.Ich habe bereits versucht die Texte neu hinzuzufügen, aber das Problem bleibt bestehen und alle Textcontainer der Website sind betroffen. Freue mich über jeden Tipp, wie die Website auch auf dem Smartphone repräsentativ wiedergegeben werden kann!Viele GrüßeDennis

I have just compiled a new library and want to collaborate/invite co-workers to view/edit it.Usually there is an icon in the top right Libraries panel allowing to 'Invite to library', however, this particular library I have built isn't allowing it within Illustrator or through the CC app.I have included a screenshot showing the invite option on the left and then the new library that doesn't have this option.Can anyone assist please?

After successfully using for some time, my PSDC iPad files are no longer matching those on PSDC iMac - but there's no error message, Creative Cloud says up to date.  Adequate additional storage seems to be availble, no storage message.... please help? Thanks, S. Morley

is there any way to NOT store creative cloud files on hard drive (only on cloud)?

Ive been using Adobe cloud for quite some time and the same problems always arise, I am going to use and get another provider because your cloud is so flawed and annoying. A ton of images always show up as "image unavialble" the file is there but cant be accessed  and I have to dowload the original file then share then download to images (on my phone) its lenghty and takes foreverr and I have never seen this happen on any other file sharing. Please fix this issue, its been happening for years now. ALSO! why isnt there a download all files option? For how much money I spend on the cloud I am beyond frustrated with it and how far behind it is from other file sharing programs. I do not plan on using it much anymore simply because of how glitchy it is, Please work on fixing images unaviable.

If I look under Create Cloud "files | your files" and try to upload an mp4 file it throws an error. But if I go to "synced files" and upload it works. Can anyone explain why?

I attended a technical college for 2 years to learn graphic design and they had us store everything to cloud the whole time. I got married and changed my last name during the last month of class before I graduated, and the IT team there changed my school email to reflect my married name. This caused me to lose all my files I worked on for 2 years, and Adobe wouldn't help me directly, had to have the school's IT department deal with adobe support. Basically the IT people screwed up by changing my email BACK to the original and when they did that, everything was lost? That's the answer they gave me, and that I'll never get these files back.  My portfolio was there, along with everything I worked on for 2 years and all my own small business documents, logos and marketing info. I had just gotten a new computer and was in the process of moving everything over to that, so that's why I did not have a hard copy of everything.   Can anyone offer any tips or advice for getting my

Hola, el problema que experimento es el siguiente:Tengo Creative Cloud instalado con 4tb de almacaneamiento.No entiendo los motivos por lo que todos los archivos que arrastro/ descargo y que permanecen en LA CREATIVE CLOUD FILES (Carpeta) me ocupan TAMBIÉN espacio en mi disco local de MAC.De hecho, cuando borro un archivo de la carpeta de CREATIVE CLOUD FILES, se libera espacio en mi disco de mac.¿Qué sentido tiene contratar una nube virtual si también me ocupará espacio en el disco local dejándome sin espacio local?Quiero entender por qué sucede esto y cómo evitarlo: cómo hacer que la carpeta virtual de CREATIVE CLOUD FILES funcione como un disco duro externo, cuyo almacenamiento es independiente y no se crea en espejo con mi disco local

I have Creative Cloud and many CC apps on my Macbook Pro. The apps all work, and even the CC desktop app shows my librariess. However, it will not show my files. I am unable to access my CC online files through the CC app. The only error I receive is a notice stating, "Something went wrong. Please restart the app and try again." I've tried restarting the app, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and still it will not show my files. I am at a loss and this is a horrible way to work. My files are inaccessible. Also, how in the hell does one contact Adobe chat? The website takes you in circles but never offers the option to actually speak with someone. I've never experienced this poor customer service before. 

Will I loose my stored files in the cloud if I stop my subscription of creative cloud applications?

Why say "all apps included" when you are obviously not including all apps? Why nerf functionality of your flagship products like photoshop and remove 3D tools so you can sell other products? Will you do the same thing to After Effects? What's the marketing threshold before you split your software into three or four revenue streams or more? Why not be honest with your customers that signed on to CC when you promised that after ending CS that all the adobe products would be included?

I am building my first website using Pf. I created 3 pages. One page has 2 images each linked to one of the other 2 pages. If the links are to external pages, there are no issues but if the links are to other pages within Pf, previews work fine but after saving the site, on the live site, after navigating to the first page and click on either of the 2 mages, it takes me to the home page and URL field on my Edge browser says "https://xxxx.myportfolio.com/target="_blank". What am I doing wrong?

I'm currently using the CC Library extension in PowerPoint, and the issue that I'm running into is that once I place assets in the powerpoint, they do not automatically update as they do in illustrator. I essentially have to mjanual replace each asset which really defeats the purpose of libraries for me. Is there a setting I can update that will automatically update these assets in powerpoint, or is not possible?

Hi I need some help. I have downloaded adobe CC And i dont have enough space on C drive. So i changed the deafult location in setting on Creative Cloud.But whenever i try to install any Adobe Software from CC the space goes to C i dont know why i have changed the location but idont understand HELP

I subscribe to the Adobe Photography plan, which includes a few iterations of Photoshop and Lightroom and includes 20 gigs of cloud storage. I burned through that pretty quickly, and thought I'd try to add more cloud storage to my plan. All I see, however, is an option to change plans wholesale. I can't upgrade my cloud storage at all.What gives?A plan that includes only Lightroom gives you access to 1 TB of clouds storage, but the one that lets gives me access to more apps, arguably giving me more need for the cloud storage won't let me upgrade?I could jump up to the whole creative suite, gaining access to half a dozen apps and services I'll never use, but that just seems silly.Anyone know how to work around this or any other options?
