Just updated to Sequoia 15.7.4 and now all my updates are failing without error codes. I turned off my virus software and it still failed.

Every time I boot up my system and try to open Adobe software I get prompted to login. Sometimes it will kick me off in the middle of a work session and make me login again. I have to login multiple times a day. I got kicked out of this web browser session while typing this because it even logged me out here and I had to start again. I checked my windows credential manager and everything seems fine. This is the only system I log in to Adobe on, so there isn’t another system interfering. I repaired my CC app and that didn’t help. I read I might need to uninstall/reinstall all my Adobe software, but I use this system for work and have a ton of third party plugins so reinstalling everything would be a massive undertaking I’d prefer to avoid. The main software this happens with is Premiere and After Effects but that’s just because I use them so much and they’re usually the first thing I open.

Hi, I made a page with Adobe Portfolio in December through a school paid Creative Cloud account. My account got deactivated between semesters before being reactivated when the new term began. I thought that my page would stay up for two weeks and then deactivate, but that the content would still be editable and I could republish it when my subscription was reactivated. I can’t find the content anywhere on the portfolio editor page or elsewhere. Is it gone? 

I tried reinstall, unistall, install again - nothing works! 

As far as I can tell, my Lightroom library should be less than 40GB, which is where I assume the bulk of my storage is taken, but I’m told that I’ve used almost all of my 120GB storage. I know that I do have a few photoshop files that take a little space, but I don’t think even 1 GB, but I can’t figure out any way to see how my storage is being used. I’ve deleted all of my deleted files and images, and it still says I’m using around 3 times what I believe I’m using. Maybe I’m mistaken, but is there a way to look at file which apps or file types are taking so much space? I hate to delete even more images only to save a few gigabytes, when the difference is so huge. 

i managed to somehow open Adobe Illustrator despite not having it but the Creative Cloud app just keeps loading in it’s rainbow form. It won’t open and let me download normally. I don’t know what is wrong. I opened after effects and it said something about my MacBook Pro 2020 having less than 16GB of Ram.

Dear. Adobe's community. I worry about the problem about Spam with my account on Behance. I didn't make Spam and break the rules of community through my project.I just have used it my lecture to show and explain of AI-UX design project through outputs from my class. However, for today, I received e-mail about the condition 'Account deactivated' of my Behance account. I sent message that this decision was made in error to Adobe team, however I could not change my condition of account. Could you experience about this circumstance 'Account deactivated' because of Spam on Behance?I have used my account over 15 years... But it is the first time to be pointed out Spam. So I worry about my project archive and history for lecture - I prefer to use Behance for the guide of AI-UX project for students. I hope to fix it as soon as possible...  

According to the 'Benefits’ tab in Creative Cloud Desktop, I can take advantage of a 20% discount on Zoom Workplace. But when I click the link, it shows me the standard price for an annual subscription.

Why don't you support Linux? What's wrong with Linux? Do you think the number of Linux users in the professional creative industry is low? Are the development costs too high to justify targeting this audience? The large number of Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Fedora, Arch, etc.) and different graphics libraries (Wayland/X11) make software development difficult.Are the status of your graphics card drivers (especially NVIDIA/AMD) in Linux preventing you from running Creative Cloud's GPU acceleration features at full performance? Good afternoon!On February 9th, I renewed my Lightroom Premium subscription through Apple. On February 9th, Premium access was working in the Lightroom iOS app. On February 10th, the app said the subscription had expired. Please help.

Hello Adobe Community,Creative Cloud no longer launches on Windows. When I click the Creative Cloud icon, nothing appears at all — there is no window, no error message, and no loading screen. The process briefly appears in Task Manager under background processes but uses 0% CPU and then remains inactive.Creative Cloud had been working perfectly since October 2025 until today. The issue started after multiple error messages appeared while rendering in After Effects in the morning, which I closed quickly because I was in a hurry.I have already tried the following steps without success:- Restarted the computer several times.- Tried to repair Creative Cloud from the Adobe installer.- Tried to uninstall Creative Cloud, but the uninstaller was blocked and would not complete.- Ran the Adobe Log Collector Tool and successfully uploaded the log file: AdobeLogs_20260208_040105_600-win-GS.zxpAt the moment, I cannot reinstall Creative Cloud because I cannot uninstall it properly, and the app does

For many years now, I have had an Individual Plan installed on two computers. I have have always been able to use the various apps on both computers and the same time. Recently I keep getting a message saying that I can only use the app on one computer at a time. Is this a new thing? If not, why have it always worked on two. I am confused, do I need to change my plan?

Hi there,I'm having trouble with my Behance page, everytime I create a new project and try to embed or upload a video file its being limited to a small set of dimensions which I can not seem to change, this doesn't happen with picture files, is there something obvious I'm missing here? Thank you, Darragh

Trying to work out the cost of buying extra generative credits on the new standard plan, anyone know what cost will be? Am I right in assuming that each use of generative fill or expand will count against the 25 credits in the standard plan?

I had a personal adobe account years ago using my work email address. We now have adobe through work--and it requires using that same work email. When I log in to adobe, I use the work email and the option for personal or enterprise appears. (I’m not sure why the personal as that subscription ended years ago.) I choose the Enterprise option but when I log in I can see by the icon that it is my old personal account--and I get prompted to purchase adobe.

Hi, I having an issue with trying to access my website.   My published Website (Adobe Portfolio) is missing. I go to edit sites and my published site is not there.   Does anyone know how to fix the issue without having to make my stuff from scratch?

I know Adobe doesn't support Muse any more, but I'm a paying customer and have several websites I've designed using it and I am NOT moving them all to XD. I've never had a problem with it, now I get this stupid pop up window saying Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged. Why did this start just now? There IS no Adobe Application Manager now, it was replaced with the Adobe Creative Cloud app. I need this fixed ASAP.

I have a large collection of locally installed fonts and I want to homogenize it with Adobe fonts. I wish to remove all the fonts that are installed locally where Adobe fonts has an equivalent. Only fonts not available in Adobe will be installed locally.I cannot find on the web a list of the fonts available on Adobe fonts. Is this possible?

Hello, I'm not sure if I'll get a response, but does anybody have a workaround for the problem I'm having with Adobe Portfolio?I've made my portfolio, and I'm very very happy with it. The only problem with it is, whenever I view it on my phone in portrait aspect, the opening title of my site is tiny - and I mean TINY. I've tried all sorts of different workarounds to try and fix the problem, like increasing max-width, and increasing the font size of the title. It works great on every other preview option, except for portrait mobile. So much so that even when I turn my phone to landscape mode, the title is exactly how I want it. But who looks at things on their phone in landscape orientation? I know most of my traffic will primarily be via mobile users, so this is stressing me out a lil. There doesn't seem to be any way to make changes to each individual device preview. Otherwise, this would be a quick fix. And another reason why it's annoying is the fact that the tit

Hello. I have been having a problem with CC since December 2025, and I was hoping someone could help. Basically all of my CC applications – AI, ID, PS and LRC – have been updating without my consent. For context, I am running a Mac with the latest OS (as of January 2026), and:— I have disabled Auto Update in the CC app itself— I have turned off all Login Items and Extensions in System Preferences— I have removed the Launch Agents and Launch Daemons from the Library Despite having done all this, every week or two I will look in the Applications folder and find that Adobe has installed updates – and sometimes even completely new versions – of some programme without my knowledge or consent. This is not merely an inconvenience, it is a disaster. I am a book designer who often works on projects that span several months, and I need to make sure I am working on a stable system. Muse beherrsche ich einigermaßen.Seit einer kompletten Neuinstallation mit Windows 11 pro startet Muse nicht mehr.Die Vorinstallation war Windows 10 pro mit dem Update auf 11. I've gone through so many threads looking for where to wipe my storage, I've clicked every link to different types of storage including Deleted Files folders. I have nothing except maybe 30 photos and it says i'm at 106gb/100gb available. Ridiculous.

Moin, Ich habe ein großes Problem:Ich war auf einem Schul account angemeldet und hatte in der Could über lightroom 300gb Fotos gesichert. Ich wurde leider aus dem Schul bzw Institusaccount entfernt und somit auch die Bilder der letzten 5 Jahre, die ich leider nicht vollständig als Backup habe. Ich habe nun wieder Zugriff auf den Schulaccount, nur leider tauchen die Bilder nicht wieder in der Cloud auf. Ich weiß nicht ob es daran liegt dass ich mein privates Konto, was die selbe Email trägt nun mit eigenem Creative Cloud Abo versehen habe, also meinen Cloudbereich in dem Schulaccount überschrieben habe? Jegliche Tipps sehr Willkommen!!!LGThore
