I recently logged into Adobe Portfolio to make a few changes to my existing website and noticed the launch page has changed. Great, however where is my existing portfolio? It says, "Get Started" when I know that I already have an existing portfolio. I'm trying not to panic, but my portfolio is linked on my resume, LinkedIn page, and my instagram bio. I've sent  ______.myportfolio.com to multiple recruiters and HR reps and now I'm worried that this is hindering my candidacy. I also tried viewing my page from different internet browsers but the prompt I'm seeing is "Error 503 Backend Unhealthy". Just a few weeks ago I was in my portfolio page making changes and now it's gone. Is anyone else experiencing this?   

I was working in a fresco file, and wanted to find an older sketch to use as a reference-- when i went to go find it I found all my work other than what was opened in the last few days was gone. All of it. I tried to get into the cloud app and it didn't do anything - it won't even finish spinning.  I have gone to the browswer version  https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and it's also spinning. i can see most of my art files on the mobile app under files recent, but that's not everything. I am signed in under the correct account. Everything was working yesterday and then fresco updated.This is a new development.i have most of my art backed up, but not everything What is happening.

I’m experiencing a major issue with the Creative Cloud Desktop app on Windows. The interface shows a giant black bar on the right-hand side, and information is cut off on the left. None of the buttons or links in the interface are clickable. Steps I’ve taken so far:Uninstalled all Adobe apps and reinstalled Creative Cloud.Ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.Deleted opm.db and cleared the %localappdata%\Adobe\OOBE folder.Cleared the %appdata%\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries folder.Used Ctrl+Alt+R to hard reset the app.Quit all Adobe processes (Creative Cloud, CoreSync, CCXProcess, etc.) and relaunched.Adjusted Windows display scaling (100% and 125%).Toggled GPU acceleration in Preferences (when I could access it). Unfortunately, the issue persists — the app window still has a black bar on the right, UI elements are cut off, and nothing in the interface responds to clicks. System details:Windows 10 (64-bit) [or 11, whichever applies]Latest Creative Cloud Desktop version (fr

Alright,For the past two days, two out of my three Adobe Portfolio websites have been offline. I've been in touch with Hostinger, which hosts my domains, and while they've been trying to help, we ultimately need support from Adobe to resolve this issue.It appears that the DNS provided by Adobe is the same for all three of my websites, which has worked fine until now. However, for reasons beyond my understanding, it's suddenly not working.This has become a significant headache, especially after reaching out to Adobe Support only to be told they don't offer any direct assistance from their team. Instead, they pointed me to online articles that both the team support at Hostinger and I have already reviewed, to no avail.It's baffling to me that, despite the millions of subscribers paying for these monthly services, Adobe seems unwilling to provide support for Adobe Portfolios.Two of my websites are currently down, and we urgently need someone from Adobe to step in and offer a solution:www.

I've tired restarting the app, my iPhone and nothing is helping. It just keeps loading . I can't get to my files 

Hi. I use the mobile app. I have a number of differemy folders. When I open them they are now say ' This folder is lonley - create something' and my existing work isn't coming up. Any ideas? Is this happening to anyone else?thanksangela 

Hello!I'm subscribed to the plan that includes Lightroom and was already using Adobe Portfolio to host my website. Due to a payment issue, I lost access to my account for about 2–3 months, but I resolved the issue and it was reactivated today.During that time, my website went offline, and now when I try to publish it again, I get a message saying I need to have a Creative Cloud account (which I already do) or subscribe to Behance Pro.Has anyone else experienced this? Does the platform need some time to process that my account has been reactivated?Thank you in advance!

I can't seem to access Adobe Portfolio. I was able to last weekend, but now it gives me a blank screen, no error visible either. I am using firefox. I tried clearing my cache and history, but it still doesn't work. I also attempted to access it from Safari, but that's down too.

Hi, I am confused. For the last 6-7 days, I have been unable to access the Behance site. It always shows this message: "HTTP ERROR 403." I don’t know what the issue is. I have cleared my browser's cache and history, and I have tried different browsers as well (screenshots attached). Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I am upgrading my website. I am buidling it in a new CRM system I recently signed up for. I created a simple page with all the information I need in there, but I want to keep my portfolio samples in Adobe Portfolio.I created a link in the new website pointing to my current Adobe Portfolio sample page and it works great. The only issue I'm having is that I cannot find a way to point my visitors back to the main page once they're done viewing the samples. The logo at the top only gives me a choice to link to pages within the Adobe Portfolio site. Is there a way to create a link that points to an outside website? Help!

Can you used creative cloud to find where files were placed and linked to? For example I have an icon I used in various files. Can I find which files the icon was used in?

Hallo zusammen, kann mir jemand sagen wie ich mein 100GB Cloaudspeicher upgraden kann? Ich habe die Adobe Creativ Cloud und finde nirgends eine Upgrade Möglichkeit. Ich nutze einen deutschen Account. Alternativ hätte mich interessiert wo ich den Speicherplatz verwalten kann. Ich finde bei mir nur PhotoShop Dateien von ca. 5 GB und kann keine anderen Dateien finden die die restlichen 95GB belegen. Papaierkorb ist leer... kann mir jemand drinngend helefen da ich keine Firefly Videos erstellen kann ohne mehr Speicherplatz. Danke euch vielmals für eure Hilfe!!!! Lieben Gruß, Tom

I just installed CC.  The default location for the Creative Cloud Files folder is C:\users\name\Creative Cloud Files.  Can I move it to another location and still retain sync capabilities?

I have sevral terabytes of local storage. I want to be able to download all my cloud files to my own storage. Is there a way to do this that doesn't involve individually selecting each of the 10s of thousands of files?

You guys need to step it up and fix this ridiculous activiation limit nonsense and just do it like Maxon. I am on the Adobe security page logged out of all sessions except my current PC and I am STILL getting an activation warning dialogue when opening After Effects. NO other computer is using CC except the one I'm on getting this stupid warning. Worse yet the dialogue box is sloppy and shows I have about 12 sessions activated for the computer I'm using WHILE ALSO saying "This Device" is "not activated" lmao. Why should anyone pay hundreds a year for this low quality coded mess? I highly recommend if you are having this problem to go Google "Adobe Killer" and run that when you need to completely nuke CC out of existence in your services as Adobe doesn't care. 

I have a problem with my account. When I turned on my computer this morning and opened Adobe Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud asked me to change my password. So I created a new password. I logged in with the new password, it shows me my account. But all Adobe applications are locked. Despite the fact that I paid the annual fee, which ends on November 24. I have already reinstalled Creative Cloud Desktop. I don't know what else to do. It doesn't even show that I have paid for Creative Cloud. I just cleared the cache in appdata as you advised me. What else should I do?

I was just accepted to be part of the early users of the sync function with Creative Cloud and would like to use it but do not want to take up any of my computer's hard drive space. I would like to move the Creative Cloud folder to an external HD. How can I do this?

Nachdem die entsprechenden Adobe Hinweise zum Fehler 127 das Problem nicht lösten und ich auch schon versucht habe die Programme neu zu installieren (Lightroom Classic lässt sich nicht deinstallieren), bekomme ich mittlerweile nicht mal mehr die Programme re-installiert.Berechtigungen für den Vollzugriff stehen, Firewall sowie Virenschutz waren ausgeschaltet, nichts funktioniert. Es ist schon bezaubernd wie oft man trotz der hohen Kosten mit der Creative Cloud Probleme hat... 

Two issues: 1. None of my images are loading in my builder, but the styles are working correctly - both in the builder and the preview. 2. My live site has zero styling, but pure HTML. I've tried viewing it on desktop and mobile, I've checked my domain name, and tried it on Safari and Chrome. How can I get my site back?

I'm on a Macbook Pro with 32GB running MacOS 15.6.1 (24G90).AGAIN I am having problems updating the Creative Cloud app and Photoshop.  This time the problems even come with some very weird behavior.1) In my CC app I get the message that an update of the CC app is available. I click on the update link, the message goes away, and nothing happens except the “updating Creative Cloud” message. The two pop-ups that normally follow, where I have to enter my admin password do not appear, and then the update message reappears at the bottom of the CC window.2) In the app, it also indicates than an update for Photoshop is available.  I click on the update link, which does not show the usual animation for when it is clicked, and again nothing happens except the “waiting” message. No popups (creative cloud services and I forget the other), nothing. Then the “waiting” message goes away and the blue update link reappears. I quit the CC app, restart and try again.
