I have researched on locking/unlock at component level but I didn't find any solution on that.I tried adding the mixin property it is not allowed to have those mixin property at component level.

Hi! I'm an Adobe customer (LOVE it) and recall that a couple of months ago I got some kind of messaging from Creative Cloud (came automatically with my package) that said something about accessing my computer. I remember that it made me a bit uncomfortable, and I didn't fully understand it. Took a snapshot. Put it to the side. Now I can't find the screenshot with the message from the system(of course!  LOL). I never really use Creative Cloud, more just Adobe for PDF work for the moment. Cloud used to open automatically every day (slightly annoying). I was able to adjust that but am wondering if any of this is something about any of you might be aware. In other words, how can I best access Cloud to see settings to just make sure that all of everything is OFF? Please advise when you can. Thank you! 

I have been trying and searching for a couple of hours on how I can contact Adobe support + change my country on my account to purchase subscriptions. I am Canadian, but was living in the USA for around 6 months so had an american card on my account. I no longer use this card. Now I am trying to update my payment - which I am unable to do because it is asking me for $19.99 but I can't pay that until I switch to my Canadian card. Tried accessing the help center, which said I could get into contact with a real person with no luck. Very frustrated at this point.

El caso es que me salta el aviso constante que tengo el almacenamiento lleno, pero cuando intento acceder a los archivos que supuestamente ocupan todo el espacio me dice que no tengo ningún archivo. De verdad que 0 gracia porque no puedo trabajar. Y tampoco es que me ayude mucho la ayuda de Adobe. No se, he cargado muchas veces la página pero nada. Si alguna persona supiera que diantres pasa, le agradeceria que lo compartiese conmigo. Muchas gracias.

Hello, it appears that it can be challenging to directly communicate with Adobe unless you are already a paying customer. Quite frankly, it looks like it's not that simple either as a paying customer, team or a business. Hopefully it is for Enterprises. This limited accessibility to support raises some concerns and may impact one's perception of Adobe's customer service.It's worth noting that when using Adobe CC programs like Photoshop or Premiere, users don't have the option to own a physical or digital copy of the software. Instead, they rely on Adobe's systems for access and functionality. However, I do have a question regarding data and backups in case Adobe were to discontinue their services. Are there any legal rights or terms of service in place to ensure that businesses won't lose their data and backups? I recently purchased a year plan that has photoshop and lightroom. Today I received the Email below saying that my Adobe ID was my email. but when i open creative cloud there is no active plan. Hello Everyone, I am having some problems in using the API. 1. I am trying to get the Creative Cloud Assets' data using API. And I am able to get the basic info about the assets using {{baseUrl}}/api/v1/libraries/{{library_id}}/elements?selector=default. However, to get the description, I need to use Selector = details. And I got 401 error. Do I need additional scope or do I need to add a certain API to my application? 2. The documentation on how to update an element is incomplete it seems. The path below is supposed to update the elements. However the documentation just says you have to pass string of element ids. What do I need to do to update a specific field like description or name of an element?https://cc-libraries.adobe.io/api/v1/libraries/{libraryId}/elements/metadata

I am really confused as to why my .psd files I am working on photshop/fresco iPad apps are not showing on my mac. I assume this should be syncing to my mac, correct? My folder structure in Finder (/Users/Name/Creative Cloud Files):_Cloud documents.webloc1xAdobe It is showing a completely different folder structure when I go view the .PSD files through creative cloud (either on https://assets.adobe.com/ or via the app).How could this be?I guess my question is, is this a bug, sloppy functionality, or just user error? It would be nice to sync my .psd files like I would with dropbox, where it shows them in finder. Is this possible?

No matter how many times I change the Adobe Creative Cloud to enable it at startup, the app will disable itself when I shut down my PC. I have enabled the 'Launch Creative Cloud at login' but it doesn't solve the issues. It's annoying because I have to open the Creative Cloud and wait for Adobe Fonts to fully load into my PC every time I want to do my work. The issue just happens recently about a week ago.

HelloI just bought a new computer (iMac) and as it is updating to the latest version. I don't know if this issue started when I got the computer or before that but I know it's around the same time. My library will not load. Please see attached screenshot. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the cc app as well as logging out of everything, turning off my computer, and turning it back on.

I downloaded and installed a font, and when I go into the font section of Creative Cloud, it says they've been installed. However, when I press 'done' and go into the font section to see if they're activated, they're nowhere to be found. I'm not sure how to toggle the font setting on and off, but I've heard that helps. Anyone know what to do?

Just got my new MacBook Pro 16" 2023 with M2Pro chip (if it makes a difference). I installed from my Time Machine backup, then updated to Universal, not Intel 64 apps, that work better with Apple Silicon.I have a subscription to Adobe products through my school district. I have been trying to sign in to Adobe products on this computer like God intended, when..."Sign-In Required"I put in my credentials. From HERE: normally, window closes, and "Sign-In Required" returns. I still can't access any of my Adobe products, which I use regularly. I executed the solution that required me to trash and change some things under "Application Support", both in the regular Library and the ~Library. That got me as far as the EULA. I agreed...and then we went back to Lather, Rinse, Repeat without getting me to the EULA.I executed the solution of getting rid of some Adobe items in my Keychain (like my user profile). Hi, I have an Adobe account connected to my company's Creative Cloud account. I'm a Graphic Designer so we have a lot of assets saved every day to the Cloud. Two things which are happening:  Even though I'm supposed to be saving files to the cloud, it's also filling up the Macbook storage too. It looks like the storage on my Macbook is double what it is actually supposed to be, comparing to my colleagues Macbook. He has 258GB of Creative Cloud files whereas I have 510GB! Thanks, any help soon would be really appreciated, it's stopping me from working as I can't open apps when I want too due to 'scratch disks being full'.

Hi,  I am trying to complete Adobe Workfront - Sales Accreditation. I was able to go through almost all course that are part of this learning path and even completed the quiz but two courses I couldn't open: - Competition and Objection Handling - Selling with Partners I am using a MacBook Pro M1 Max and tried accessing the courses on both Safari and Google Chrome with no result - screen is blank and not displaying anything. I even tried opeing the couse on the Adobe Learning Manager app on Iphone and Ipad with same result. Are you please able to advise?  Thanks!

I am also having the same problem. I followed the above steps to uninstall/reinstall the software about 6-8 months ago. And now it is happening again. Adobe CC is using almost 100% of my CPU Time even when the app has been quit. I have a Mac and am on MacOS Monterey v12.6.3. It is May 2023 and I've just read a thread of people posting about this same problem from 2020 to now. Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks for your help.  

I have years of files and folders that I keep in my Creative Cloud storage. I cannot see any of them, on my desktop or in my browser. CC shows that i'm using 63GB of my storage, but my folders and files are nowhere to be seen.On a PC running the latest version of CC. This has never happened to me before.    Any info on this problem?

I am using Adobe Lightroom CC App on a Macbook Pro. I went to sync about 150 photos they uploaded so fast I didn't even notice except for the last 6, the last 6 photos have been syncing all night. The Internet connection is fine. this doesn't make any sense.

               I've attached several examples of correspondence and records of payments that demonstrate the fact that I have not received a refund from Adobe and have made significant effort to process this refund. I cannot contact them directly through the website because the admin block, but admin has little to nothing to do with my account.
