Hi everyone, I have bought a large number of redemption codes from Adobe-authorized resellers in the USA.The reseller is listed on Adobe's website: https://www.adobe.com/partners/partnerfinders.html When I try to redeem the codes, Adobe's website shows all of them they are successfully redeemed.Then, when I check back into my account, the plan expiration date is NOT correct, because some of the subscription years are missing.I tried to contact Adobe support three days ago, and they say a dedicated team is working on it, and checked back today, and they say they are still working. This makes me super anxious since I bought the redemption codes for hundred of dollars...Does anyone have a similar issue? Or it's just me...

HiHave purchased PS Elements 2023, downloaded the installer and run it but it does progress past browser authetication and the "If your browser is not responding, sign in here" link does nothing. I've run as administrator, downloaded from the 'Creative Cloud Apps to Download' page and tried the various options on the forum where people downloading the Creative Cloud installer have had the same issue.  I have also checked Windows Defender logs to confirm that isn't blocking it. I don't have any security or privacy settings / add ons in the browser that would obviously prevent anything. I'm running Windows 10 Build 1904 on an Intel based Lenovo Thinkpad. Can I get advice on how to resolve this please? Thanks Sean 

Hi there,  is there a way to download older versions of the adobe apps such as PhotoShop, Premiere, Audition, etc. I am running on iOS 10.13.6 and before formatting my hard drive I had these apps working without any problem. Thanks for your help. Kind regardsFrank

Hello!I installed Adobe creative cloud a few days ago, the Installation was succesfull. I could open it and there wasn't any problem.But then when I tried to download the apps I wanted (I tried one by one) my download didn't start, it stuck at "loading" and it can stay like that for 1 day and more.I tried to uninstall and install again Adobe creative cloud and to try again but it still don't work so I don't know what to do.Also it don't say an error message or that it failed, it only stuck. What could I do to resolve it? Here's the example :I'd be glad to have an answer! And excuse my bad english ..I usually speak french.:)

To Whom It May Concern,I recently purchased the downloadible version of CS6 Premium for my Windows-based laptop. Shortly after that I ended up purchasing a new Macbook Pro 15" Retina, which does not come standard with a CD/DVD drive.I contacted Customer Service to do a product swap. I was completely dismayed and highly annoyed to learn that to do a product swap I could not simply de-install CS6 from my old laptop, followed by downloading a Mac version of CS6, but I also had to be sent the boxed product, which is obvioulsy of no use to me since I no longer have a disc drive, and, which cost me over $22 CDN in shipping! I also tried to explain my case to the Customer Service agent; however, all he could say was that sending the boxed product was standard procedure and was unable to cancel my order. Hi,I am trying to install the Adobe After Effects but the installer freezes at "Trying to connect to the server".I have already tried everything on as mentioned in the below link but still nothing seems to resolve this issue.Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DCKindly help. Any time i try to install something it gets up to about 5% and then 'Installation failed'. Ive reset the app and even tried downloading from a browser but nothing works.  I just made my account and am a new user so im pretty confused as to why this isint workingit says  something like this on every single app when i try to downlaod it. Are there any solutions?

It should work, but is there any problem with Adobe not allowing old programs to work? I've heard there are registration problems.

I am trying to install Adobe CC on my Windows 11 laptop, however, when the installation is finished and the loading screen pops up I get a message saying "cloud is taking longer to open than usual". After a long period of time, it closes and a pop up with the message "Adobe CC is damaged or missing". I have tried on numerous occations to reinstall AND repair it, nothing is working and I am very displeased that I am paying to receive this amount of trouble.

Hi,About an hour (or so) ago I redeemed a code for Adobe Creative Cloud Photgraphy Plan (12-month prepaid membership) that I got from Amazon, however, I cannot find it under my Plans and Products. I tried re-entering the code but it told me the code was already redeemed despite the fact that I cannot find the download for it or any order history of it in my Adobe account. Up until now I have been paing monthly for the Photography Plan (20GB). I have also tried the chat system, which seems to be the only method of contact, and now waited for nearly 1h30mins I'd quite like to do something fun. I need know what has happened to the redeemed plan and why it hasn't been added to my existing one.  I do still have the physical software download card and I'd appreciate any and all help with my issue. Hello Thank you for this marvellous resource. I was referred here by adobe technical support who I was referred to by adobe sales.I do video tape (VHS, etc.) converting and need to use old operating systems for the software so cannot use current adobe software, and would rather a lifetime licence of course also. The nice chap I spoke to said that experts on here shared old software and it was legal from Adobe's perspective and would ensure the safety of the software also. This was great to hear as I needed old things, could test on blank computers and reformat if dodgy, but did not want to get illegal software.I would like Premiere Pro for Mac OSX 10.6.8, (I have got a copy from Internet Archive already but feel guilty about it though. It works perfectly, I needed to see if the equipment would work with it before going too far, but would rather a more legal one from here for paid (though still only a hobby) work.Photoshop for Microsoft Windows 7,Illustrator for Microsoft Windows 7

Hi to all,  i;m trying to download Stable diffusion as plug in for PS.  But I keep on getting erors. error: 1002It has to do with Creative Cloud. Creative cloud want to make chnages , ask me to allow it and fill out pasword. And whatever I fill in, It keeps on saying that it is not the rght opassword  (or username, its doesnt says anything) but I can't change it.Changed my password in Adobe,  in Exchange, all should be the same, but I cant do anything. Ik kep my updtes, thats wordk fine but for plugins in asked for a pasword wich is 100%bcorrect.  HOW ON EARTH CAN I ENTER CREATIVE CLOUD. and yes, i'm pissed, this is taking me for 2 hours already while pretty busy.And Adobe only reachable by a forum??? So help is most appreciated.! thanks, Pete

I have had win 11 for some time, all adobe programs worked, but yesterday I got an update and since then absolutely no adobe program works for me. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help either. Creative cloud doesn't even install, it wants a system password from me, which I can't even enter. I'm desperate, I need to work and I don't know who to turn to for help.Kerol

AdobeCrashReport with no specific error, continuously popping up at random, no report to view, no app crashes, nothing freezes, it's not destructive to any project, it's really only annoying because it's just a continuous random interuption from the AdobeCrashReport application, multiple time throughout the day. It doesn't have the look of the app specific error/crash, with the specific app logo/icon at the top. It has a red Adobe "A" style logo/icon, similar to the one on the top of this Adobe Support Community web page. There is a blue link to "view report" but the link is broken. No report opens. I can close the error window and move on with my work, until the next error, which will interupt my task until I clear or switch applications. Have not noticed any time specific issues/regularity to the error. Seems to appear at random. It pops up when an Adobe application is open. It doesn't seem to matter which one. Sometimes clicking out to another application like Chrome

I have an old CS6 Standard license purchased in early 2015.It's installed on a laptop on its last leg, so I wanted to move it to a newer system. However, when I tried installing it on the new system, it said the license was revoked. The customer support link it provides, says it could be due to 3rd party seller that sold a volume license. However from the official Adobe (India) Store. I have the invoice and the emails from Adobe for reference. Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue? 

I have deleted all my files in the 20GB that comes with my subscriptionbut does not give me the room back, says its still full.

Sämtliche Programmfenster erscheinen bei allen Adobe Programmen nach dem Öffnene nur noch mit Verwendung der Tabulatortaste (muss ich 2x bedienen) -  wie kann ich das ändern? Ich hätte gerne die letzte Einstellung bei der erneuten Öffung des Programmes als Standard. Angefangen hat es seit ich auf macOS Ventura 13.0.1 aktualisiert habe…Danke. All program windows appear in all Adobe programs after opening only by using the tab key (I have to operate 2x) - how can I change this? I would like to have the last setting as default when reopening the program. Started doing this since I upgraded to macOS Ventura 13.0.1....
