Windows 11 crashed, so acrobat pro 2017 (stand alone license) was not uninstalled/deactivated correctly. No devices show up in Adobe web-account page. Acrobat will not reactivate as abode website will not believe that second stand alone install was removed.

A few months ago, while I was sharing app link with friend, I realized that app is no longer supported in our county, Serbia. Even though, the app couldn't be listed as option in Play Store.Why is so?Thanks in advance

I am experiencing a recurring issue when attempting to use two Adobe applications at the same time.Whenever I open them together, the software produces an error and prevents me from continuing my work.I have already closed my Chrome browser to rule out conflicts, but the problem persists. I followed the instructions to repair the Adobe software, but the issue persisted.I then attempted to uninstall the Adobe products; however, the program remained installed on my computer and did not uninstall.At the same time, Creative Cloud indicates that no software is currently installed.I also tried using the Limited Access Repair Tool, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem.This issue is significantly affecting my ability to complete my tasks.

I am well aware how long I have owned and used this software. I purchased it legally and have been using it ever since across MULTIPLE computers over the last decade and NEVER had to UNINSTALL when moving onto the new computer. In almost every case, the old computer hard drive physically died and there was no way to UNINSTALL the software. Never had this problem. Now all of a sudden I am being hit with this 2 computer limit after a decade of use. The software I own, still installs on Windows 11 and works correctly until this crap about registration. There was never an EXPECTATION that I needed to upgrade to an overpriced subscription model when I have fully functional software I legally purchased. There is no reason Adobe should be blocking users from using something they legally purchased.

This is literally driving me insane. I have previously had a personal account for MANY years with Adobe and I  can't get onto any human being to help me. I now have a free university account which I was assured that when I set it up I would be able to use the existing Adobe apps on my laptop. Now of course since I closed my personal account which was costing me a fortune in favour of the free account I CAN NOT download Creative Cloud without it defaulting to my personal account, even though when I download it I am doing it through the university account. Therefore I am unable to use Adobe apps at all. My personal account was closed and I have signed out of it, I have cleared my caches, shut down the computer, removed CC, used a different browser and still it defaults to my personal account. I can not get any sense out of the university IT because they are not experts on Adobe. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. 

I had to reinstall Windows and my Adobe CS5 on my laptop and it's saying that I have exceeded the limit for installations. I can't find where my installs are listed so I can try and manage them and change over to the CS5 re-install-Steve

Hallo, seit kurzen verlangt mein Photoshop CS6 eine andere Seriennummer, da für die bisherige zu viele Geräte aktiviert sind. Oder ich soll andere Geräte deaktivieren, sonst kann ich nach 30 Tagen das Programm angeblich nicht mehr nutzen. In meine Account bei Adobe sehe ich meine Lizenz, aber keinerlei aktivierte Geräte, die ich deaktivieren könnte. Habe bereits bei Adobe angerufen. Der Support wurde aber  seit 2015 eingestellt, kann also nicht mehr helfen und hat mich auf das Supportforum verwiesen. Wie komme ich nun wieder zu einer funktionierenden Aktivierung meiner Lizenz auf meinem einzigen Rechner, der diese Software nutzt? Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung.

Hi. I have valid serial numbers for CS5 and CS6. I purchased both, and both have run without issue. However, I recently switched to a new computer, and while my CS5 installs just fine, my CS6 will not install because the registration site now appears to support only CS5.5 as an upgrade option to CS6. Since I upgraded from CS5, the system will not allow me to install CS6. This is NOT an issue of compatibility with the new machine, since CS5 installed successfully and operates just fine on it. The problem is simply that the registration server will no longer accept a CS5 serial number when installing CS6. As I upgraded from CS5 and did not purchase CS5.5, I do not have a CS5.5 serial number, so it seems I need Adobe to provide me with a clean CS5.5 serial number that can be used to install my CS6 software, or else I need someone to provide me with a workaround that will allow me to install CS6. Please help!

I deactivated acrobat on my old compter. I have a new dell and when I login to the Acrobat 2020 it is saying my trial ends in two days, but I have a valid license.

Windows 11 Photoshop CS6 i deactivated on old PC Every time I start CS6 on new Win11 PC, I get a screen asking me to license the software. I do this every time, but it always fails because the browser doesn't pass the sign-in information to the PC program (unlike two weeks ago, when it worked perfectly). Instead of the sign-in screen disappearing, another sign-in prompt appears.  I also tried it offline, as recommended in the forum (starting Photoshop on my PC offline). I enter the serial number, but after that, the sign-in screen reappears every time I start Photoshop, even though I'm already logged in. The sign-in still doesn't transfer the successful sign in after the offline attempt. Every time, I get the sign-in prompt and a message saying Photoshop won't work if I don't log in. But when I do, the sign reappears.    Support hasn't been able to help for two weeks. This is a nightmare.

Se descarga la aplicación Afte_Effects_Set-up.exe que abre la ventana de Creative Cloud Desktop y se queda pensando sin hacer nada. Al tiempo indica "Creative Cloud esta tardando en cargarse mas de lo habitual. Vuelve a iniciar Creative Cloud o reinicia el ordenador y vuelve a intentarlo. AyudaReiniciar" Ya he probado a desactivar el antivirus, reiniciar la aplicación, reiniciar el equipo y nada... Si no me lo puedo descargar y no veo soporte por ningún sisiot, tendré que cancelar mi plan...

Unable to activate acrobat pro 2010: serial number as reached activation limit and when using a different number it is asking for the qualifying product.   Just purchaesed a new computer (windows); adobe product registration lists 3 acrobat pro 2010 subscriptions with 2 users each but some have not been decativted prior to wipping the computers.   Help to override this....      

When I try to open lightroom the loading screen opens but I can't get past it before it stops responding and I get a error initializing lightroom assertion failed pop up. I've restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, everything is up to date I dont know what else to do. 

I can get the Elements download executable file to download to my Windows 11 PC, but when the program download starts, it lasts two seconds and then hangs with some unidentified error code. Does anyone have a solution for this? The Windows 11 PC is new, and I had to reset it to a previous restore point. Is there a critical Windows 11 component that I may have missed? I have also diabled my virus and malware programs, and have turned off my firewall. In addiion, I have installed and used the Adobe Unistaller Program. If I cannot download the software all of my work on Elements over the last 22 years will be lost. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have been using CS3 successfully and still have my DVDs.  I bought a new computer and would like to upload or transfer CS3 to it.  I get to the activation screen and it tells me to activate by phone, but the phone system fails and disconnects the call after a few prompts

My creative cloud started updating once I opened it and is now stuck at 43%. I'm trying to download Fresco however the update is making me incapable of downloading something else. I need help.

Premiere And After Effects Are Down, They Wont Start Up.

I have acquired a pre owned individual license for this software suite. Adobe support has halped me and previous owner trough license transfer and since 2021 I had this CS6 suite associated with my adobe id. It worked OK, I have been using it on several computers remembering to deactivate before going into a new one. Unfortunately my main work platform broke beyond rapair earlier this year and I couldn't deactivate. One of "slots" gone forever. I have set up new computer and installed CS6, it activated and worked. Until I decided I need to upgrade Dreamweaver in order to get recent CSS3 and HTML support.  So I have acquird a paid subscription, had to install CC client app and all of sudden I cant use CS6 anymore - it complains about "activation limit reached" I'm trying to solve this with support line but it seems that every answer points to "upgrade to paid subscription". I have obtained lifetime license for this software. Just updated my older iMac to OS 12.7.6  from 10.6.8 and trying hard to get my older Photoshop CS6 to work. Has not worked for about a year and very frustrated. I also have CS2 and CS4 showing in Applications if that helps for another option. I am not a tech person so can anyone let me know if there is a way to get this to work?  Or, am I in the in-between zone where the OS is too new for CS6 but too old for a CC17 which I used by subscripton... until that also stopped working.  Thanks in advance for any insights.

How I can get human assistance to solve a problem being locked out becaues 2 activations are on stolen and lost computers and don't need torcharus rin around.I've followed legacy policyPOlicy but need a  human interaction .The Aman agent pretnding to be human, I don't think he would of got a position in that cpmpay. You have to have some compassion to maintaine companies intergrity and values every customer without bias. Not matter what priority sell plan. I just became foddaa 

Background:I installed my CS6 license on my Dell Precisions 7710 laptop in 2019 (bought in 2014 download only), but recently I was having boot issues, so purchased a new HP laptop for I had to use my own laptop for a consulting contract, and didn't have any time to get my Dell laptop fixed. However, before I could transfer all my files off my Dell laptop, it's hard drive (SSD) currupted so I lost all my files and wasn't able to deactivate and/or uninstall my Adobe Creative Suite 6 software before complete hard drive (SSD) failure. I had an IT support person in Renfrew (I live nearby in White Lake) install a new SSD and install Windows 11. Issue:I cannot activate my Adboe Creative Suite 6 due to the license restriction of being on only 1 computer so I MUST uninstall off one laptop in order to install and activate license on another laptop, however, I cannot do that, the SSD is currupt so no longer good for anything but the garbage heap. FYI, my other half of license I left wit
