Hello,I just signed up for the Illustrator free trial and completed everything, including adding my credit card.After starting the free trial, I was redirected to the download page, but the download never starts. The pagehttps://www.adobe.com/appskeeps loading and does not open properly.Additionally, when I try to access my profile/account page, I see an “Unable to load data” message and cannot view any account details.I have tried refreshing the page and logging out/in, but the issue persists.Could you please help me resolve this so I can download and use Illustrator?Thank you.

12 jaar geleden kocht ik Adobe Photoshop Elements 13. Ik heb het serienummer nog. Nu heb ik een andere desktopcomputer met Windows 11 gekocht.  De oude pc is gecrasht.Ik kan PSE 13 echter niet op de nieuwe desktop installeren. Ik denk dat er een conflict is tussen een proefversie en mijn oude bestanden. Kan iemand mij helpen? Waar kan ik de PSE 13-bestanden downloaden? 

Hallo, ich habe am 07.12.2025 Photoshop Elements 2026 (Version 26.2) bei MediaMarkt gekauft, wurde dann zu Adobe weitergeleitet. Das Programm ist in meinem Konto enthalten, die Installationsdatei habe ich per Download erhalten. Sie läßt sich jedoch nicht öffnen. Al cambiar de ordenador he instalado y registrado con su codigo la version Elements 12 que en su día compré. Tengo la caja original, su CD y su codigo de activación. No hay forma de que funcione, a pesar de haberse instalado correctamente en el ordenador nuevo. Cuando entro en la aplicación me pide iniciar sesión, bien con QR o con enlace URL. Lo he intentado multitud de veces pero no se registra y no me funciona el programa. Necesito ayuda para que el programa funcione.  Y, es curioso, porque tengo igualmente comprado en su día la versión Elements 7.0, y ésta si que se ha activado y funciona. Pero necesito que funcione la version Elements 12.  Gracias por la ayuda para resolver el problema.

After my Windows 11 updated to KB5072033 on Dec 22, my InDesign v21.1 would no longer open.  I get this error message when it tries to open then crashes.

Help: the "Uninstall" function for Photoshop 2025 AND Photoshop 2026 are not working. If I update the App  leaves behind a folder of the older version (taking up alot of space!). What should I do? I do not want to loose my preference/settings etc and I am afraid this would happen if I simply trash them?Thank you.

I want to uninstall every adobe app from my pc without internet access but it does not work because I need internet access to launch the pointless creative cloud app. Can someone help?

Hi!I'm trying to install Adobe creative cloud but all i'm geting is Error 206 and yes i've been searching for answers since yesterday for a fix. I literally tried everything i could find about this specific issue but not one helped. I've even did a clean install of Windows but still the same.Is there any other solution that is not listed on the internet or should i just give up on Adobe?I'm on Windows 11, even tried on W10 First but still the same.

Hello, I am writing this post because my client who has an adobe subscribtion and she's not able to edit a pdf every few months (I've attached a picture of a popup she gets) : popup, Then she calls me and I need to remove and reinstall acrobat reader, But although she has acrobat pro licnese (Photo attached) : <image removed for email address privacy> It doesn't show in the apps I can download it. I also can't see her account payment and licsensed details in adobe account. She sent me an email from adobe that says she bought the subscribtion from digital river and when the license end, She'll need to renew it with adobe, But apparently the licnese is still valid. Help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi, how do I revert back to a generic non-cloud version of Photoshop and Lightroom? I paid for these outright years ago and they worked fine and did what was required for me. I've now been on monthly payment details for years, which started relatively cheaply even though i didn't agree with it,  and its just too cost prohibitive for me now. I'm old, and my Mac is old and can no longer update PS or Lr for some time due to its operating sytem restrictions. I only do a couple of photo jobs a year, and now pricing has gone up yet again the fees literally sap any small money I do make from my work, and I get absolutely nothing for the fees in return.  I would like to revert back to a legacy version that doesn't cost me anything more than I already paid when I bought it. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I am trying to install PS(and other adobe programs), and the installer is simply not opening. I do have an active subscription, and I am downloading it legit. This is my very first time using anything adobe on pc, and lord have mercy, is it painful to get this even to just work. how can i download after effects 2022version? fff

I have a computer with an older processor. I was using Photoshop 2024 on it, but after reinstalling the operating system and the Creative Cloud app, I only have access to Photoshop 2021 (version 22). The same computer and OS previously ran version 2024. Version 2021 is unacceptable for me because it does not include generative AI features.

Please help! When I try to install Dimension, the installation fails, and I get Error Code 113 (cannot connect to adobe servers). How do I fix this?I've tried1. restarting computer.2. Uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud.3. Running AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool and AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.4. Emptying Adobe temp in program files5. Manually putting command prompt into Windows Powershell6. Temporarily turning off Real Time Protection in Windows Security > Virus & Threat ProtectionNone of these have fixed the problem. Hiya I have an old macOS version which is incompatible with the latest Adobe Creative Cloud. I have macOS 10.11.6 El Capitan 2015.Apple does not support any more OS ugrades to my laptop - so I'm stuck with it. Is there any way to work around this? Are there any earlier versions of Adobe Creative Cloud that will work with my macOS 10.11.6 El Capitan 2015? I need it to use Indesign. Appreciate any help and advice!! 

therefore i cannot update to the software. Its not ideal but its ok becuase i can continue to work, but lately i get these brown notification messages and i can't get rid of them its very anoying. I have the trashcan mac pro Mac Pro (Late 2013), 3 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon E564 GB 1866 MHz DDR3AMD FirePro D500 3 GByou'd think this might be enough to run the adobe suite but apparently not.How do i get rid of this message? ie. the brown one that says 'Time to update' Thanks in advance

Stand-alone Standard X license is no longer supported by Adobe. I have lincense number and I'd like to activate it on user's new computer.Please advise how to manage that.RegardsMonika

So, this is a long explanation: I have an original purchased download of CS5. It's installed on a desktop and was on a laptop. Got a new laptop BUT the product wouldn't activate, so I uninstalled it from the 1st laptop, but still wouldn't work on the new one. So, I tried to put it back on the 1st laptop & same issue - too many devices. YET, my Adobe account shows NO activated devices. Any suggestions at all? It is MY purchased product. 

I bought photoshop elements and adobe premeier elements, but I only got premeire. The store annot help and adobe no longer has help so I am here. I got scammed, don't buy adobe digiyal download bundles, they are a scam. I spent several hours working on this, and got no where. How can I contact adobe since all they have is AI help now?

Hi I own a perpetual Acrobat XI Pro licence. My previous machines were decommissioned and formatted andAcrobat XI does not show Help → Deactivate.I require a manual activation reset on the serial, apparently this is a known Acrobat XI limitation and I get nowhere on the adobe help chat. Any assistance please
