Hello Guys,and thanks for looking into thisAt our company we're still in doubt wether or not to update our software to CC or just update to CS6. Currently we all have different versions (going from CS3 to CS5), and that's really time-consuming.The most important question would be if it is possible in the CC to work in the same file at the same time.Working on magazines, catalogues or books this would be a major time-saving option!For example I could work on chapter 1 and 6, whilst my collegues are working on the other chapters.The other users could then see how far I am on my chapters, change things (make notes) etc.Is this possible in CC or not?Thanks for your answers and time.Best regards,SamPS: If there are major setbacks working on the cloud (between multiple users/computers) please let us know.

So much is wrong with Adobe. The subscription fee for one is outrageous. I can't even use the most recent version of Premiere because despite having 64 gig ram, 2080 Ti, etc... the 2022 version has a memory leak. But the membership only allowes for two computers and I have three so I contstantly have to log into and out of another. (feature request, MAKE IT SO I DON'T HAVE TO SIGN IN EVERYTIME I CHANGE COMPUTERS, MAKE IT SO WE CAN TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP WHEN WE NO LONGER NEED UPDATES AND HAVE ALREADY PAID ENOUGH FOR THE SOFTWARE). If I don't have internet this creates problems. Furthermore, it doesn't remember my computer when I am signed in so I have to sign in again and then log out of one of my other computers. This makes completely no sense since it requires being online it should know I'm not logged into the other computer(s). So, I'm paying for updates I can't use and having to buy the software over and over every year for the worse customer support on the planet, the software is c

I have downloaded the installers for Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Classic Lightroom and Bridge.  I have even downloaded the alternative installer for Creative Cloud.  No matter which one I launch I am prompted to run as Admin and then before I am able to log in and verify my credentials I receive an error 206, no network access.  I have tried every troubleshooting method I can find and still am unable to install the products.  This is on a very new installation of Windows 10, so there is minimal old file interaction I can think of that would be causing this.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Alex.

I have a photo suubscription to Photoshop and Lightroom. Thedrive on which Photoshop is installed has failed so I cannot access it. I cannot therefore uninstsll the program and then re-install to another drive. Any help would be appreciated

HiAfter offline activation (no online activation possible) PS CS6 cannot be updated. Consultants say Adobe has discontinued support for CS6, so no 13.0 updates are available anymore.Has anyone recently managed to update PS CS6 to a version higher than 13.0? RegardsRobert

CC desktop app wouldn't start.  I removed Lightroom, Photoshop, then CC itself.   I ran the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe and redownloaded and reinstalled CC desktop app.   Installation seemed to go OK.  At the end the Creative Cloud app window comes up and the 'loading...' circle spins for 60 secs, then t flash in the black band, then the circle spins for another 60 secs, then another flash, etc  - 3X, then a dialog comes up:  Title Bar: 'Adobe Creative Cloud'   Body: "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing, or damaged.  you can try to repair to fix the issue.  If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreatecloudapp'. Hi Guys, I bought a new Mac Book and i transfered all my old Mac Book Datas to the new one with any problem except for two issues:- Photoshop app has not been transfered- Impossible to connect to my creative cloud session on the new Mac.i've tried:- to connect even if i was deconnected from my session on the old Mac- change the password My login is good, my password is good too.When i try to connect, creative cloud says:You have been disconnected, please reconnect for using Adobe apps. Can you help please?

I have downloaded wrong version of Photoshop Elements, it should have been 64 bit systen in stead of 32, what do I do now?

Running macOS Monterey (previously Mojave) on a 2016 Macbook Pro. I initially noticed this problem when I tried to install Lightroom, I noticed after a while that it had not installed. I then noticed the issue as see in the screenshot, It was stuck on updating.Since then I think I have followed every "solution" on this forum and have yet to have the issue resolved. Yes I have restarted. Yes I have reinstalled. Yes I have used the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. None of it has worked. Still the Issue persists, I don't understand how it can have anything to "update" when I have just reinstalled the latest version. I even updated to Monterey from Mojave to ensure that that wasn't the problem (breaking some 32bit apps I used through wine). Hello Adobe As you can see here, I'm unable to sign in to my Creative Cloud App. I rebooted my PC, I tried to reinstall the application (it didn't work because there are still apps that need it) and I tried to change some LAN settings as suggested in the Adobe Help Center; neither of them did work. I'd like to update Premiere Pro so I can work on my v23 Files but I'm stuck. Thanks for your help! *I have a Windows 11 desktop PC 

Hi all! I have premiere pro v15.0 on one of my computers and I would like to upgrade to the latest patch of v15 (I believe it's 15.4.5). Creative cloud won't allow me to update Premiere version 15, it simply says "up to date" Is there another way to update apps outside of creative cloud? I already have PP23, but I have to keep v15 because the people that I work with use 15.

Help needed please:I want to use the Adobe Apps offline. In a lot of Help-articles written, it is able to be up to 30 days offline if you do not have an Internet connection. The Apps are registrated and updated. But when I disconnect from Intnernet and open e.g. Lightroom, it says that there is no Internet connection and I´ve to retry - or close. This is frustrating.Is there any software setting that allows to disconnect for some days? Thanks

I installed Photoshop v.24 on macOS Monterey (M1 Pro). When I try to open it, the message "Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory. Please reinstall the application." pops up.I already tried to follow these steps (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/error-application-components-missing-starting.html), changing the location and removing the Locales folder, trying to reinstall it, but nothing works and I'm getting a bit frustrated.Can someone please help me out?

I recently got a new computer and went to re-install my Creative Cloud apps, but when it comes to Photoshop, the 2023 version does not seem to support the pressure sensitivity on my tablet (it's off-brand, so the Wacom drivers are useless). I've searched for and tried every solution the internet has to offer and nothing has worked. Since my old computer was running the 2021 version of the Creative Cloud, I tried to simply downgrade to that, but the Creative Cloud app only goes back to the 2022 version which also doesn't support my tablet's pressure sensitivity (I knew this already, which is why I was running 2021 on the old computer; it 2022 didn't support pen pressure on that device either). I've looked around, but the only downloads for the 2021 version seem to be "cracks" or pirated or other dubious sources. Is there any way to legally download Photoshop CC 2021?

Hi, just bought Photoshop&Premiere Elements 2023 from Amazon, but the redemption code I received only leads to one S/N for Photoshop Elements. Also only Photoshop was downloaded. The S/N worked just fine for activation.Downloaded the test version of Premiere Elements, but (as expected) the given S/N is not valid for Premiere (should start with different digits)Contacted Amazon support chat - they claim that the code is valid for both products! Does anybody know how to get the second S/N for Premiere Elements?Adobe support Chat is not active at the weekend... cheersMichael

I purchased the Adobe Acrobat 2020 with my new DELL computer. It came with a product key to redeem. When I do that the serial number flashed and there is no record of it. How do I find the serial number as without it I am unable to complete installation.
