Are all Adobe products compatible with Hp Envy x 360 ? Mine has Intel Core i5-1035g18 go RAM and Windows 10

I purchased Adobe Acrobat reader ages ago (In 2007 with Adobe CS3) and have been using it ever since. I have bought a new machine and want to transfer Adobe Acrobat DC onto it. There is no email adress associated with my adobe serial number, and I can't sign out or deactivate Adobe Acrobat on my old machine. Any ideas?

I retrieved my lightroom 6 original software from my Adobe account. The download is fine(1.157643 Kb), but he extraction fails after approx 90%"Adobe Extractor   (32 bit)   Not responding"             On Task ManagerMy computer is a Dell 8940 new, 64 bit system.What must I do to fully extract the file?Any help is welcome.  Rudolf

On the Creative Cloud Apps Page, I clicked to install Illustrator, but then realized I wanted to install Audition instead, so I clicked "cancel" on the Illustrator download, and tried to install Audtition, but Audition said it was "waiting." Illustrator's installation still says "cancelling" and hasn't stopped, and that's what I think is hindering my Audition download.  How can I get the installation to fully cancel?   

I have a project that I did in Macromedia Diretor in 1995.  I understand that Adobe bought this product.  If there a free program that I can use to convert these files enabling me to read them? Thanks for your help.barb

Really unimpressed. Can't open the Apps, can't update them. Have restarted my Mac twice now and the issue still isn't resolved, which means I can't get my work done. Need this resolved asap please.

at first i was getting an error 127 when i tried to download after effects, but i got past that, and now, every time i try to download any app at all, it gets stuck between 3-6 percent depending on which one. this Doesn't apply to updates, the software that i already have can update without any problems. its just new software. ive been trying to fix it for a few hours now.

Hi I recently received and activated a 12-month Creative Cloud subscription: However, I can only get the trial versions of all the software in Adobe CC: How do I fix this issue? I want to install Photoshop, Illustrator, etc... but they only have trial versions for me to install. I've tried reinstalling creative cloud but the issue remains! Please help!!!!

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro. I wish to add InDesign. I do not need Photoshop, Premier, etc. However, when I try to figure out how to add InDesign to my Adobe account, the price for both products seems to be about the same as a full plan for all products. Does the community know of any way I can get only those two programs without paying the equivalent of a full plan?

I downloaded and successfully installed the latest version of Creative Cloud. I attempted to download Photoshop, and was met with Error Code 113. I have tried every possible solution I could find, from turning off firewall, activation, checking my internet connection, nothing is working. My name is Paula.I have a big issue accessing my student creative cloud account. It is asking me a verification code that has been sent to my student email and I don't have access anymore to my student email because I finished my studies and the uni has disabled my email account so there is no way that I can get access to the verification code. I cannot sign in to my creative cloud and there is no way to contact the Adobe team to solve this because I do not have access to my student account. They are charging me every month for a plan that I have not accepted after my student plan.This is my only hope that someone can tell me anything.Thanks

Hello.  I have been using some Adobe products  like Acrobat Pro and InDesign for years.  Recently I purchased a yearly subscription, payed monthly for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.  Today, I just noticed that I can purchase a yearly subscription with monthly payments for twenty Apps at once, which includes that ones that I already have.  That would defintely be the preferred way to go since I am already paying more for only those four Apps than I would be paying for All Apps.  My question is, if I purchase All Apps for $52.99 per month as a yearly subscription, payed monthly, what happens to the four Apps subscriptions that I alreay have?  I do not want to pay separately for them if I am receiving them in the All Apps package deal.  Please let me know.

I've had Creative Cloud since probably 2014. About 6-8 months ago this Merry Go Round began of I open Lightroom, it asks me to log in....which I'd done only a few days or weeks before. I get in, then am immediately signed out and Creative Cloud pops up asking me to sign in, then verify my identity. Try to start Lightroom again and it logs out and Cloud opens up again asking to log in.  Only after a few rounds of this I may finally get it to let me in. So far I've called Adobe support who gave me a long run down on things to check and he finally did something with the certificates and it worked for awhile. Gone throught Adobe's troubleshooting--why on Earth is is still referring to Internet Explorer?  I've tried re-installing twice , both times with the Adobe cleaner app. The second time I removed any file or folder I could find related to Adobe. Logged into my web account and deleted the PC's listed as active---it's always the same PC name as I only run it

Hello there, Im about to install Photoshop, Illustrator (...etc) on an old MAC (oui that happen, Im a student^^!), a friend told me I have to install VERSIONS of 2015-16, as I see in "creative cloud" board, this one tell me which version fit and those who will not : So, can I trust this ? Hi, Photoshop 2021 is constantly asking me to login every time I open up a photo. This is happening even after I log into creative cloud. Creative cloud is also acting funny, I login and then for some reason I'm not logged in anymore. Something definitely isn't right. I haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud yet. Hi All,I hope anyone is able to provide a solution to my problem.When I open any Apps (such as LR, PS, FR, etc) the App opens, but there is a popup constantly opening which prevents the Application to launch. The popup appears for approx. 2 seconds then its closing but immediately reopening. I can watch this for hours, it never stops.The popup looks liek this:I tried to uninstall the apps and reinstalled them, I also tried to clean the OOBE folder which also had no effect on this problem. I use Windows 10 in most recent version and all of my drivers (i.e. graphic card) are uptodate.What is remarkable - in my Adobe account I see that many sessions are open with "Internet Explorer, Wondows 10". Microsoft Edge is of course installed in the OS as default, but I never use it and its not defined as my standard browser. I assume therefore, that this is somehow in context with Microsoft Edge.... Any ideas how to fix this issue!Many thanks in advanceMarkus

I reside in Switzerland and do not speak German but I speak French, English, Spanish and even some Swahili.In the past I have been a CEO of much smaller companies than Adobe. Regardless how petty and maybe insignificant the issue is, I am sure that as CEO you would like to receive feedback from your customer.I would like to alert you on the extremely poor service provided by your teams. Because I reside in Switzerland and despite the fact that I have ticked the French speaking option I keep receiving emails from Adobe about updates and others in German.Petty issue you would convene.The biggest issue is that it has now been three months that I have started to try to resolve this issue with your « support team » and to this date nobody cares. Hi,I am unable to install Photoshop Elements 2019 on my new Windows 10 machine. (I had no problems installing it on my old Windows 7 machine.) The error message I get is on the sign in page: >Sign In>You need to install the latest updates to Windows and/or your Adobe apps.   Learn more>Captcha validation has failed.The "learn more" link goes to: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html My computer has Win 10 with all the updates plus IE11. The installation file I have for PE2019 is "PhotoshopElements_2019_LS30_win64". Any ideas?
