Hello everyone, after reinstalling windows 11 home, I got this error when trying to install software from Adobe. I did everything I could find from the tutorials on the net. Please help me, thank you

I have Adobe Photoshop CS, an old program. I had to wipe out my computer and when I re-installed the program, I could not register my copy. How can I do that?

My Public IP is 103.83.224.128/26. And I cannot access the website  https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html.This what happens on the Web Broser and Traceroute: Please help. 

So, I am on a fresh install completely of Windows 10. I signed into Adobe, went to the creative cloud website and downloaded the "Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe". Upon double clicking the app, nothing opens; no visible window, no tray icon, no task manager process. I have looked at potentional fixes, however none worked:- Updating System- Using the CC Cleaner- Running Set-Up.exe as admin- Editting the file permissions of the EXE- Trying a seperate user- Editing the file permissions of the Adobe folder within Program Files (x86) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i pay monthly and yet y'all hack into my computer to fix the issue but y'all keep having the 30 activated on my account when i pay monthly and i HATE having to deal with this every time.

Hello, i just got a new pc, everything in up to date but i'm but windows 10, I tried to install adobe creative cloud to install my programs but when I double click on the setup program it don't do anything, if i try to run as administrator it open in the background and disappear after a few seconds. The same thing happens with adobe programs, I tried with subtance painter and photoshop. I tried deactivating real time protection on windows defender, I tried using the creative cloud uninstaller tool and the creative cloud cleaner tool. I can install other programs well just not adboe programs

I got Photoshop and Premier Pro on my windows 10 laptop and got a new desktop computer also windows 10. I want to transfer both programs to my new computer but dont know how and a usb isnt working.

Having used my legitimately purchased version of Photoshop CS6 for years, I got this error message today:"The serial number you entered has been revoked. This product cannot be licensed."It tells me to contact Customer Support, but the only option that is presented to me is to start a thread in this forum.I'd be really appreciative if someone could shed any light on this matter. I use Photoshop for work! This is costing me money.Many thanks,

I have been unable to reinstall Creative Cloud. The forums offer no help that works. I want to contact Adobe but there is no option to chat. I cannot find a phone number.

So, I bought a subscription for access to all the apps on Adobe for 19.99 per month (Since I'm a Student). And when I bought it, I was charged but I still wasn't able to access the apps and I am still charged, can someone help me with this?

Good evening, I'm feeling really stuck with Adobe creative cloud. I learned some things in college with premier pro and Lightroom but I'm shuffling tremendously with after affects and Photoshop. I've been reading and watching the YouTube turiorials but I think I need in-person1 on 1 instruction on all the programs. But the problem is, I cannot find any classes that offer this in-person option. Learning online is very difficult for me as the presets on my program may be different than the instructors. If anyone know of any excellent programs in the Pacific Northwest that they can point me to that would be great! Thank you.

Hey, I'm having an issue with some of the apps that are included with my plan showing up as trials on my creative cloud. These app have been downloaded and installed on my laptop, but when I have tried on my main desktop setup it is displaying as a trial and not giving me the option to download and install. If anyone has any insight into this that would be lovely. I wanted to ask before I called into support. 

I'm using my CC account on a shared computer at work, and I'm having issues trying to install Premiere Pro. I tried searching it on the application and whenever I click on the "learn more" tab I'm brought back to the "All Apps" page with no changes nor error messages. I also tried installing it through my browser and again, I'm brought back to that same page with no notifications.I tried uninstalling/reinstalling CC, running it with administration permissions, and I checked if it's in compatibility mode, but nothings has come up. Has anyone experienced any similar issues?

Hi everyone, First post here. Just updated my account to from the photographers plan to CC annual paid monthly.After a few CC updates all is good except I can't install After Effects or Lightroom, Illustrator, or Dreamweaver. I can either "Try", "Buy" or "Learn More".Learn More leads to the app determining that After Effects "Works on this device" so it doesn't seem to be a hardware issue.Any help is appreciated because I need to get AE working asap for a collaborative project. Thanks!

I originally had used another card to use as “payment” to get the photoshop trial since I had no money in my own account. I had used the trial version and then manually cancelled before my trial time was up. I thought everything had gone through, afterwards I then bought photoshop with my own card. But the other card is still being charged, even after I cancelled the trial. It’s been charged twice already, yet there is no billing history of it on my Adobe account! Please help!

Hello , Adobe forums moderators and members.I want to install Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 v16 , but when i launched the Install.app file , i got the error message below :Obviously , the Adobe Support Advisor is discontinued. I searched the Adobe forums for solutions (Using the CC Cleaner tool ...) but the problem was not resolved.I'm using macOS Sierra Public Beta 2 , which compatible with CC (I searched in internet about the compatibility).The same problem is happening when i try to install the last version of Adobe Application Manager, which i downloaded yesterday from Adobe website.I did also check the installer log file under /Users/mydirectory/Library/Logs/PDApp.log and 2 errors lines are there for every installer launched instance : 08/01/16 08:55:55:841 | [ERROR] |  | ASU | PIM | PIM |  |  | 21948 | File '/private/var/folders/bh/8dhwr2s92gnbqsy1ypfdt8480000gn/T/AppTranslocation/C5AAEDF4-2E49-4FBE-AF9A-BFAC6872B2BF/d/packages/core/PDApp.pimx' is missing. Download upgrade CS 5.5 is possible but since is was an upgrade it asks for the previows CS 2.0. When the serial number of the previous CS2.0 is typed is does not recognize the number. Can anybody help me with this?

So, I've been trying to solve this now for like 4 hours, but can't find anything.I've done everything. Deleting OOBE, renaming it to old, deleting adobe stuffs in hosts file, reparing it, uninstalling it with creative cloud cleaner, downloading and repairing MSV 2019 and so on, but nothing helped me so far... Any idea?

So...I received an email to an account I reserve strictly for family. Because this email is a first name only, it occasionally gets used fraudulently by people creating accounts wherever. It is not the primary email for my account here, but is a verified secondary one. When I received the email asking "Fake Name Here" to verify the email, of course I did not click on it. I mistakenly assumed that would be the end of it. That was a few days ago. Today I get notification to that email account thanking me for downloading an Adobe product, which means the account was now active. So I logged in using the email they pirated (for lack of a better word) and reset the password, since the emails come to me. My email was checked off as verified (a lie) in the Adobe account settings. I then contacted customer support to get my email removed from "Fake Name" account.Long story short, after a ridiculously long chat with someone I alternated in believing either wasn't fluent in English or was a 'bot

Hi. I'm trying to obtain a case number so i can submit a form for a license transfer. It can't be done on the help centre as i don't have any active plans. My account only has the Creative Cloud registration details on it. Any idea how i can get a case number in the UK? Thanks!

Good morning, I hope I'm in the right forum!Two weeks ago I tried to download Adobephotoshop cc from this site, I completed all the steps and entered my credit card details. When I had to download the application, it showed me a Text with an inscription that says based on your IP address in Germany, the application cannot be downloaded, and then I left it. Now I check my account, they have withdrawn 59.48 Euro without offering me the service, so I could not download Adobephotoshop. What do you think has happened to you? and do you have any ideas where i should report it as a case?Thank you for any suggestions!Roland Hoxha

I'm now looking at options for a different tool to use as NOT having this feature is wasting a HUGE amount of my time each time I use your product.  PLEASE make this right ASAP.  A quick search in the forum shows tons of other frustrated folks looking for this same tool. Not as many as I'd expect though. Guessing because they all found those answers and cancelled their subscriptions and went elsewhere.

I am in a bind, and only have 7 Days to figure this out, or my software will stop working, or so the screen message says. I manamged to install the applications but now I cannnot activate them. Some info; I am on a Mac mini 2018, installed Adobe via Paralells desktop 18, in a guest OS macos sierra. I had downloaded the dmg install file directly from my account, which I have and entred the serial number. It says I am not connceted to the internet. Yet I am, I was able to download the apps. I have gone through the steps of fixing or adjusting my interst conncetion but still no luck. I found the registrering offline info, and even foenloaded an online repair tool from Adobe, but thst did not work. I really need this for a class that uses the software, and I cannot afford the expensive subscription plans for the cousre of 5 months for the class. I do not see why I cannot use what I already have.
