Our company made a mistake and put the wrong number in the payment infos. How can i or Adobe change the invoices into the right number?

We have been pushing out a basic CCDA app + Acrobat to our computer labs for a couple years now. The package is built around v5.4. As of this week though, users are getting the following message if they happen to open the CCDA: Has "apps" version 5.4.5.550 been blocked from auto-upgrading due to its age?We really need a method for enterprises to allow an upgrade to the CCDA without a user signing in, as this thread and this thread are asking about.I do not want to be spending my valuable time making new CCDA packages. I want a means have the CCDA install, then upgrade itself without needing to be signed into by a user.

We use AUSST and the filterFilePath parameter to determine which application versions are available to users. I have been dealing with this error for days.My Adobe CC refuses to update, the update will hit 2% and then I will get Error Code 87I have tunred off windows installer, I have run in selective start up, I have run commands, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but Adobe CC won't allow that because other Adobe software require CC to run so I can't even do a clean reinstall, and the same error happens when I just try to normally install CC.I like AdobeCC and have been using it a decade, but I am at my wits end and ready to just ditch this ecosystem for something more reliable and affordable.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a long time, but cannot seem to get through to anyone nor is there any clear point of contact to resolve account issues. Please may someone from Adobe assist me with this. 

Guten Tag, vor 20 Tagen hab ich mit meiner kostenlosen Testversion angefangen. Ich hab sie eine Woche  benutzt und habe dann am Abbuchungstag gekündigt wie es sein sollte (mit sepa Lastschrift bezahlt). Aber 1 Tag darauf wurden mir dann 24,00€ abgubucht weil ich angeblich das Acrobat pro Abo gekauft hab obwohl ich fristgerecht mein kostenloses Abo gekündigt hab. Ich habe nach hilft gesucht aber keine wirkliche Antwort darauf bekommen.PS: Die Abbuchung mit den 24,00€ ist mittlerweile 13 Tage her. Freut mich sehr wenn ich hier auf Hilfe stoße. LG

I have three charges on my credit card from Adobe. Adobe ACROPRO Trial £19.97Adobe PR Cloud Trial £19.97Adobe PR Creative CLD £19.97I am the admin console password holder and these are not on the billing section. How do I get copies of these invoices to review?

I got charged today with my usual plan fee and decided to downgrade to something cheaper. Instead of €33 I changed to €12, but instead of reimbursing me it charged me for the money. I still had another month on that plan so that means that i payed double for this month.  Can someone help? Id liek to talk to customer care but there is now email.

Good Morning, We have an integration, where we Post an asset to the creative Cloud. We followed this API specification https://developer.adobe.com/creative-cloud-libraries/docs/api/#tag/Library-Service/operation/postLibraryElements but it does not seem to work. Can it be that the schema of the request changed in the past 6 month and made new properties required? Could it be that the Documentation is not up to date? (6 Month ago the integration was still working and we were able to post assets to the creative Cloud through the mentioned API request). Thank you very much for your support.  best,Julian

It is convenient if returned value of License History Api contains values of license references (cce_agency) which are set when licensed individual assets. I would be grateful if Adobe add such property.

We are attempting to assign users to the Existing Adobe DC licenses in our ORG. but we have been unable to add anyone new for a while.  When we go to add someone we get errors like these :   Please note we have tried to add Several different Users in our ORG, but get the same errors everytime.   Please let me know if you need any other info.

Looking for options to accurately guage how many FRL installations we have in place.  Insight options are limited for FRL accounts, understandably so.   If were to complete a software inventory of machines, is there a way to identify an FRL deployment? 

So I am having issues signing into creative cloud. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud but nothing I do works. I keep getting this error. Clicking "sign in" does nothing but bring up this box again. Any suggestions? 

File syncing error happening for a week and a half now. Cant seem to fix it. We tried all the suggestions such as pausing and starting again; looked in every folder on the cloud for anything odd in file names; quit and started CC; deleted trash from Libraries; quit Core sync in the Activity monitor. Files still don't sync. Escalated to Adobe and still no solution. Possibly a problem with our licensing? who knows. Anyone else having this issue? or suggested solution?

I'm unable to generate the Override XML'sCMD is being run as Admin, I have access to create files/Folder in the root space. I ran the Fresh Sync a few days ago and that worked fine. Hi,I recently renewed my student CC plan with SURFspot in the Netherlands. But instead of a license key to continue my old plan (Create Cloud All Apps - Creative Cloud Membership), they changed how it works and I now have a new plan added: Adobe for Enterprise - SURFspot Operational Console.  The instructions from SURFspot says:"If you get the message to add a payment method, this is related to your previous membership. You can use the Adobe chat to cancel your previous (Creative Cloud All Apps) membership. Please make sure they don’t cancel the SURFspot Operational Console membership!" However, when I try to use the Adobe chat, I get this message: "Please contact your administrator for help. A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help." So basically they are referring to each other and I cannot find any way with either organisation to contact a human bein

Hi there, I'm trying to cancel the Adobe for Enterprise plan that I've been subscribed to. I signed up using my college information but now the product is not useful for me. I've been trying to cancel the plan because Adobe is still charging me, but the button "Manage Plan" is nonexistent for me. The button to cancel this is literally not there. Do I get in touch with someone at my school or support at Adobe? Could I get a link to directly talk with a real person instead of articles and forums?

Has anyone here encountered the problem of getting Adobe to stop charging for extra licenses that you have removed from your account?I am the owner of my law firm—and the plan administrator. For some three months now, my office manager and I have tried to remove an extra Acrobat license we no longer need. On the last occasion (Sept. 28), I personally logged onto the Adobe website (while my office manager watched) and removed the Acrobat license.Now I just got another bill for the month to come ... and the extra license is back up there. Before I consult with the attorney general's division for consumer fraud or take some other dramatic step, can I ask who else might have dealt with this ... or who could tell me what subtle cancellation nuance I'm missing?We're getting pretty angry over here. Tom

My Adobe product subscription expired, but I saved all my files in the cloud. now I want to download all files local from the cloud while downloading it's showing some error, cant able download it. kindly help me with this. thanks in advance. 

Hi, I am currently a game art student in Belgium and I made the mistake of requesting an Adobe Substance student license on an Adobe account provided by the school which does not include the Photoshop license which is on another student account.I would have liked to group all my Adobe licenses on the same account because Creative Cloud does not allow me to connect two accounts at the same time.As a result, when I switch from Photoshop to Substance and vice versa, I have to log out of one account to log back in to another.I tried to ask for another Adobe Substance student license with my second account but I received a refusal. I guess there are protections to not have more than one student license per person, then I can't solve this problem alone. Thanks

I recently upgraded to the lastest version of CC and have had non stop problems with being logged out of my account. If I log into Creative Cloud dektop I seem to be able to open one piece of the Adobe suite without issue. If I then try to open another piece of software, I am logged out of my account. I am then unable to log back in without immediately being logged out. If I restart my computer the cycle resets itself. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? For reference I work in an office of four people. All of the licenses were upgraded at the same time and no one else has this issue.

Hi All, is there a list of all the possible error message that could result after trying to migrated Adobe ID Users to Federated ID users? I got for example the Results for two users that it failed with the follow error "DMA_USER_MIGRATION_FAILURE" but I couldn't find anything in the knowledge base regarding this topic. Kind Regards
