Hi All, is there a list of all the possible error message that could result after trying to migrated Adobe ID Users to Federated ID users? I got for example the Results for two users that it failed with the follow error "DMA_USER_MIGRATION_FAILURE" but I couldn't find anything in the knowledge base regarding this topic. Kind Regards

Hello,we have a valid teams account with Adobe but our editors work with version 14.1. of PREMIER PRO & MEDIA ENCODER because they cannot update from OSX MOJAVE.Adobe says they cannot help in sending us the installer because it is too old.Can anyone help please ?Thank youAntonio

I would like to get in contact with Adobe (in written) but the Chat is unavailable. Tried to call but there was no option for my issue, tried to choose another one but didn't come to an human being. (I rather would like to have a written conversation to get track of the conversation)Our users have got an e-mail about Adobe Acrobat Sign which is saying that they have got a new Acrobat Sign-account and their existing Acrobat Sign-account needs to be archived. To my knowledge our users do not have an existing Acrobat Sign-account.Need to get more info about what this is about and how to handle the questions from the users.

Hello, I have a user who has Adobe Acrobat Reader. I was using Adobe RUM to update it. However, RUM fails to start each time. Hello,We recently purchased about 170 Adobe Acrobat Standard licences through the VIP program.  Does being a part of the VIP program automaticly entitle us to use the enterprise SAML authentication features?  The reason I ask is when we sign into our account it is still labeled as a personal account and we cannot find any options to manage idenities.  We have tried going through the normal support channles, but keep getting bounced around between consumer and buissness ques.  Our Dell purchasing rep had made the purchase, but our account still says that payment is required so I am not sure if this is part of the problem.

I am a Microsoft 365 User and we use Sharepoint to store and access files. When opening PDFs from Sharepoint in the Brave Browser I would get this error:I finally was able to resolve by reviewing the history when opening the pdf (which opens a new tab in Adobe Document Cloud)I had to remove Brave "Shields" on: https://dcsi.adobe.io/ This is the url that first opens before redirecting to:https://documentcloud.adobe.com/spodintegration/index.html?r=1&locale=en-usbut after turning off the "Shields" the PDFs open correctly.Hope this helps others avoid months of frustration.

Afin de pouvoir collaborer avec mon équipe, j'ai créé des bibliothèques Adobe (avec les chartes graphiques de nos clients) ainsi que des dossiers partagés dans lesquels je glisse nos fichiers de travail afin de pouvoir travailler à plusieurs dessus. Mon équipe a bien accès aux bibliothèques partagées, mais pas aux dossiers/fichiers de travail enregistrés sur le Cloud. J'ai vu que je pouvais partager manuellement mes fichiers de travail en envoyant une invitation, mais j'aimerais que toute l'équipe puisse accéder également aux dossiers dans lesquels sont rangés ces fichiers de travail tout en ne devant pas à chaque fois partager manuellement chaque fichier. L'idée c'est que si mon alternante travaille sur un projet pour un client et qu'elle part à l'école, le reste de l'équipe doit pouvoir accéder aux fichiers pour prendre la suite du projet. Comment faire ? Merci pour votre aide !

Hi,I was working for a company last year that had me install CC and many apps on my home computer during the pandemic.  I no longer work for that company and there fore do not have access to that company email address.  Now I want to uninstall all the apps but it requires that I log into my work account and I cannot do that.  Not only can I not log in with that email, but the old pohone number that was associated with the account is also no longer available.  I'd love ot talk to a actual support person but of course, I need to log into the old account to get access to that feature and as I stated previously, that's not an option. Any suggestions on the next course of action? ThanksTroy

We are developing a desktop application which intended to be used in our company. We can't catch the scope of ttps://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/cc/en/legal/servicetou/Adobe-Developer-Additional-Terms_en-US_20220721.pdf 6.2.I mean:- In (A), we are prohibited to remove Adobe "About" or "Info" screen. This means, we must set a hyperlink of these pages in our application?- I construe (B) that we must not create a application that falsifies (by cracking, in most cases) Adobe Services and Adobe Software. Is it correct?- In last sentence in this clause, we are prohibited to modify a "default language" of services. What is default language? And "modify" means "cracking", like I explained in the above? Please someone let us know the scope of this clause?

 I can't believe Adobe makes it so hard to canel a plan - or get through to anyone - or start a chat. Quite disgusting, really. 

Hi all,As a company, we have an Adobe PRO subscription for 14.99 EUR/month for many years now.Then we made a 1-month trial for Adobe ID Creative Cloud on May 2021, which costs 19,99 EUR- Unfortunately we were debited for 2x 19,99 EUR i.e 39,98 EUR in May 2021- We were then logically debited for 1x 19,99 EUR in June & July 2021.- Nevertheless we were again debited for 2x 19,99 EUR in August, September & October 2021- We decided to cancel the Adobe ID Creative Cloud subscription at the end of October.As a result we received in November: *a refund of 49,98 EUR* as well as an additional debit of 19,99 EURWhen we look at account's formula, we only see the Adobe PRO subscription.However we are still debited for 19,99 EUR for the Adobe ID Creative Cloud subscription each month even if we stopped it ....As a result, can you please help us by indicating the process to follow to:1) get the refund for the 5x 19,99 EUR i.e. 99,95 EUR (May, August, September, October &am

Hello, I am a windows 10 user with anAdobe enterprise account. I use to be able to update all apps within CC. Now when I try it too update it will download 10-20% then CC goes offline. Pops back online in less than a min. I have tried whitelisting every address I could find on the site with no luck. I have tried it with the local firewall turned off. I have read as many posts about this issue I could. I am also run our IT department. I currently have some serious vulnerabilities that needs addressed by these updates update.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

If a user leaves the company, we revoke their license and assign it to another user.However in this case what happens to the documents/files/assets etc associated to the left users' account? Do these get deleted from Creative Cloud?There are many files created under "Individual user folders" category. Even though we shared them with the rest of the organization, it still doesn't show up in "Shared storage" category.We would like to make sure to keep these assets even after revoking licenses from the user account.Please advise.

Getting this error on random virtual machines and laptops in our environment. The users are licensed and don't have issues in their other computers. Have tried using acrobat cleaner tools. Tried Revo uninstaller. Reinstalled the same product but getting the same error. Googling points to it not having internet connection, but it definitely does. Logging into user's profile on the same computer is giving inconsistent results.
