Questions

All of my business assets, libraries, and font collections are now present on my "Personal Profile". This account is through my company and never used for Personal use. This was all working well until the split earlier this year when accounts diverged. Can someone help me get these assets transferred over to my "Brandner Communications, Inc." account where they belong?

We are trying to import a excel list with the help of the classification importer, with success. We can see this message at the end but unfortunataly there is no data in Adobe. Does anyone has any idea what is going wrong? Thanks!

I'm unable to use an Adobe software on my home PC as CC keeps sending me on a sign in/out loop. I'm using an enterprise login from work, and this issue has only started happening last year. I just need to be able to log in and troubleshooting is going no where. I've tried everything below:Uninstalled all Adobe software and reinstalled CCSet Adobe folder permissions in ProgramData to allow all users full access in SecurityCleared old OOBE folderRenamed "SLStore" to "SLStore_old" I've followed every other advise thread but I've been getting no where with this. CC and the Adobe login just keeps looping me and I can't use any Adobe software on this device. The enterprise account is current and permissions are valid.

Hi, I am trying to upload my overlays in photoshop. These are the steps I am taking are:1. I open Photoshop and open the Libraries panel (Window -> Libraries)2.. In the Libraries panel, I make a sup folder to upload the overlays in.3. I have the overlays safed in a folder in my macbook4.  Locate the Overlay folder on your computer, select all Overlay jpeg files and drag and drop them into their respective subgroup in libraries. But the last stap isn't working i can not drag and drop the overlays. I am not able to drag and drop the files into the libraries panel. On internet it said that i need to contact Adobe for support because it most likely means your Creative Cloud needs to be set up first. Does anyone know how i can set up my creative cloud? Or how ot fix this. Thanks before hand!

Hi, I am having a hard time combining restricted files. Some files are okay because it is a Microsoft word document, but the other forms are protected. I tried to screenshot the document, and it came out blurry and not readable. Please help. I downloaded this to finish this document. 

We have two client systems when the CC desktop app is clicked on, pops a box with a white background instead of asking for credentials. Prior to yesterday, both installations worked. Reinstalling the app does not resolve the issue. I've considered removing and reinstalling the app, but I am not sure whether the desktop app will affect the installed CC applications and the user's customizations. Thanks for your imput and attention.ArmsUnfurled.

Hello,BackgroundMy company has two premium and two developer licenses for the InDesign Server.  Each license is installed on a separate VM image and each image is running on a single Azure VMSS VM.  This is permitted by the ToS.  Moving all requests between the licenses would be problematic. Summary of Concern/QuestionI want to understand if and how long we would be allowed to run the same license twice before running afoul of the Genuine service?  This is for resource migration and to keep the image's OS patched only (no horizontal scaling to handle load spikes). Concern/QuestionsWe need to do two things that do not appear to be explicitly allowed or denied and would like to confirm that the Genuine service (and the ToS) would allow it.1. I have a Fusion scenario that sets up new hires and removes people when they leave our organization. This scenario adds/removes the user to Workfront, Google, Zoom, and our Intranet. I want to be able to add/remove users to our Adobe CC account in this scenario too. Does anyone know what API calls or modules I can use to achieve this?

Hi, I have been subscribing to teams for several years.I need to save some money so I have decided not to renew this year, but will most likely be back next year.I have not done this since the subscription model started, so my questions are 1) will all my existing adobe products still work the same (even though I won't be able to update them this year) and 2) When I resume my subcription will it just be like switching it back on or is there some kind of re-application processThese are probably fairly basic questions but I can't immediately see answers to themThanks

I am too facing the same error message when sending the document for signature. This is too frustating since no recent support is being provided on this issue. I recently purchased subscription for Acrobat Pro and Adobe sign by paying a huge amount and my main goal was to e-sign. I am able to e-sign but could not request e-sign to other users. Once I make request for e-signature I get the following error "access token provided is invalid or has expired".Please help me as this is being a blocker and it has already been more than a month since I am trying to get a solution. I tried nearly all the solutions from communtiy forum but could not find a suitable one.

So, the title sums it up. Whenever I try to log into my school email I get "Check if there is a typo in federatedid-na1.services.adobe.com.". For reference, this is my personal computer and my laptop is a school laptop that I do own, however, I only use it for school. duh lol. :3 

Using MDT in my environment works flawlessly with the string: Msiexec.exe /qn /norestart /i "%deployroot%\Applications\AdobeReader\AcroRead.msi" but, I don't want the desktop icon to be displayed.  Is there something I can add in the string to prevent this, or is there something I can do as a separate task to delete this icon after the deployment/install task?

I had an Adobe account for a class at my school. I asked my teacher to extend my account until my school email is deleted, which happens tomorow, June 30th. I'm not sure if she did this or not; she didn't understand how the subscription worked. I'm still able to use all the software I could during the school year. However, this page says that I have no paid plans, this page says I have an adobe for teams account, and this page says I have adobe for enterprise. What plan did I have from school? Is it still active, and why can I still use all the apps like Premiere Pro? I've also started getting adobe emails in my school email trying to get me to join creative cloud, which makes it seem like I've lost my account, yet I can still access the software. Why is this? My second question is: what is the best way I can continue working on my current project in Premiere Pro? If I switch the email on my adobe account to my personal email, will I still be able to access the apps? How do I

I cant believe this company is worth $174 BILLIONS and they still use free community for support for paid and commercial licensing... I'm not here to argue with community free members, i need proper support like you get from other companies. How do i get to that level of support?

Each time I try to go to fonts.adobe.com, or try to add fonts through the Creative Cloud app, I get the message: "Access Denied You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access, or sign in with an Adobe ID." I have Adobe for Enterprise, my admin has given me access, and I have the email that was automatically sent to me saying I have access. I'm logging in with my workplace Google ID, and I tried resetting the password through my associated email address, but apparently that's not in the system because I haven't gotten a reset email.

We are currently using managed packages for deployments.  Non-admin updates and installs are disabled, but remote update manager installs are allowed.  We've noticed that the Creative Cloud Desktop app on our Mac computers will show a pop-up saying that updates were installed without IT deploying any updates.  I was wondering if anyone knew if this was Adobe forcing security updates?  We're just curious where they're coming from. Thanks!
