Hi, how can we change the organization name of our account? We have a legal and DBA name and I wanted to change the name that is registered as the "organization name" on the account. Thanks.

Alongside the release of Adobe CC 5.7.1 I rebuilt our Adobe Intel and Apple Silicon packages to have browser-based authentication enabled because our sign on redirect page white screens when attempting login through the application UI. In most cases the installer for intel and silicon based macs worked flawlessly and there were no issues. However in two separate instances I've seen the installer package fail to install. As a workaround I installed Adobe CC from the website installer directly and signed in with an account separate from my organization. I assumed that by doing this I would be able to navigate to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/ServiceConfig.xml and modify the plist to enable browserbasedauthentication. However when I went to this location and also /Users/myusernamehere/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE I was unable to find the OOBE folder entirely. Is there a specific account action that triggers the creation of this folder and the ServiceC

I would like to know this too.  I have spent about a month trying to get in contact with sales.   So far, all the phone numbers either do not answer, or if I get a person, they hang up. Spent another three (3) hours trying to get some sales, or support person.  From India they scheduled a teams meeting.  They just never showed up.   I am spending quite a bit of resources and cash on these products, of which I have no support.  How can we corrent this ?   I need to speak to support or sales to get these issues resolved.  It is costing us big bucks.   Much of which I may have to bill Adobe for.  It is a simple request to speak to a representive.  HELP!  

As a Global Administrator, you can track all changes made across your organizations using the Audit Logs in the Global Admin Console. Sign in to the Global Admin Console and navigate to Insights > Audit Logs.     You can do the following to filter the audit logs: Search events by the affected user or the admin who performed the event. Define a date range. Select an event name. Select an organization.   Also, if the organization that you are viewing the logs for has a child organization, actions taken by a System Admin in the child organization are also included in the audit logs. Audit Log data is retained for 90 days. You can search through the log, as well as export the data to a CSV file.   For more information, see Explore insights in the Global Admin Console.

Yesterday, June 27 2022, I spent 3 hours discussing my billing for Adobe with 3 Adobe representatives.  I finally reached a man named "Promod".I was hung up twice during that 3 hour period.  The foreign accents of the representatives made it difficult to discuss the situation.After 3 hours, Mr. "Promod "said he resolved my problem which had to do with my account being automatically severed/deleted.  At the end of the conversation, he said that my problem was resolved.  I had to do with provide appropriate billing card information.  I went in today to Adobe Console and I still cannot find them my account historical data is verifies my account as active. I called today to explain the situation and was hung up twice. The billing service agency or department PROVIDES POOR SERVICE. I STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY PROBLEM. I DO NOT KNOW IF OTHER USERS/ACCOUNT MANAGERS HAVE EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR SERVICE AND POOR METHODS OF COMMUNICATION WITH RESOLVING BILLING ISSUES WITH

money has been taken out of our account for renewal of the adobe license however we are still getting notified that we have a billing issue and our subscription is expiring. Who do i contact for help?

Hi. Question about adding team members to my account. So I use the creative suite and that's all fab. But I want to add some of my team members so they can use the mobile apps for content creation. I am happy to pay for each app for team members but ideally I would like it if we all had access to the same assets and resources within my existing account.full suite for each member is overkill as they only want the mobile apps. How can I make it so we all on same account? thanks in advance and sorry if it's a dummy question. Just can't work out how to do it. thanks dom 

If I purchase Adobe Captivate for Creative Cloud. Can I give access to it separate from the person that currently has access to Creative Cloud?

I have hired a freelancer who brings her own CC licenses, etc.  I have significant amounts of assets stored in my CC storage that I'd like to expose her to -- but Adobe is telling me that I must purchase a licence within my instance of creative cloud to access these assets.  That seems 100% backwards to me.     How are other users sharing information with freelancers in this sort of scenario???

Hello, I tried to verify and login for the first time using my school's email as I've been given access through the school. However, when I am trying to enter a password, it immediately redirects me to the error page as seen in the photo below. After trying a few times, I am now temporarily disabled and asked to contact support. Can someone please help me, I am super lost! 😞 Thank you! 

Hi all,  we've just got our Adobe updates server up and running which is great but can we also use it to install applications instad of just updating exisitng ones we've deployed in the past? The server has downloaded about 400GB of product data, I thought there must be a way of leveraging the AUS using it's client side commands to install new applications since all the data is sourced from the AUS anyway when updating an app. The AUS seems to contain all the necessary files to update Photoshop so why would it not be possible to use the AUS to install a fresh version of Photoshop when deplyng a new machine?  Could anyone shed some light on this whether this is possible or not?  Cheers,Dan

When using creative cloud, it is permanently stuck updating at 0% and the 'sign out' button is greyed out, blocking any other content being downloaded. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times with no changing results. When I click the repair option, it gives me error 81: another installer is running, despite having no other installers running after checking activity monitor. Any help is appreciated, I'm pretty desperate.If it helps, I'm on a macbook with catalina 10.15.7

I know there are A LOT of posts about this but none of those tips are working. I had Adobe cc with my High School and about a week after I had officially finished classes they kicked me off and now I'm stuck with this stupid pop up. I would gladly log in and change my password except for the fact that I do not know what either of them are as the school set up and installed it onto my computer for me... I have tried reinstalling it, clearing cache search oobe files literally everything under the sun and I kinda really need it to be working asap as I need it for Uni... 😬

I have 3 Adobe licences.  On my office computer (device) I work both locally and in the cloud from the same computer.  However each time I move from local to cloud I am told I only have 3 licences, (the other 2 are in use with associates) and so have to disengage a device which is a nonsense.  I am on the one device, just different working sessions, local and cloud.  Help please.

Hello!I have purchased Acrobat DC Pro with my personal account, payd for it and it was running just fine. After approx 2 weeks I also purchaced Photoshop and Illustrator with my business account, intalled them. All of the programs were running fine. In some time, Ph and Il required to sign out and sign in again to get rid of trial. Did that, all is good with Ph and Il, BUT since I had to sign out and sign in again, then something happened with the Acrobat DC program... At first it went back to trial faze, as if I had neved purchaced it. I tried to get rid if the trial and install it again, no succes. I cleary see that my personal account has plan for Acrobat DC Pro and my business account has plan for Photoshop and Illustrator. I am paying for all of them. I figured, that maybe there is some sort of a glitch with one plan being under personal and other plan being under business account. So, I tried to end the Acrobat DC Pro plan under personal account with the idea that I will purchase

Hello, I've had a free Adobe Creative Cloud membership for almost a year now, because I attended a film summer school last year. Dear Community, in the invoices I am mentioned as private person as the invoice receiver although it should issued to my company. 1) I have entered in the admin console the organization name.2) Also the admin console is setup as company account with my employees added as users.3) I bought the licenses from my the company admin console. How can I setup things that the invoices are issued to my company? The user experience of how to explictely set the correct invoice receiver was unfortunetely not the best for me so for.

I have got an Education account and I need to use  this with my students. For the moment I have a Enterprice account in same organisation, how can I change my Enterprice account to  a Educaatin account?

The school IT department says I should be able to migrate my asset but I get this error when I hit the Migrate Assets button in the final step. I don't know how to do it because I will lose my student account soon. I have to look for an answer. I can't create a new account in Gmail because I created more Gmail accounts today for migrating my Adobe student account. Thanks!

I have spent countless hours trying to get communication and feed back on the issue and each time is chat or speak with someone they go through the same steps (which takes about an hour) and then say it's going to be escalated and that Ill be contacted as soon as possible.  When I pushed twice to have a defined call back time for support, both times were missed with no call. So I conctacted support again for the 4th time and had to go through the whole process again which took hours.  They will not provide any details or updates. Every time I chat with someone it's then, "Oh I am from the individual department you need to speak with someone on the teams side" and then I'm connected again and have to go through the whole issue all over again. I've been told my problem was escalated to the engineering team several times but no updates now.  I don't know why Adobe has support

Hi, I request your support. I have a school-paid account and a free Adobe account. I passed my first Adobe Creative Educator but was under the Free account. How can I merge the 2 accounts? or how can I add my certification to my paid account and add my personal email to my School account?   Thank you, M
