Hello- When I assign a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro, the user installs it however they also get a Creative Cloud Desktop app with the option to install all those other applications. I only want to install 1 thing and not give such options. Is there a way to install to not get this?
Hello, so my school in the United States has purchased all Adobe apps for all of it's students. We use Windows 10 and log into our domain specific account, and all Adobe apps are available to use. However, I have an issue. It shows that the app is the Pro version but no Adobe id is signed in, so whenever I do work it does not get saved unless I finish it right then and there. I tried to use my school's gmail that they provided for me to register for Adobe id, but when I logged in, it said that there is no purchases on my account. So how do I get the Adobe Apps I am supposed to have? I can provide proof that my school has purchased them.
Hello, I am currently trying to deploy the Adobe Acrobat Pro Application via Group Policy after downloading a package from the Adobe Admin Enterprise Console. When I run the MSI from the build folder it installs the Creative Cloud Application but does not install Adobe Acrobat DC. However when I run the setup.exe from the build folder it installs both. Now if I download a package for a different program (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc) and run the msi from the build folder then it will work as intended and deploy both the Creative Coud Application AND Photoshop etc. Has anyone come across this issue? And if so, did you manage to fix it? Thanks,
Hello! We have a requirement to create a temporary schema (maybe through a Javascript activity in the Workflow), use it and at the end of the execution remove this schema since it is only used there. I have this script:var res = xtk.queryDef.create( <queryDef schema="mcc:SiteBrand" operation="select"> <select> <node expr="@siteName"/> </select> <where> <condition expr={"@IsBounceX='Yes'"}/> </where> </queryDef>).ExecuteQuery(); for each(var result in res) { xtk.session.Write(<TempMarkets xtkschema="temp:TempMarkets" _operation="insert" siteName={result.@siteName} />); }So I want to use this "TempMarkets" in the following activities and then remove it. This is to pass some information that is going to be completed in some other activities and used at the end of the workflow. I haven't found any documentation on how to do this (especially removing it after be
Hi, is there a list of Catalogs available for adobe products for use with Third Party Updates in SCCM? The only ones I have found reference to don't appear to be signed. For Acrobat, I used https://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/AcrobatCatalog-DC.cab but this returns the following error. Am trying to install CC onto a new laptop, Windows 10. There are absolutely no Adobe programs of any kind that have ever been installed on the computer and I have even run the Cleaner app to be certain. On a fresh reboot, with nothing else running and definitely nothing else installing, I continue to get error 81. Its not showing the new plan even though i recived the confirmation email and the amount was deducted from my CC. when trying to acess the admin console it gives me this message"You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."Do i need to wait for the system to update my account plan or there is a problem with the system.
As of 5:30am GMT+8 we are unable to access the Adobe AdminConsole. Consistent Error "We're sorry. Something went wrong. We're working on the problem. Please try again later." Unable to contact Enterprise Support channel because it requires the same Enteprise login and fails. We need help ASAP.

Why is the CC App prompting updates to new versions of the Apps (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, etc...) that are stated under system requirements that Windows 10 is minimum OS required? Why is the CC App allowing App vers that do not support Windows 7? Windows 7 because our company has not rolled out Windows 10 updates yet and because until recent months, we had other 3rd party software that did not work properly on Windows 8 or 10. So regardless of why the computer has Windows 7 - WHY is the CC App allowing versions of Adobe's apps to be installed when it is stated that Windows 10 is requried? The consequence is having ver of the apps that are now not working correctly or missing features.
I currently a Creative Cloud license for my office. I want to add some apps to my mac laptop I take home. I launched Creative Cloud and entered my license #. However, when going to the apps I want to download, the only option I have is "TRY" or "BUY". Am I missing something? Thanks.
When I navigate to the adminconsole.adobe.com Products page, I do not get the usual blue "Add Products" button. I can add a user, but not a product. What's up with that? I have been using this feature to add licenses to my Team for years. Monthly billing works fine, but today, I cannot add a product subscription. I would like to add another Acrobat Std, to my existing 5 licenses, but cannot find a way. Any ideas? Thanks!
hello,I have a question about CC for teams license, In the description of the license they have mentioned that it cost 33.99 per license monthly so does it mean that I can have one license and give it to my 4 users? or should I get a license for each user that I have?
Hi, I currently have a personal Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription.I separately created a Team Adobe account and purchased a Team Adobe Acrobat Pro license.I would like to transfer the existing personal license to that Team account. I have not found how to do this online. If I cancel my subscription in order to create a new one in my team account, I'm requested to pay cancellation fees since I have a yearly subscription but that would not make sense if I transferred to a new Team subscription with a yearly commitment. Thanks in advance for your help.
I'm unable to install Adobe CC on Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0.17763.I get stuck on "Check your browser" step. The browser openes and says I'm logged in and that I should close it.The "Check your browser" is still there. Also nothing happens when I click "Sign in here" as a last resort. Support was unable to help. Concidering to cancel my plan since I can't install the application I'm paying for.
Open letter.Does anyone else find the Admin Center lacking basic information? I just spent considerable time chatting with 4 different techs attempting to get basic information that is not available as a Admin user and/or Adobe does not track/record it. Basically I wanted to see an audit log of licenses and users. Something that would show when licenses were added or removed from the account and the relevent order/po information. Also when a user is assigned or unassigned a license. Something I would think is basic, easily to do, and part of being transparent, and providing accountibility. The Admin Center has none of that. Chat support internally can tell you when a user is assigned a license, but that is it. A report showing that last time a user used their license wouls also be helpful. But I guess if users had that kind of info they could manage their licenses better and Adobe might not make as much $.
We need to install Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop apps in an environemnt with limited internet access. That means that the environement only has a set on white-listed websites that are allowed. We can allow full internett access when installing the applications but I have understand that ACCD validates license periodically and we need therefore to white-list these websites. Does anyone know what URL's that needs to be whitelisted to get ACCD to validate the license?
Just built a new install package yesterday. I ran into this error upon install, and the only discussion I found mentioning it said it was because they were trying to be install it on Windows 7. However, I'm trying to install it on Windows 10, 1511. Is 1511 build possibly too old to install on? Is there any way to easily tell? Hello, I try to access the Adobe Admin Consule, I get following error message: FehlerAnscheinend haben Sie keinen Zugang zur Adobe Admin Console. Wenn Sie der Meinung sind, dass Sie diese Berechtigung erhalten sollten, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Systemadministrator. How I can check, how is the system administrator. Should I be. Thanks, regards, Jürgen
Hi there, I am having trouble accessing this font - klavika, and unfortunatley this means that Photoshop is more or less reduntant for me. I am just checking the Adobe Creative Cloud - Adobe fonts - it is saying I don't have access to this area, is this part of the package for Adobe, and if so can I get it activated on my machine. Also trying to use use Klavika font for Premier Pro but can't. Thanks
Trying to push an Uninstall script to our Windows 10 clients. We are pushing AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2015.exe /silent /product=1 /cleanlevel=0 via SCCM to our clients running Windows 10 1803 and it is failing on 90% of them. This is failing for both Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2015 and 2018.Also when digging through C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\RaftLogs we are seeing the below: We have not had any of these issues pushing to our Windows 7 clients. The entire reason we are forcing an uninstall is because our end users are seeing Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2015 and 2018 hang and not allow them to open PDFs until the AcroRd32.exe process(s) are killed in the task manager manually. We have never had this problem until we started rolling out Windows 10.The only fix we found was to disable "Enable Protected Mode at startup" which is not an ideal fix.
