I am trying to deploy Acrobat to my company. I am using SCCM. Everyone has different versions of Acrobat. Is there a switch for the MSI to uninstall old version? If not how do I uninstall the old version without using sneaker-net?
I can't create a new XD file no matter what I try. Any time I create a new file I get the below error:I have the latest version of XD and my CC sync version is 4.2.1.51I am on a mac (Mac OS High Sierra - 10.13.6)
If you are using Adobe storage for business, your organization owns the user accounts and their associated content. When IT Admins remove users who have assets stored in their folders from your organization, they can choose to transfer their assets to designated users, either immediately or later.Designated users receive an email with a link to download the compressed archive. The compressed archive contains the synced assets the user had, including files, libraries, and cloud documents in a well-defined folder hierarchy. Each folder in the hierarchy contains a particular type of assets or files. For example, the files folder contains user assets, while the assets/libraries folder includes libraries. The designated user can extract these files and upload them to their own Creative Cloud storage folders. For more information, see Download shared files. I have a pc that cannot ever access (per government rules) the internet but need to update adobe reader dc and adobe flash. can i accomplish this or do I need an active internet connection
I have an Adobe Update Server set up in our environment, but I'm wondering what URL(s) does it contact to pull down the updates? We have the full Creative Cloud suite in use on our network.I found two articles that are very similar, but have different published dates, that list a ton of different URLs, but I'm not making any sense of which of those it would be utilizing.Article 1: Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints Article 2: Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints I think our network admin would have my head if I were to ask him to put all of those URLs into the firewall.
Hello,I work in an enterprise environment as our System Center administrator, so I push out Application installs and software updates in an automated manner. My question pertains to Adobe Reader DC and how it reacts with other professional Reader programs. Due to the high cost of Adobe Acrobat Pro, we have opted to use Acrobat Reader DC (the free version) for people who don't need to edit, sign or convert; and Nitro Pro for users who do.However, whenever I push out an adobe update, it constantly tries to take over as the default. So basically now, every time I push out an Acrobat install, I have it repair Nitro right after that, which makes it take back over as default - simple enough. My next problem arises with the two Internet explorer add-ins conflicting with each other. As of right now, I just had at least 5 computers who couldn't open attachments through CRM, because the Adobe Add-in re-enabled itself. I checked all of my deployments, and none
Hello. I need to update Dreamweaver from 13.0 to 13.2. I have done so on a different computer, but on my laptop the option to update is missing. Yes, I know 13.2 has been replaced several times, and we should now be using 19.1. However, I must use 13.2 because it is the version used in a class I am taking (the course is not updated, don't ask). What do I need to do to update 13.0 to 13/2? The update is missing in the Creative Cloud desktop app, and the "updates" under the Help menu in the program itself doesn't work.I'm using an Enterprise account, and the tech people on my campus do not know how to solve this, though they successfully installed DW 13.2 on lab computers.Thanks,e-mail removed by moderatorFeel free to email me directly.
We've deployed Acrobat Pro 2017 to our office systems using an .mst file created in the Acrobat Customization Tool. We added our license key to it so our users would not get the Sign In Required prompt. Over the past week, we've had some users get the prompt when using Acrobat. We're wondering if there's a web-connection issue that's preventing the client from phoning home to an Adobe web site and maybe the prompt is due to that. Does Acrobat check in to a web site to verify the license key at each start?I've been looking through some logs that I think might help troubleshoot the issue, amt3.log, oobelib.log and PDApp.log. There are some errors in there but frankly I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking for. Our office, in their infinite wisdom, neglected to purchase support when buying Acrobat so we do fly blind sometimes trying to sort things out. Has anyone run into a similar issue and found an answer to the mysterious Sign In Required prompt?
Hello I have a problem. So I got tired of waiting on hold for Three hours with Telephone support and 1 hour with chat support...So I thought I would take my issue here.I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 Volume License. I have used Adobes ByPassAcrobatSignIN utility for the install however when my user logged into the machine they are presented with a Sign In dialog that will not go AWAY!!! They are unable to use the product. Any insights would be helpful.
I have had issues deploying to Windows 10 LTSB, even a fresh load of windows with all MS updates (but nothing else). I thought it must be XD so deselected that but still get error. I was using the desktop packager and now am using the Admin Console Packager with same issue. I am no longer installing XD or Dimensions. Individual installation using Adobe CC Desktop Launcher of all apps I require appears to work fine. One point is that Explorer.exe quits during install and does not relaunch after install failure/rollback.Log suggests HDPIM is latest problem (195) but I can't figure out how to resolve. I can't even figure out what HDPIM is...11/07/18 22:02:21:977 | [INFO] | | ASU | MSIInvoker | MSIInvoker | | | 7288 | Build Version - 1.15.0.6811/07/18 22:02:21:977 | [INFO] | | ASU | MSIInvoker | MSIInvoker | | | 7288 | Logging Level verbosity Set to 411/07/18 22:02:22:315 | [INFO] | | ASU | MSIInvoker | MSIInvoker | | | 7288 | Suc

Hey,I have multiple Device LIcences for Adobe Creative. All other apps are working with the device licence without issue, but Adobe Acrobat Pro, keeps asking for a sign in and then saying the trial is expire. This is not a sign in licence, it's a device licence.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch. I've tried fixing the hosts file. I've tried using a licence package.None of this resolves the issue, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC keeps loading as a Trial, after a 7 day period. Please assist as all other device licenced apps are working without issue.

Dreamweaver has become unresponsive. Noticed it on Friday 3/22 and still is not working today Monday 3/25. When you try to launch, the icon just bounces but Dreamweaver never launches. Co-workers are experiencing the same problem as I am. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as reinstalling adobe creative cloud but Dreamweaver still won't open. Have trashed the prefs and that didn't help as well. Tried installing older versions of Dreamweaver and they won't work either.
We have a particular user at a location that we support who is constantly getting logged out of Creative Cloud. This means that his work stops until he can contact tech support (us) to enter the AdobeID and password in the cute little user interface. (We do not allow our users to know the AdobeID password associated with their license because a departing employee can steal the license by changing the password before quitting.)Is there a unix command-line (shell) command which can log into Creative Cloud? If yes, then I can write a little script and give him access via the sudoers mechanism so that he can run the script without seeing the password. If no, does anybody have any other clever ideas to let the user log back in to Creative Cloud without having to type in the password?
