Hello, I explain what happens.I'm making a number of changes to my accounts and I'm reviewing Adobe. However, in 2017 I opened this account, this was before entering an academic institution where they requested an Adobe account (which I already had) to use the institution's academic plan. Now, I graduated from this institution in December last year. My goal is to modify the account so that it is no longer "managed" or within the organization and to be able to start managing it as a personal account (including being able to sell in stock) But checking by clicking "leave organization" I get that I am no longer going to be able to use it in Creative Cloud, if you eventually want to pay for the plans.My question is if there is any way to leave the organization without affecting my account, since I opened my account before being in the institution, or if they themselves should unsubscribe me.

Allow Adobe Admins to Configure the Auto Update Settings for Individual Apps in the CC App.It would be extremely beneficial for IT Admins if the Adobe Admin Console allowed you to configure and deploy auto update setttings for specific Adobe apps within the Creative Cloud app.Currently admins can only control whether all apps are auto-updated or not. For people who have large volumes of users in their organisation, this would be a really useful feature.Currently, we have certain products that we classify as business critical and others non business critical.The business critical ones we want to control the versioning on, and we control the updates released using Adobe Remote Update Manager (RUM). The non business critical ones, we would love to let the CC app auto update on these. We want to make sure that admins decide which apps do and do not auto update as I believe this is user controlled currently.

Hi, Can anyone help me figure out why the 'files' tab is not visible in my Creative Cloud app? I am trying to add a new user to my work Creative Cloud library but since the 'files' tab is not visible I don't know how to access the library to add him. I also need access to the library so I can manage and organise the files.  When I open Adobe Illustrator I can still see the library so it hasn't disappeared altogether. And I have a back up file on my computer with the extension .cclibs.  I have an Adobe for Enterprise account. My ex-colleague used to be the main admin for our Creative Cloud library but has been let go so I assume her Adobe account was cancelled. My assumption is that this is the reason for my Creative Cloud app being messed up.  Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hola comunidad, ayer me cancelaron el plan estudiantil ya que estoy de vacaciones y la universidad siempre cancela el plan si no llevas clases en vacaciones. Decidí pagar el plan por mes estudiantil con el mismo correo que mi unoversidad Usaba ya que eso hice el año pasado y todo bien, pero cuando pagué y luego abrí illustrator para seguir con un proyecto, no me deja abrir el proyecto ya que dice que le pertenece a otra cuenta pero se supone que sigue siendo la misma cuenta e igual me pasa en Behance. Mi cuenta aparece como una nueva y no está mi portafolios que yo había subido pero si yo busco el link de mi portafolio si me aparece pero como una nueva cuenta y yo solo puedo ver no puedo editar ni nada y es bien raro porque mi cuenta ahora me aparece con otra foto de perfil y la que tenía antes solo sale cuando busco el link del portafolio pero es como si fuera otra cuenta diferente de otra persona y el correo con el que siempre entro es como si ya no fuera de mi cuenta de siempre dond

Hello, I really need some help with my. adobe creative cloud desktop app. I can't log in. I have tried everything (delete all the apps linked to the creative cloud, reinstall them several times, change my password, try. new ways of log in ...) and nothing have worked. When i open my creative cloud desktop app and when i enter my. mail adress + my passoword i have the same message every time : I really need some help because the Adobe softwares are my work tools and without them i can't work...  A big thank you in advance to any of you who will try to help me !

So, back in August 2024 we went from Adobe ID to Federated ID successfully.  We then edited user details to align their accounts with our SSO.  Adobe IDs had been largely built with a first initial last name convention.  We have since updated Azure to use first name. last name.  Once the accounts were federated it appeared that the email change took place.  However, that was about a month ago, and I am seeing an increase in tickets where users can't log in using SSO.  Upon investigating, the user is still showing as federated, but I now have their old email convention back on the licensed product and their new email address has no products.  Is this potentially due to the users not logging into their products with the SSO email?

Its very strange but I have a 14 days free trial active, when I go to plans it doesnt show "manage plan" like it should, and I am scared because they are gonna charge me 5 of January and I cannot cancel (I just wanted to try it out) Please any help is appreciated.

Recieved rencetly some brand new imacs and macbooks. They are the m1 processor. I tried to create a new creative cloud shared license package. When i unzip on the test machine, and try and run it, i get "this software can't be installed on this computer" with the only option being close. Is there a way to see the log to see what the actual error is? is this a known issue? osx version is 11.0.1 which is what came with the machine. photoshop etc, version is 2021 (22.1.1) need either a log file or some explanation whats going on here....

Does anyone know how to obtain access to the Firefly API? I have no subscription, personal or enterprise, and I need to work on a proof of concept for a client of mine who wants to automate transformation of images to sketches. I was in touch with the support, but after 4 hours of chatting, split in two days, and after being bounced from one team to another 10 times, in the middle of which I was recommended to subscribe to a service that ultimately does not offer access to those APIs, I just gave up. 

I know there is a way to enable Adobe apps in GCC (article linked below), but for GCC High/DoD environments the public Teams app store is not available at all. Is the app package for Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft Teams and Outlook available to download anywhere for sideloading? Or if someone from the team could provide this? Hi Guys, So I have to contact an account manager to renew a subscription? I can't just update the details? I have to actually wait for someone to talk to me over the phone? Hi, I graduated from university this year and I just found my school account closed. However, there are some PSD files(my art works)  I want to back up. Is there any chance that cloud data on my expired school account to be transferred to my personal ID account? Or just any way to get my Photoshop cloud data back?

However, the plan now shows that the price will be $419.88/year. Could you clarify why the price has changed? Additionally, we need to purchase one more license for Acrobat Pro. Our current plan includes one license for Acrobat Pro. Hi everyone,I’ve noticed that my Mac’s System Data is taking up an enormous amount of storage (99GB), and I suspect it’s due to leftover Adobe files like old versions, cache, and logs.I want to keep only the necessary files for the latest versions of my Adobe applications (After Effects 25.1, Illustrator 29.1, Photoshop 26.1, etc.) and safely delete anything related to older versions (e.g., After Effects 24.6.4 or Illustrator 28.7.3).Since I can’t use Adobe Cleaner Tool due to account restrictions, I plan to manually remove unnecessary files by accessing the Preferences folder on my Mac (~ / Library/ Preferences and / Library / Preferences).Could anyone guide me on:Which files or folders are essential for the latest Adobe versions and should not be touched?Are there any specific files in the Preferences or Application Support folders that I should look out for when removing older version data?

Hi,I used to have a portfolio website on my mom's account. I thought I had switched it to my new account so I could continue edit it, but I don't see it so unfortunately I'll have to redo it/edit an older one.Thing is I want to at least use the same name (my own name as an creative..) for the portfolio website. When I type it in, it says it's already used, but that portfolio website is nowhere in both accounts anymore and when I look it up it say's it doesn't exist/is missing...Has anyone else experienced this? Does this mean the portfolio is still somewhere? Or can I atleast use the same name...?
