Hi,I ve installed some Apps (like Photoshop, Premiere and After Effect) on my desktop PC and everything runs fine; however the same apps installend on my laptop don't runs and the problem seemsthat I dont'a have any licence for those....???? How is it possible? I ve a "Creative Cloud for teams" plan so I should be able to install and use the apps on both machines (not at the same time I know).Please someone help meM.

For a mass deployment through our SCCM system, I can get Photoshop DC 2015 to silent install OK, but it won't automatically uninstall Photoshop CS6.  How can I get a silent installation of Photoshop DC 2015 to automatically uninstall Photoshop CS6?-Perry Snow

I know Adobe has stopped development on Edge Animate, but before they did that, our studio put a lot of work in to developing templates and symbols in it, and it's going to take us a while to migrate to another platform. In the meantime, we still need to use Edge Animate. We noticed recently that you can no longer install it from CC. We have some new designers starting soon and we need to get them set up.

When i go to my adobe account i see that i have bought "Adobe Photoshop Extended" and i see my product key, but when i download the version and try to install it doesnt approve my code....How do i know what to download ? Whats wrong? Weird situation....

I have a very old version of Photoshop CS3, which I acquired before retiring from the IT Department of  local college a long time ago.  Let week when I tried to open the program I got a message informing me that my license was broken.  I no longer have the CS3 disk.  All I can find is an old Photoshop 5 disk.  I have the Password for that but it is not accepted.  Any help appreciaitd

Hello support,Anytime we need to install a Adobe software, we must install via Creative Cloud (download and install Creative Cloud then select the software such as Photoshop, Lightroom... to install)Due to the requirement from our company, the software itself (Photoshop, Lightroom...) need to be located in a general place for our staff to request and install. So my question is, is there a way for us to download the software straight away and install it without using Creative Cloud window? or any possibility solution can offer us?Thanks.

Hi there,I would like to upgrade old acro DC version to 1501020056.So i download exe on ftp, i extract exe with winrar, i extract program with msiexec /a AcroRead.msiI have AcroRead.msi in my extract folder with all folders. Now if i launch msiexec /a AcroRead.msi /p AcroRdrDCUpd1501020056.msp or with the acro.msi in the extracted folders, i got the legendary : The upgrade patch cannont be installed by windows blablabla.So what's the problem this time ? I use msi and msp they havent been extracted............... Same thing with msp from ftp......Anybody have a solution ??Thanks a lot

We have OEM Acrobat Standard DC installed on new computers, and it's wanting Adobe Application Manager to be installed, and when the install for that fails it's asking for Adobe Support Advisor, which is a discontinued product.  Any suggestions on where to go next, other than drop Adobe products all together?

Trying to deploy Acrobat DC Pro to 75 Windows 7 Pro 32-bit workstations.  Installation goes fine, but users are getting Error 16 messages saying to uninstall/reinstall.  I can run as administrator and fix it, but the problem comes back.  I thought I had traced it to the EULA, found 2 registry changes that were made after I ran as admin.  Still having issues with Error 16.  Seems to be a known issue, but that really doesn't help me unless there's a known fix?We're a federal government facility, so I am limited as to what I can do in terms of granting users elevated privileges or modifying UAC in Windows.  We have been using Adobe Acrobat X Professional for a few years and have no problems with that.If there is no fix, is Adobe similar to Microsoft in that if I own 75 Acrobat DC Pro licenses can I legally downgrade to Adobe Acrobat XI?  Assuming there's a fix for XI?

Recently it has come to our attention that Mac Clients are not able to receive updates from the Internal AUSST. It works fine with Windows Clients. Any ideas?On the Mac clients using the Updater (Adobe Application Manager) or the Remote Update Manager does not allow clients to install updates.Removing the /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0/AdobeUpdater.Overrides lets the clients do updates fine.

I'm struggling to install an Creative Cloud Package and push it out silently. I've created a package to install Acrobat Pro.Inside the root of the package are two files (and a lot of folders) setup.exe and Adobe Acrobat DC.msi. When I spoke with Adobe support I was told that it didn't matter which of the two programs I ran, they would both install the program.Here are my results:     When I run the msi, I see a loading bar but then nothing happens. Previous versions of Adobe Reader/Pro are not removed and the new version isn't installed. I put the log file at the bottom.     When I run the .exe, it installs perfectly. i have a volume license for adobe photoshop cs3 for 4 machines. 3 of the machines were replaced and it wasn't possible to uninstall the program to release the licenses. Now when i try to use the serial number during the installation on the new machines it tells me that the license has exceeded the number of installations.  case no:0218014685
