Mi nombre es Gilberto Vargas y me comunico para expresar mi insatisfacción con la situación actual en relación con mis suscripciones a los servicios de Adobe.En la actualidad, cuento con una suscripción mensual a Adobe Premiere Pro, y entiendo que puedo utilizarla en hasta dos computadoras simultáneamente, lo cual me parece perfecto. Recientemente, decidí agregar a mi cuenta Adobe Photoshop con un plan mensual, asumiendo que también tendría la posibilidad de utilizarlo en dos computadoras adicionales.Sin embargo, me he percatado de que, al tener abiertos dos instancias de Premiere en diferentes computadoras, ya no puedo utilizar otras aplicaciones de Adobe, ya que comparten la misma licencia. Esto me plantea un inconveniente, ya que resulta molesto tener que cambiar de usuario cada vez que deseo utilizar diferentes aplicaciones.Mi sugerencia sería que cada aplicación contara con su propia licencia para ser utilizada en dos computadoras, independientemente de las ot

Working with user and we encounter the sign in window to use personal account or company accout. Need to use company. Information is correct but get "We experienced problems with Adobe login. Please try again". We have cleared data for adobe from browser and tried recreating the user account, no resoution so far.   Please reach out when you can. Thank you,Scott

We recently deployed Federated ID with ADFS for our enterprise Acrobat DC subscription. That part is working fine, but now that we're planning our deployment, we seem to be missing a step to get the seamless SSO experience we have with other software we use. How can we tell Acrobat to automatically sign the user in? Right now, when the user opens Acrobat the first time, they're asked to sign in, click "sign in with an enterprise ID", type their email address, etc. before they can actually use the SSO piece.Our users log on to their PCs with the same identity the federated ID will use. Is there a registry key or deployment option we can set that will attempt to sign in with the logged in user's identity? We're trying to make this as seamless as possible for our users.

In the SCCM/SCUP catalog CAB file for Acrobat DC that is available here (https://armmf.adobe.com/manifest/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/AcrobatCatalog-DC.cab) I do not see the patches for "Adobe Acrobat Update 23.006.20320" and "Adobe Acrobat (x64) Update 23.006.20320" listed. I see the corresponding 23.006.20320 patches in the Adobe Reader catalog CAB file, but they are not present in the Adobe Acrobat DC catalog CAB file. Also, the MSP files for the missing Acrobat DC 23.006.20320 patches are listed and available for download on the Enterprise Release Notes page here (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuoussep2023.html), they are just not in the SCCM/SCUP catalog CAB file. I need to deploy these patches. When are they going to be published in the catalog?

Hello, if you try to add the "Adobe Creative Cloud" App from Intune over the option "Microsoft Store-App (new)" then you receive an error "The selected app does not have a valid current package version." Have somebody information about the package on the Microsoft Store or about the usage / support of the option "Microsoft Store-App (new)" with the Adobe apps in Intune? (I am ware of the posibility to install Adobe products over "Win 32 prep Tool".) Thank you for the information.

When trying to run RUM via "send UNIX command" on Apple Remote Desktop, I get the following return:"RemoteUpdateManager: command not found" - When I remotely log onto the client computer and run RUM via Terminal, it works fine.- The initial pkg installers all had Remote Update Manager enabled.- The initial pkg installers were deployed via ARD, not locally.- I've tried sending the code as ROOT and as an admin user, both with and without Sudo.- I tried sending and installing the RUM update package to the client. It didn't seem to make any difference ( I was probably running the latest version anyway).- I could swear this worked smoothly for me in the past. Am I missing something obvious?- Pls halp

I want to make sure I can continue using Adobe tools and retain access to my designs.If anyone has experience with this or has insights to share, I'd greatly appreciate your advice. I have turned off notifications on the product profiles for adding/removing license. But I don't want license expiry emails to go out to my end users, specially with all our license totals information. There is no need for them to know any of that. How do I go about turning that notification off for all users expect for system users?

I already started my education account given by the University. I started free trial for free adobe templetes but now I have to cancel the trial I can not see any plans in plans and payment. I can not see how to delete my payment details. Please help me how to cancel my plan. Additionally anyone knows how to create admin console for contacting?  Thank you 

It's been a few years...Do we have a way yet to uninstall old versions automatically, without each user having to set it themselves? This should be an option when building the package from the portal, or a reg key we can push. 

I'm trying to deploy Adobe CC via intune  to my company but each attempts fails. Can anyone help me figure out why?

How do you do something as simple as changing a user's name when the CSV updating process fails?  Why is there no direct and easy way to modify that information in the management interface?  For that matter, why do admins not have access to manage user passwords in an enterprise environment?  Bad design all around.

I have a user who used to work for our company and had an adobe account. She had set up a phone number as a form for password reset. She left the company and came back after 2 years of being gone. She of course can't remember what that password is and she no longer has that phone (divorced, had to change numbers) I contact Adobe to get the 2FA reset to another number or taken away all together and allow password reset with email. I am told the best solution is to change the email address. Or they can delete the account and we can start over.  I find it completely ridiculous that Adobe doesn't have a better solution than to completely delete an account (which takes 30 days!!!) when the user can't access a phone number used as a 2-factor authentication for a password reset. It is almost like Adobe doesn't think that anyone would ever change their phone number. I am completely in awe of how bad this customer service is. So I had a snafu and corrupted a large part of my system files. I managed to reinstall most of my programs but adobe just wont work on my system.    I could not run the uninstaller so I: 1. removed the app using appwiz.cpl 2. cleared the registry of adobe keys 3. deleted all the program file folders 4. ran Adobe Cloud Cleanup tool, restarted, and tried to install it again.  5. re-downloaded the installer multiple times.   at this point I have no idea what I need to do to get the installer to open. All I get is a little blue loading sign from the cursor but nothing actually opens. I don't know what I did to my system but I messed adobe up good. Any help would be great!  

Hello Team,We have a CEP extension which uses iframe to display content hosted in remote website. We interact with the host view via javascript APIs. We are trying to launch SSO envirounment in iframe but we are getting error as Refused to Frame SSO env because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'none'". In Adobe earlier version SSO was supported but in latest version it is not working. Could you please help us with solution here?Or Please help us with some workaround for our customer.  

Hi,  Anyone knows hot to enable the Auto update for all apps on the adobe CC for all computers on the network? i have already configured the package, configured the ServiceConfig.xml to have Selfservice and appsautoupdate both enable. still, these 2 settings ( attached ) are still off. i noticed if i only trigged this manually the feature will work and the apps will update automatically.  How to delpy this to the domain conputers that has Adobe CC?  thanks on advancedShadad

Hi all, I have installed InDesign 2024 (19.0). Ever since I installed it I cannot see the "Older versions" menu item. I need 18.5 version as well. My subscription has full access to adobe apps.   My "Apps" section in Preferences window looks like this   Does someone know what's hapenning?

I'm trying to restrict access to the App Panel in the CC Desktop App on student lab machines, but have been unable to do so recently. The target computers are running macOS 13.6. As a test, I've created a new managed package in the Admin Console that includes just the CC Desktop App, configured with the options to hide access to the app panel. However, after the installation, the app panel remains freely accessible. I've verified that the ServiceConfig.xml file is getting installed along with the app and that it does contain the correct key values needed for restricting the App Panel. I've been able to recreate this issue on newly restored or imaged computers with nothing but just the Adobe CC Desktop app installed. Everything seems to work as expected when installing managaged packages created the same way for our Windows devices. It's as if the current version of the Adobe CC Desktop app for macOS is just ignoring the ServiceConfig.xml file altogether. Has anyone else experienced thi
