Estoy tratando de descargar Premiere Pro, pero cuando quiero iniciar la descarga se abre la aplicación de creative cloud y me muestra un mensaje de que es necesario un permiso de un administrador de TI, mi cuenta no está vinculada con ninguna universidad o empresa. 

TL;DR: I know with Enterprise I will be able to pool/reallocate storage across users. However, I'm unclear if this storage can behave more like a central file repository for consistent access and future reference, or if it has to be a spiderweb of individuals sharing folders and files with one another. ---------------- We have a dozen Creative Cloud Suite users and dozens of Acrobat Pro licenses, so we have quite a few TB of Creative Cloud storage. We are considering upgrading to Enterprise to gain SSO and more control over our storage so we can move away from our legacy on-site file server and start working more efficiently in Creative Cloud. Hello all,I am here for 600 Apple computers in an Editor Company, Germany. We have now three IC issues (version 15.1.3): Cursor is disappearing. Looking through this forum, this problem seems to be still unsolved ???We need in our company an older Version of IC because of Censhare ... Is IC 15.1.3 officially supportet for macOS Ventura?In some threads was mentioned: two external Monitors. In our case not true. Cursor disappears with our without external Monitors.Some people say: minimum Memory 16 GB, which is true with our hardware.Some people say: go to settings and something with dark or light mode (???) Any help would be appreciated marek  

We're enterprise customers with a lot of licenses. Why in the last 3 years have I had to reboot, kill Adobe processes and pray in order to get this app to work?  People talk about hosts files and all sorts of nonsense but how come there isnt a single other product that we have that presents these issues? Like internets wide open to the system but time and time again, "No internet connection" "Offline". See something wrong here? No internet connection but it updated the app and it says Offline. Hilarious!Is there any hope for the future?Just a suggestion,... is it because you run like 10 separate applications to support our use of Photoshop?I know somethings very wrong inside your code because most of the time, the fix is to kill the CoreSync and Creative Cloud UI Helper processes. Then all of a sudden theres no problem. I can't stand being an administrator of Adobe stuff. Its absolutely so frustrating. 

No one at my company knows who is the admin of Adobe. How can we figure this out? We don't have an IT department for this. Best,Fran

I have a user I added. I have 20 Adobe Pro liscenses. I am using 18. I click the user, edit, add to product group. Adobe says the user was updated. it's wrong. they were not. I go to Adobe Pro, click  add user. type in user's email. Adobe will not let me add the user to the product. So that's where I am. I can't add the user to the product, and I can't add the product to the user. Any advice?  I have tried logging out and back in to see if that helped. It did not.

Is this still the only way to remove unwanted licences? This is very cumbersome and poor customer experience, every other admin panel I use (Microsoft, DropBox, LastPass, etc) allow you to remove licenses with just a few clicks.

Hi, I graduated last year but still had access to my student account till 1 April 2023. I had no idea when my account will be deactivated.  Can I still transfer my assets on my student account to a new personal account? 

Over the last couple of days, our students and teachers have reported a change in behaviour of CC log in prompt. Previously, when the user would log onto the Mac a Safari web page would open asking the user to sign into Adobe. If they did not need to sign in, they would close the window and continue to use the Mac without interuption. However, over the last couple of days, if the user closes the Safari window without signing into Adobe, every 10 minutes they are prompted with a fresh safari adobe login window again. Anybody any ideas why this may be occurring? 

I got a notification that my substance trial has started, I didn't click anything to start this I was just updating my apps.The problem is that I will need the app in a month (for school) but then my trial wil have ended, does anybody know if I can stop the trial and restart it in a month.

Hello, I'm trying to access my billing history via Admin Console > Account but my billing history is not displaying and I'm not able to update credit card information. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've cleared my history and cache thinking that was the issue but that didn't work. I've also tried a different web browser too. 

I bought Creative cloud for a company, but now I'm personally shown as the contract owner in the profle. In addition, I received the bill personally with my private address. That is of course wrong. The contract owner is the company I work for and also the billing address is the company address. How can I change that?

Hi,   Weve been having this problem with one user in our office for some time, and can't seem to find the correct fix.   This user is in the license pool and show as an active user in admin console. Still, when attempting to log on the license is not detected on the computer.   Feel like we've tried everything here, removing the user and adding from scratch, different computers, wiping cache etc. etc... I'm not sure exactly what caused this, but I was recently able to see other people's documents in my recently modified tab in photoshop. I previously had a creative cloud subscription on a personal account, but I recently migrated to using a school account since they provide a student license. When I opened the photoshop app after migrating, all of the suggestions that pointed to locally saved files were still there. However, the files that were marked as "CLOUD DOCUMENT" were replaced by random files that I had never seen before. I opened one of them up, and it seemed that they were most likely other people's files. After closing they were removed from my suggestions list, but it is probably possible to save these files locally to my computer. This seems like a huge security issue and I hope it's reported to the revelant personnel. Not sure if I can fully reproduce the bug as it most likely originated from changing accounts.         I have had an adobe account connected to my school email for a while and I won't be attending the collage anymore so I'd like to cancel my plan, but after days of looking I have found no way of canceling the plan or manage the payment. I've gone through their help center page that explains how you both manage your plan and update credit cards details, but both advise I press the Manage Plan button within the Plans tab but I don't have one to begin with. When I go to the Contact Us option it advise's I contact my administration for help.   I don't know what they mean by contacting my administrator. I bought the student plan (It's been a while so i'm not exactly sure which plan it was) when I was starting collage.   Within my profile it states I have the Adobe for Enterprise plan. Again, I do use a school email for this account.   Maybe i'm just missing something that's obvious, if anyone could help me that would be amazing.

Hey, I was just trying to uninstall adobe products since they were provided with my school and I am graduating soon. When I tried to uninstall using the windows apps and features, I need to sign in. This is unacceptable. Imagine what will happen if my account is deleted before I get the chance to uninstall. I will be stuck with adobe products in my computer and may need to reset my computer to fix this. Please make it so that I do not have to log in to uninstall the software. Thanks.

I am the admin on a company account and everything is paid for monthly and has worked perfectly for 16 years. But ever since I got an email about the updated the Admin Console nothing seems to work in the Adobe account anymore.For one thing, now I have two log in options--company or personal--where before I only had one—the company log in.Adobe seems to have divided me into two accounts, one where I can use the apps but have no libraries or files (years of company library content) and one where I have the libraries but no access to the creative suite applications...I have called customer service, they put me on hold for ages then said they would call back with a solution but still haven’t contacted me.How do I reset my account so it goes back to what it was before, ie functional?I have deadlines to meet and not being able to use my account is causing a lot of trouble for me and my work collegues...Any help would be very appreciated!Thank you so much!

Does Adobe have a plan that includes 10 different computers to download their apps on? Thank you for your time.  

We have Creative Cloud Licenses through a vendor and we are required to bid this out every so many years.  If a different vendor is awarded the contract can we keep our VIP#?  

I want to understand how the team license works. Does it mean i can pay for one and assign the license to more than one computer in my team?

I just was checking my bank account statements, and I see that I am being charged a monthly fee from Adobe for $33.38 (for the last 10 months). I am super frustrated because I have a work account, which covers the cost, and yet I'm being charged (personally). My work IT people assured me several months ago that this had been fixed....but clearly it's not.  Do you know whom I can talk to? I need to get Adobe to stop charging me (and preferably reimburse me for the last 10 months). Thanks for any help.
