I have been wrongly charged for an Adobe license even though I am on an Adobe for Enterprise plan. I am not able to contact Adobe as I get redirected to a "please contact your administrator" message, but this is not an issue with my administrator. How do I get in touch with Adobe in order to resolve this? 

Hello, I am currently trying to implement a Federated ID SSO using a third party IDP. I understand that I will need to validate my domains as part of the setup but realised that it won't work since they are already listed in an existing Enterprise ID directory that was created by my predecessor. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I will probably need to delete the existing directory so that I may add the existing domains to the new Federated ID directory. So before going ahead with this procedure, I have a question the answer to which I would be most grateful to the members of this community for. Will deleting the existing directory result in any end user data loss? Our users currently use Adobe Sign and my fear is that it might affect their ability to sign on and/or track any previous transaction audit trails associated with their existing accounts. Really sorry about the noob question but I haven't done much work with Adobe administration previously and would apprecia

Hello:System is a Dell Latitude 5430 with a 12th Gen i7 1.7 GHZ processor, 16GB of RAM. I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise V.21H2 Build 19044.2364.I can install Creative Cloud as an administrator, but when it runs, I get an Error Code 190. When I attempt to install Photoshop CC, it gets to about 10% and fails due to Error Code 190. I've uninstalled Creative Cloud, deleted the temp files associated with it, and reinstalled it. The same issues occur.Anyone have any ideas?

Bonjour,malgré un abonnement à Creative Cloud prépayé et à jour (compte Business, jusqu'à décembre 2023), il semblerai qu'il y ai un très gros bug chez vous. En effet après plusieurs appels, personne n'a sû trouver d'où provient le problème.  Nous avons 6 licenses Creative Cloud et des utilisateurs. Tous les utilisateurs sont dissociés, IMPOSSIBLE de les assigner à nouveau. Notre studio est à l'arrêt, en bidouille avec des comptes étudiants depuis 1 semaine maintenant, et personne ne nous rappelle, personne ne nous tiens au courant. Apparemment plusieurs agences ont appellé l'assistance et rencontrent le même soucis. Pourtant sur twitter nous ne trouvons aucun signe de detresse, je commence à croire que nous sommes un cas très isolé et que personne ne semble vouloir nous tenir informé, ou alors Adobe est vraiment en train de subir une attaque ? Quelqu'un rencontre-t-il le même soucis ?

Can a 'X' Company with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (each User Per Year) license, assign a license to a user of their subsidiary unit 'Y' company with a different domain email id? If Yes, what documents will Adobe require as a proof of the Subsidiary unit?

Our Creative team maintains InDesign assets in CC libraries for seamless use across locations - works great. Our Sales team wants a list, or directory, of the assets within the libraries for awareness. The "View on Website" screen is perfect, but doesn't work since it can only be shared with Adobe users who are members of the library (not Sales - they can't have direct access to the live InDesign files). We could take screenshots or export PDFs, but since the content of the libraries changes / updates very frequently (daily) this would create too much maintenance work.  Is there a way to provide a non Adobe user a live list / directory / thumbnail preview of all assets within a library? Thanks for any ideas! 

Hi. We have a creative cloud team folder that is shared and synced across our creative team. One of our interns has acidentally had the sync on pause for a while. When he activates the sync, all his changes to certain documents is overwriting the changes done in the same documents by others in the team during the time the interns sync was of. Is there any way to avoyd this? So that we can turn his sync back on?

Hi, I have Adobe for Enterprise account given my University and have access to all the apps.I would like to try beta apps for my M1 Macbook Air, but the "beta apps" tab is not showing up on my Creative Cloud desktop app.  - Am I not eligible for beta apps?- Can I subscribe to the regular CC plan for $52.99 to try the beta apps?- Can I subscribe to Adobe CC Education for $19.99 to try the beta apps? Based on the Q&A, > The roll-out of the Beta apps section in the Creative Cloud desktop app, along with Beta builds therein, will take place in small, randomized increments and will ultimately be available to all Creative Cloud members within a few months.  Is there any guaranteed way of trying beta apps at this moment?I live in the U.S. if the region matters.

shows errors constantly when trying to sign in. Very disturbing. 

When adobe sign was added to our license, before we knew anything about it, our users received a notification to sign up for it. They all freaked out and sent the email to spam alert and it was deleted. I need to know how to resend the sign up email for users so they can sign up for it again. Thanks 

Hi! I wasted the whole morning trying to cancel my plan. I don't see any buttons like Manage your plans, etc. I tried different browsers and used all possible options. Why is this so complicated? Need help ASAP! Cheers,Greg

Bonjourje constate avec stupéfaction qu'il n'est pas possible de supprimer directement une licence (j'en ai 4 en cours, 3 me suffisent) depuis le compte de gestion de l'équipe de créative cloud. On me demande de contact le service client, pour lequel il n'y a pas d'adresse mail, le chat est acutellement indisponible et je dois me taper d'appeler le service client par téléphone sur les horaires donnés ???!!!Je trouve ça absolument grotesque ! Quelqu'un de adobe que me contacter SVP pour résilier la licence de trop ?? Merci !

Hello I manage PCs rooms in Unversity.I exprienced several PCs have the same symptom.But not all PCs have the symptm. We uses them under Windows domain environment.While 1st OS id logins the OS as a domain user, then the 213 error occurs. After signing out OS,2nd sign in OS , there was no error. This symptom can be repliecated at the specific PCs.From the upper situation, the symprom doesnot  seems to depend on  Adobe CC application revesion. So I uninstalled all Acrobat CC aplication . And more used cleaner tool for compleating delete. For a 1 month, there have no error, but the same symprom started to occur again.So I removed the following data.I but still the same symptom occur. Is there a way to share Creative Cloud libraries across an entire organization (i.e., everyone with a company-affiliated Adobe ID)?I have several libraries to share with our marketing staff throughout the organization and thought that selecting "Move to Team" after creating each library would ensure that everyone on the team had access. However, I'm finding that people can't access the libraries until I share them individually by email, and that's not feasible for a whole corporation.(I thought about splitting people into custom groups to make sharing more manageable, but I don't see an option to save collaborator groups either, despite what Adobe Support says under the collaboration section here.)My company admin got in contact with Adobe Enterprise Support, who suggested making the libraries public and then sharing links to them. In the package Adobe Fresco is integrated in version 4.2.0. When installing Fresco, the package installation always aborts with the following error message. Can unlicensed users in my organisation access Adobe Stock if our licensed users are assigned Creative Cloud for Business Pro Edition?We're using CC for Teams, and our Anniversary Date ir rolling around. In addition we have an Adobe Stock subscription. You can't assign the Stock subscription in the Admin Console, since it is associated with the organisation. As such, when I invite users but don't assign them licensing they can still access Adobe Stock credits.On our anniversary date last year we took advantage of the CC for Business promo. Same price (for 1st year) + includes 'unlimited' Adobe Stock with Extended licensing by default. That's a no brainer.However, when we came to actually use it we found that the unlimited Stock was tied to individual CC for Business assignments. But you also couldn't layer on an individual Adobe Stock subscription to provide Stock access to unlicesed users.We had to refund and revert to CC for Teams. I would really like to know if anyone has CC for Bus

As account admin I recieved a request from a user to use Premiere Rush. This users however has already been assigned a Creative Cloud All App license which should include Premiere Rush. The only options after selecting "Review Request" are to "Buy More" which I assume means purchase a seperate licesnse for PR, or "Deny" the request. The option to "Approve" is greyed out. Adobe CS is a mystery I'm still trying to figure out, so if anyone has any idea why this is happening, or if you are from Adobe and can help, I would be very greatful.

I have moved all my licenses to a new team that my reseller manage and i now want to delete all the licenses in my old team - how do i do that? I have removed all but the last one, that one i can't delete - get the message "to delete thos license, contact support". And that is what I am doing now 🙂
