My ipad pro 9.7 is not supported beyond iOS 16. I went to install Fresco from the app store and it requires iOS17 or later. Adobe website states iOS16 is supported. Is there a previous version of Fresco I can install?

Hello, I've only started today using Adobe Fresco for drawing, I work on a Wacom tablet connected to my laptop so I do not have touch screen.  I try to zoom in particular parts of the drawing but it only zooms in at the center, when I want to zoom in on other areas. I played around with the zoom with the mouse and keyboard but I can't figure it out, I've also tried to look up help but again nothing. Could somebody help me out here?

Hello, I have horrible pen lag on Fresco 5.5.5 and 5.5.0 (I tried downgrading after reading other threads). The lag doesn't occur on Photoshop on the same computer. Also, if I use my finger, fresco doesn't lag. Microsoft Whiteboard also doesn't lag. This is a Fresco issue. I'm running Windows 11 with the latest updates on a 14 core flagship laptop. My input surface is the Huion Kamvas Pro 19.  I have already tried the other troubleshooting steps I could find on other threads, including:1. Updating graphics drivers (I use the Nvidia Studio driver, not the gaming version)2. Updating pen tablet drivers3. Setting smoothing to zero4. Turning off the "Long press for eyedropper" option5. Turning off the "Snap to shape" option Additionally, I reduced as much load on the CPU and graphics card as I could by disconnecting other displays, closing all non-essential programs, removing all non-essential startup programs. I've made videos of the behavior for Fresco 5.5.0, 5.5.

I have been working on a drawing on Fresco for a week now. Today I was working normally when the App crashed. It always crashed on me, so I didn't think much of it. But this time, it only saved the last thing I was working on. I had this Layer which held most of my work (at least 4 hrs), but now I can't see anything I drew on it. its all gone. I need help

hi!! im working in fresco on an ipad pro 3rd gen. i have a canvas i've been working on with multiple layers (i've read that this could contribute to corruption issues but im not sure) and while mid-stroke i accidentally switched to a live brush instead of a pixel brush and it corrupted my layer causing it to go blank. everything else was still visible in the layer previews, so i closed and reopened the app only for all of my layers to be blank and replaced with a repeated pattern of a section of the layer i was last working on, rather than their respective information. the only reason im posting is to see if i can recover that data at all outside of restoring from the version history, since the most recent additions id made to the canvas (a few drawings id like to recover!!!) hadn't been synced yet. any help is appreciated!

I was wondering what the frame rate of the time lapse was so I can see how long I was working on a project 

I'm not the first to post this, but it's really aggravating that basic tasks in Fresco like "Open a Copy ---> Illustrator Desktop" either takes forever or doesn't work at all. And if you alter any of the layer adjustments like blend mode, you can't export it with all of its layers and instead it's all one one layer when it finally opens in Illustrator.  This workflow issue has not worked well for years, going back to Adobe Sketch ---> Illustrator. Maybe spend fewer resources on garbage AI products and make simple things like this work efficiently? And before anyone tells me to export it as a PSD or PNG and then open in Illustrator that is extremely dumb and takes away the layers and often requires you to Image Trace something you drew in Fresco. 

I have been having this problem consistently por the past week while animating on my Ipad Air. I lost at least two hours of work today, I actually did hit save a few times and there didn't seem to be any issues, but the version that showed up after the error code is at least 8 hours old, and my theoretical recent saves  don't show up on the version history. How do i fix this? This has happened on two different files, i can't keep compromising my work anymore.

Is there a way to drag the layers section somewhere else? I know the tool bar you can press and hold to undock the brushes and put it whereever you want,I'm guessing if it was possible the same action would work with the layers. Or at least is there a way I can drag the layers into the layer properties panel? I'm using the app on an iPad if that information helps, i know sometimes desktop version vs app version can be a little different. now if this isn't a thing... HEY ADOBE.. if you're reading this please add this feature like 5 updates ago.!!

I am using an ipad Air th Generation.I have updated my ios to 18.3.1 and then installed Fresco. At first, the app opens and just freezes.Now, when i try to open the app, it just crashes and never even opens.Any help would be appreciated.

I have AMD Ryzen 7 Radeon Graphics, and after 5 min aproximately the app just freezes and crashes. Just bought my PC a few months ago, and maybe this is not supposed to be happening. I'm kind of frustrated 😞

I have accidentally discovered a feature that I can not find in documentation and tutorials. I want to understand how it works better, because I still don't quite get it how to enable it, it happens by lucky chance from where I am standing now.I start to draw a mandala in symmetry mode with my Apple Pencil. Sometimes when I press on the stylus firmly the lines start to move differently helping to reshape and scale the pattern until the pencil tip stops touching the surface of my iPad.All the attached images are made from one instance by moving the stylus in different directions. My questions are:What action and under what conditions enable the feature? Is it double click? Why is it not always working? How is this mode called and where can I read about it?

I have a CC library called "Shapes" of simple vector shapes I created in Illustrator and I would like to import this into Adobe Fresco. The libraries are not showing up though. I have some custom palettes in my custom library and the palettes show up but not the vectors. It took a day or two for the palettes to show up. Many thanks.

This is inconvenient as fine adjustment is no longer possible. Has the version changed and something been reset from the default settings? Where and how can I get the arrow keys back? Hi, yesterday I mistakenly uninstalled the adobe fresco app (version 1.8.1, the only one compatible with my surface go 2), the problem is that when I went to creative cloud to reinstall it that version was no longer there... there was only the most recent version (which is incompatible with my pc)... Does anyone know how I can get that version back?

I´ would love to make Fresco my default painting and drawing app as it´s really quick to change back and forth from my desktop to my ipad but, I´ve noticed the app requires a lot of processing power although I have the 2022 M2 Ipad pro. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to wait till Adobe optimized the app further?

I created a vector image in Fresco on my iPad Pro, exported as pdf file, and opened in Illustrator on my Macbook Pro 2016.  For some reasons, some portion in my image remained vector, but some turned into pixel.  Not sure if it is because of the clipping mask.  Is this a bug on Fresco side?If this is a bug, is there any suggested way to work around on this issue?The way I could think of is using the eraser for images under cliping masks, but that would be a lot of work. Any suggestion?

Any suggestions as to the best brush to use for drawing these beautifully rendered eyelashes? I have experimented with all the brushes in the Sketching category and the one that fits the bill the closest is the New Vine brush at 10 pixels - flow 100 - smoothing 50 -  but it really doesn't give me what I see in this picture. Frankly, I don't see how the artist in this pencil drawing managed the eyelashes so well - he / she is a genius with a pencil. I realize that there are still other parameters that I could toy with for the New Vine brush like -spacingangleblend modeshape dynamicsscatteringtransferstylus pressurebut with the exception of the last one (where Light is the optimal setting for the eyelash problem), I don't know how to work with these and the possible combinations are so great that I would much rather seek advice from the pros on this forum.

I have a photographer Creative Cloud account. When I heard about the new free version of Fresco with the premium paywall removed, I downloaded it to my Surface Pro 11. However, it is version 5.5.0 with the brushes locked. When I go to the Creative Cloud, it states that Fresco is up to date. How can I get it to update to latest 5.5.7 version?

Can anyone help me, I have the Microsoft surface pro 11 device and want to add more brushers on Adobe Fresco but for some reason it just keeps on saying adding brushers but it never does ? Also I am not able to add watercolor brusher to my live brusher if anyone can help with that as well please ?

I was using adobe fresco on my ipad and i tried to login so i could send my file as a PSD to my school email (school project due tomorrow) and of course once i login and try and open the file it keeps crashing until eventually it's back to the state it was about 3 hours ago. I did a lof of work on it and i was actually happy with it but of course this happens. i tried to update fresco (i hadnt before) but it changed nothing (i also didnt know it needed to update). maybe its a storage issue since it was a big file but there's no warnings or anything that tells me ??? literally what do i even do bro. my teacher will understand if i hand it in late after redoing it but at this point i dont even want to do it anymore. i know theres no solution to this but i just want you to know this is a poopy situation.

just wondering if the Adobe Draw & Adobe Sketch Folders from the old apps which are in my Fresco Documents take up space?, (i also recently converted the files via creative cloud suggestion to fresco too) and if they do, if i delete the folders will they also be deleted from creative cloud?, i ofcourse want to keep them, but i don't actually tend to open my old drawings in fresco. cheers.

When I draw in Fresco, the input location seems to be about a millimeter away from my apple pencil point. So: when I draw a line, it'll be 1mm next to my pencil point. I don't have this problem on the same device with the same pen in ProCreate. I have an iPad Air 5 and an 2nd generation Apple Pencil. The problem drives me crazy because it really interupts my workflow! My linework keeps going wrong. I'd switch back to ProCreate for this reason if it wasn't for the animation features Fresco has that I need so much. I already tried replacing my pencil point, it didn't help.
