When I try to generate, it says that the server is busy and asks me to try again later. When I try later, it says the same thing.

Hi, I produce a illustration in adobe Illustrator,  exported it as JPEG. I wanna upload it in my portfolio but the site says 'The maximum resolution is 4000x4000 pixel'. and it dsnt allow me to upload any illustration.  am so mad. what am missing here? my artboard is 1080x1080. and my jpeg is less 700 kb. am so mad I cant think properly. what am missing?  what does this 4000x4000 pixel actually mean? where am wrong herer?  what I need to change in artboard to get that 4000x4000 pixel resolution? Thank you.

Windows 10 PC, 64 GB RAM, 8TB SSDNVIDIA RTX 3070Illustrator 28.5When I am working on a drawing and I need to zoom way in to work on some detail, before I can modify the detail, the entire screen shifts. I cannot tell if it always shifts in the same direction or the same amount.When it shifts, I cannot see where I am so I have to use CTRL-0 and find the place again.Could there be some setting causing this??? Plugin?Thanks. 

I make designs that get turned into real world products and a.i. keeps resizing my files when i save them. i dont know if its a compression setting or something but it is literally costing me so much money and time. HELP

How to create EPS file that can be opened in Ai app? I gave EPS extension to PNG file to created it. But it refused to open in Ai. I use WINDOWS 11.

I manage a design department where we're constantly working with documents that have multiple placed and embedded images in each. As an example, we often have 10 instances each of 4 different images in a given document. These links are constantly changing and being updated on a per-client basis. My concern is that my designers waste a lot of time relinking these embedded graphics as the software prompts the user to relink each one individually. If the designer needs to replace 10 of the linked graphics with, say, "Royal Mahogany", they have to select all 10, select the relink option and specify the file they want to replace the graphic with by clicking on and placing the selected file for each instance of the graphic. So if they're replacing the links of 10 images, they have to select and place the desired file 10 times. Is there any way to select multiple placed images and replace them all at once? Note that the images we place into the file are stored in multiple locations on server,

I have a problem with Text/Font.• When i save for web or export as.. "png/jpg lost some text/font"• When i create outline some text/font lost from the file.Pls fix as soon as possible. It's big problem for my job.

Hi everyone please help to solve the problem about arabic fonts wont work in adobe 2024,, because i have huge file which i worked in adobe Illustrator 2021 and arabic fonts i used  ""MCS Taybah S_U normal"",, TTF and ,""Fanan"" TTF  but since i installed adobe Illustrator 2024 ,,, this ""MCS Taybah S_U normal"", and ""Fanan"" TTF fonts and another similiar used fonts no longer work ,,,,,,, i found that Adobe canceled this type of   """TTF"""   fonts ,,,,  please let me know if anyone have same issue and how to solve this issue.please see attached picture for reference thanks

I am using AI 28.2 I name my Graphic Styles with specific hexidecimal colors for 50 artboards I've created. When I export the files to SVG, the code will show only some styles I created with their proper hex color as I named them, but others are re-named as .cls-1 or .cls-2, and so on. Such as,.cls-1 {fill: #dcddde;}.mySpeficColor {fill: #78b5d8;}The class, .cls-1 has the right fill but the name is changed. How do I prevent this? Simply doing a find and replace in an editer isn't an option either because sometimes .cls-1 has a fill of a different color in the other 49 open files.

Hi,I am trying to plot color data that I exported from Matlab as .eps. I had good results with this in the past but this time some of the clipping mask lines that came with the .eps export file show through the data on some zooming levels. I am talking about the faint lines that are circled in blue, not the thick, clear horizontal black lines (they are not the issue). I tried exporting as PNG and BMP to see if the lines disappear but they don't. When I zoom 300% the lines disappear. Is there a way to remove these lines? Thank you.

I'm trying to create a Scatter-Plot Graph, and I'm having a devil of a time.I need to plot data over time (X-axis). Some of the data-points overlap (are on the same date), but have different values (Y-axis). I absolutely cannot for the life of me, figure out how to use the Scatter-Plot tool, and the documentation is slim to almost non-existent.I've created one Scatter-Plot Graph the old fashioned way: I just drew it.The comma-delineated data is shown below the image:3/2015, 4070403/2016, 20736006/2018, 9216006/2018, 20736001/2020, 20736002/2020, 20736007/2020, 36864009/2020, 92160012/2020, 116640012/2020, 2916009/2021, 92160012/2021, 9216003/2022, 5832006/2022, 20736007/2022, 20736009/2022, 116640010/2022, 88473605/2023, 829440010/2023, 20736001/2024, 3686400I need to make dozens of these. I cannot draw each one this way. Any assistance on how to create this kind of graph using the graph tool is appreciated, thank you.

I posted about this a few weeks ago and got no help so I am trying again. I have created a suite of icons that have type running on a path.Whenever I transform type on a path, it flips around and I have to reset it manually. If I scale it by typing in the percentage, it is ok, however, this isn't always an option.Outlining is not an option as I need to keep the type live to create more icons. How can I get some help with this?? I am using Desktop version.Illustrator 28.5Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1.
