Why don't you help us out and incorporate logic inside of Lightroom “auto” to disable vibrance and saturation adjustment on profiles other than your native profiles like Adobe Color and Adobe Standard.  It was designed to work only with your color matrices.

I just reinstalled LRC 15.5  on iMac 27” 2019:sequoia 15.7.9, 64GB RAMI get the permissions problem which is normally resolved by granting full disk access, but this message is followed by several others each specifying the folder to which it cannot write; this despite full disk access being granted. Ive tried restarting as well. I don't dare use it in case the back ups might be corrupted. It DOES open though.Ive not had tis many messages before-whats going?  also when I try to access preferences I get another error message of the same ilk 

I was asked if I could help a Mac user of LrC resolve a problem, but being a Windows user, I have been unable to help.Whenever they run LrC inDevelop, this cache location rapidly consumes their hard drive storage:/Users/[username]/Library/Caches/com.adobe.LightroomClassicCC7/com.apple.e5rt.e5bundlecacheIn the user’s own words: ‘Issue: A cache folder grows continuously while Lightroom Classic is open in the Develop module, eventually consuming almost the entire SSD. The problem has been so bad for months, this user is about to ditch LrC forever. 

Dear Adobe Team, despite having followed some recent tipps (like deleting preferences in the library, deleting cache, changing the performance settings, deactivating modules etc.) my Lightroom Classic V14.4 is working very very slowly in the developer module: going to the next image is lacking performance and is delayed, copying the image settings to the clipboard is delayed 2-3 seconds... All this happened directly after updating from the previous version befor 14.4.My hardware was not changed in between, catalog was/is the same etc. Working on a Mac Studio M1 with 64GB Ram OS Sequioa 15.5, just one display.LR classic 14.4 It would be super nice if there would be a more helpful tipp or update to get back to the previous performance. Best regards Jan

Mac version: macOS Monterey 12.7.6Lightroom CC Classic: 13.5.1 I aware a 13.4GB "Mobile Downloads.lrdata" when I move cc classic to new mac machine  After study what is this file about, I find it related to I sycned iphone in past (should be import iphone in past), seem the file flow is from iphone syn to clould and cc classic download those sync photo from clould to local to create this "Mobile Downloads.lrdata". My question is, is there any way to housekeep "Mobile Downloads.lrdata"I located "iphone" under "Folders" and drag those file to my NAS, the size of "Mobile Downloads.lrdata" remain unchange, should I deal with this problem in clould level?

When selecting multiple photos and applying auto settings (Devleop Settings > Auto Settings), only a small portion of the photos have auto settings applied. This can be anywhre between 50 and 700 photos. There seems to be no logic to how many photos correctly have auto settings applied. It seems to work for more photos when selecting in the Library tab as opposed to selecting in the Develop tab.    Running Windows 10 on Lightroom 13.2. After exporting a gallery on my Mac to an external hard drive. I returned to LC and all my edits and history have been removed from the catalogue. When I launched the catalogue it said there was an issue and to fix.However this has not fixed the issue and all my edits have now gone along with the history. 

Crashes any time i try to add a photo to a Folder 

Crop tool gets wrong mouse marker when changing image in Light Room Classic How to reproduce:1) Mark any image in the time line.2) click the crop tool. The tool on the mouse marker is now a hand, used to change the crop.3) click any other image in the time line.Expected result: The marker tool should be a hand, enabling change of crop.Actual result: The mouse marker is now a magnifying glass, making cropping impossible. To get the hand back, you have to choose another tool and then go back to crop tool.

So I just did the most recent update for Lightroom Classic through CC. When I opened it I noticed the AI Denoise option has been replaced. When I selected the denoise option the following errors happened in the pictures attached. Any ideas to fix this?

Hi Guys! I was trying to import some of my photos to LrC, and I found both the “rename files” and “destination” pannels were gonne. I tried basically all of the suggestions from previous posts, from right clicking on the existing pannels, right clicking outside of them, and even resetting my preferences, still nothing. What can I do to fix this? Screenshot of my screen above to showcase the problem. Thanks![EDIT] Literally as soon as I made the post I figured out what was wrong. I had to change the setting from ADD to MOVE on the middle. For reference to anyone having the same issue 

In the detail panel LR Classic the default sharpening for my camera is set to 40. However the eye symbol (which indicates that the process has been applied??) is greyed out until I make a change to the amount of sharpening. Then the eye illuminates. Which makes me think the original 40 is not actually applied. Is this correct?Thanks for any advice as this has been puzzling me for years!

I needed to reprint (due to a text correction) a book designed in the Lightroom Book module and already printed successfully by Blurb (in jan. 2015).Unfortunately, I now get an error message related to text and police issue (see screen shot).I checked all texts in the book and only one police is used, Myriad Pro.How can I identify what’s wrong ?Now, I work with Lightroom v15.5 on a PC Windows 11 (up-to-date).Thanks for your helpBest regards, 

I want to uninstall my Lightroom on my desktop and install Lightroom Classic on my desktop under my current Lightroom Subscription

I was enjoying myself until two days ago when I upgraded LR Classic to 15.4.1 (which created a new catalogue). Since then it has been a world of pain.It works fine for a little while. After some time, I realise that none of the titles, captions and keywords I’ve been entering for 15 minutes is being registered. Seems fine while I’m typing them, keyword suggestions would come up, and no warning when I press Enter. But when I return to them, they are all blank. LR frequently freezes, requiring me to shut the program every half an hour or so. Shutting the program takes many minutes (spinning rainbow wheel). Often after shutting the program, I cannot open it again (icon bounces in the Dock for a bit, then nothing happens, not even a start screen). I need to restart my computer.Any suggested fixes? Or should I downgrade to the previous version of LR Classic (if that is even possible)?  My specs are:Lightroom Classic 15.4.1 MacBook Pro with M1  OS = Tahoe 26.5.2 16 GM memory 880 GB of disk s

An additional problem is that when I open an window within Lightroom, for example, the preferences window, Windows goes bezerk. The screen keeps flashing showing all the apps that are open and the only way that I can stop this from happening is to open Task Manager and quit Lightroom. Pressing ESC or the CTRL, ALT keys altenatively, eventually (3 minutes after the event) works.  Why is this happening? How can I stop this madness? Thank you so much! Jaime   

Records of image’s design in some folders are lost after update .For example, I'm opening some folder from 2022, that included in past designed photos and I don’t see any designed of them.

Lightroom Classic 15.4.1 on Windows 11 desktop PC with HDR display enabled. In Develop mode, DNG image is adjusted using AI Sky Mask to adjust hue of sky. Develop renders correctly and the exported image renders correctly. However Library Loupe and Library Full Screen regenerate a preview with a green fringe or halo in the sky along the sky/land boundary. When switching to Library you can observe Library displaying the previous preview, then the correct Develop render, then replacing it with the incorrect regenerated preview. Reproducible on a fresh HDR merge and on separate DNG files. The bug appears to be related to the setting on the exposure slider in masking, appearing with higher exposures and disappearing with lower exposures.

Hi y’all! Having issues with generative AI (Clone stamping, denoise, and masking) across the board and have been having issues for the last week+. Whenever I add an edit, it doesn’t necessarily “stick” in that it’ll read with an error message and requires refreshing. I’ve resigned on getting the clone stamping tool to work and will just do what I need to do to get a gallery out in Photoshop, but I have a set of images that need the denoise tool and some custom masks. I’ve re-rendered multiple times and exported but the images will not export with the masks. Feeling incredibly frustrated and wondering if anyone has found a fix for this? I’ve tried restarting the app, my computer, logging out and in, editing in the proper order of operations, refreshing/updating the masks, and checking for updates. So far, nothing has worked. Has anyone experienced this and was able to fix? Additional details: Currently running on LRC 15.4.1 and do not have any additional available updates. Is it possibl

I have Lightroom classic 15.4.1 .  I used the find duplicates application to create stacks of  duplicate photos.  The stacks of duplicate photos were displayed.   I then selected the option to remove duplicate photos from the hard drive.   Now it would appear that the "duplicate application" has become unresponsive.  "No duplicates found " is shown on the main Lightroom screen. In addition the photo catalogue is no longer connected to Lightroom.  The thumbnail of the Picture file has a small black/grey exclamation mark by it.    My photos are still all on the computer’s hard drive.     HELP !   How to I return Lightroom to its usual state and reconnect it to the photo catalogue?

Lightroom Classic on a iMac 27" Intel running VERY slow

The default location for Lightroom Classic catalogs is the user's Pictures/Lightroom folder. Modern operating systems and users frequently sync the Pictures and Documents directories automatically using services like iCloud Drive and Dropbox.When Lightroom is open, these services constantly try to sync the .lrcat and .lrcat-data files in the background while they are actively being written to. This causes frequent write-conflcts, locked databases, and critical catalog corruption.Please update Lightroom Classic to default to a local, non-synced directory (such as a dedicated folder directly in the User Home directory) to protect user data from automated cloud-syncing mechanisms.I have my .lrcat and .lrcat-data files in Pictures and I was about to update to the new Apple File Provider for Dropbox and upon researching it I found Apple will no longer also Pictures to be backed up by Dropbox. I had a double backup, one to iCloud and one to Dropbox.  I didn’t realize it would be backing up c

Our mother (a great photographer documenting the lives of her 9 children / grandkids from 1948 to 2010) has left us over 30,000 negs, slides that are now all scanned.  About half are scanned/edited/curated by her, the rest we need to do the work.  We now have over 200 descendants we want to share this with most use iPhones. some iPad. / Mac and some other smart phones/tablets.  Looking for a great photo editing / organization and sharing solution to do this.   Is Lightroom good at this?Is it decent at batch tagging people (up to about 50 different people across the 30,000)?There is no metadata on vast majority but our mom was diligent in identifying each roll with year, month and event type / location when availableWhat happens if we share html links for finished albums with the 200+ direct family descent? Thanks for any insight you may have.   Frederic
