I'm using Lightroom Classic version 15.0.1 on a MacBook Pro, Sequoia 15.7.1.I understand that you may get an icon showing that folders have missing subfolders in them. My main folder, Pictures, shows the icon. I have gone through every folder & subfolders within that parent folder, and none of them have the icon.I have no idea how to get rid of that icon without starting a new catalog and reimporting all my images (26K+).Is this a bug as was suggested by a Lightroom Classic guru, or am I missing something?Thanks! 

Running LrC 15.01 on Mac mini M4 Pro with 64GB of memory and Tahoe 26.1. Catalog is on the main drive with over 300GB free. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling LrC. I also tried factory reseting the preferences on LrC.Certain things are not responsive. The most recent example is exporting. I selected 10 photos to export and hit the export button. It took over a minute for the export dialog to come up. I selected the options I needed (nothing exotic and nothing that has not worked quickly before) and it has been several minutes already and there is no sign of the export happening. Another example is marking a photo as rejected. I hit the X and it says the photo is rejected but it is not marked with an X nor grayed out in the grid view until minutes later.I observe that LrC is often running at around 100% in the background regardless of whether I am doing anything or not. I left it overnight and it was still doing 102% CPU usage in the morning. I have paused sync, AI culli

I recently had the external hard drive containing all of my images fail. Today the 4 TB WD SSD from Backblaze arrived. My Macbook Pro shows this new drive in Finder but LrC is not seeing it. I've used multiple SSDs in the past as I travel quite a bit and never had a problem with it recognizing any of the Samsung T7s that I use. I am using LrC version 15.0.1. Apple M2 Pro  Sonoma 14.6.1. 

Problem: If I made a mistake in a face assignment to a named person, I cannot fix it. Steps to reproduce: Double-click the face of any named person to open up the collection of faces assigned to that person ("Confirmed" panel). Right-click any face - no menu available. This means that if I made a mistake in the assignment, I cannot fix it. I'm pretty sure that this worked before the latest LRC update.Expected result: Go to the People panel, right-click on any of the named people and you'll get a menu including the option to "Move to unnamed people".Version of the app: 13.2Platform and OS version: Windows 11 Pro - 23H2Thanks, Adriaan Sachtler

Hola, En Lihgtroom 15, cuando se importa un preset despues no sale en la lista de la izquierda. y si se crea uno, no aparece en las demás carpetas. Aunque esta instalado y no se le puede llamar. Es decir que creas un peset y no lo puedes usar en otras carpetas o catálogos. El preset solo lo puedes usar en una carpeta.

Dear Adobe team,I recently upgraded to a high-end workstation running Windows 11 (Business Edition, fully updated) with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB, and noticed that Lightroom Classic 14.4 (build 202506051112) does not recognize or enable GPU acceleration.The app displays the message “GPU not supported”, and disables all GPU-related enhancements, even though:The GPU is fully recognized by OpenGL (GL_RENDERER: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti / OpenGL 4.6.0 NVIDIA 576.80).Photoshop CC 2025 detects and uses this GPU with no issue.The driver is up to date (version 576.80).I have tested multiple settings (auto / custom GPU selection, performance modes).This seems to be a listing issue, i.e. the RTX 5070 Ti is not yet whitelisted as a supported GPU in Lightroom Classic, despite offering full OpenGL and GPU compute support.Please consider adding official support for the NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti in an upcoming update of Lightroom Classic.Let me know if you need logs or diagnostic reports (config.l

As the title says, 2 day old proart px13 laptop, updated all drivers on my asus, downloaded nividia app and installed the studio driver for rtx 4070. When in develop mode the image seems to jump at the bottom of the screen up and down when editing, masking.  Tried turning HAGS off.Optimised lightroom in properties to enhabced performance.Forced Lightroom classic to use rtx 4070 in graphics settings on windows.Turned GPU off in edit > preferences on lightroom classic and no image jumping.Turned GPU auto and custom and set to GPU for image processing only, set cache to 50 gig also, still not working. Screen resolution 60hz and SRGB profile selected in windows.Optimised lightroom classic in nividia app. Reset lightroom classic cache. I have ran out of ideas and now with hags off it is running slower and still jumping.  Any advice or fixes would be greatly appreciated. 

Hello and thank you in advance.I'm getting ready to move my Lightroom Classic catalog and images to a new computer. Several years ago, My hard drive failed and, long story short, at the time I did not have time maching setup. I did have an online backup and also had the repair shop try to extract as much data from the drive as they could. The problem is that all the folders got messed up due to the issues, and, my negligence and general ingnorance of how folders worked within lightroom. I finally just finished reconnecting the photos that were "missing" in Lightroom, but the problem is the photos are scattered around in various places on the computer. I want to be able to clean this subfolder mess up and organize it the way it should be before I export to new computer.  Any guidance of the best way forward would be appreciated. I used lrc with no problem till 10 days ago. Then I  renewed the subscribtion and now lrc did not work. I tried to unistall and reinstal the app but the result is the same: it doesn't start. When I try to open the app, it appears for a while in task manager but then it is suspended and it didn't start. What does it means? It seems that windows reject it. On the other side Photoshop (PS) is ok, it works as aslways with no problem. I tried to install also lr with the same results. How can I solve then problem?

On some photos in the library module an exclamation mark appears and they do not embed the changes made in the developer module. Then one toggles with the Developer module and goes back to library and the images loads the changes made in develope module (but the exclamation marks remains).

Where do you go to hire someone to help you straighten out and figure out your folders?

Alright, funky error when syncing edits:  I'm working with a small set of masks in my current edit. one masking the background, one masking the object, one for eyes and sometime one for skin. When syncing edit, LR tells me to update AI info, whe I do, it takes 10 seconds telling me it's 5 seconds, nothing changes. Still says that AI data needs to be updated.  Masking for eyes and face gets adapted to the new picture,at least in 3 of 5 cases.  Masks for object and background will stay empty, I need to update it by hand in every single picture. Anything like that ever happened to anyone?  Currently using Lightroom classis 15.0.1 on macOS 15.6.1, mainly working with canon cr3 files.

This happens when I make an edit with a shortcut within the first second or so of navigating to an image in the develop module. It's cramping my workflow badly. iMac M1, 16GB, library on SSD, OSX Tahoe 26.1, LR 15.0.1 (Been happening for a few versions now.) Thanks!

When I filter my photos by keyword, Lightroom randomly changes the keywords of other photos. For example, I've decided I want to look at all my photos of sparrows. While I am actively going through my sparrows, a couple of other photos that are definitely not sparrows will suddenly appear. At first, I thought I had mislabeled something but it keeps happening and it will happen right before my eyes. A few herons (for example) will suddenly appear with their keywords changed. I change them back to what they were and a new couple of photos appear with changed keywords. Sometimes it changes one keyword for the photos that appear, but sometimes it changes multiples simultaneously. Anyone else have this issue?

I’m running into a really frustrating issue in Lightroom Classic.Whenever I make adjustments to a photo and then continue editing other images, the edits I made to that first photo seem to disappear. I then have to click the yellow warning icon in the top-right corner and reapply the masks and settings almost every single time.What on earth has happened??At this point I’m exporting every photo immediately after editing it, just to avoid losing my work — otherwise I’m doing everything twice. It’s incredibly frustrating!(I’ve installed the latest Lightroom Classic update.)

Just updated catalog for 15.0.  Now, many images will not load ("loading"....).  Looking into it, these images were edited in the earlier version.  They are .psd files.  Lightroom will not open them, but I can open and edit in Photoshop.  Also, Lightroom states that many files are missing (even though they are on the HD).   I tried Sync, but the only files brought back in were "rejected" from the library.   Next, some photos are simply gone.  There were images I spent more time on with edits in and out of Lightroom.  Luckily, they were on a separate backup.  However, this was one folder that a client from many months ago wanted more copies.  My Lightroom database has tens of thousands images.  I hate to think this issue would extend throughout my library.  I'm not saying Lightroom deleted images, but I never purposely delete images, especially ones I spend time on.  

Hello, I am using the latest LR Classic version, 15.0.1. It is running on Windows 25H2, the latest version. I have 64 gb of ram, tons of storage capacity, a high end Intel processor and a calibrated moinitor. Two days ago I printed a panorama on Epson Exhibition Canavas Gloss roll paper using an Epson Surecolor P900 printer. I want 3 copies because I am giving them as gifts. I decided the last print, the 3rd of the 3 copies, was too saturated so today I made edits in the Develop module to lessen the saturation and watched it get lightened to my liking. However, when I started printing it, it was coming out much more saturated than the previous print!  I had absolutely not made any changes in my printer driver even though it looks like I selected Managed by Printer, which I did not. da un mese circa uso lightroom classic sul mio mac, da due giorni non importa foto nel catalogo, si inchioda e non mi fa spegnere il mac, ho provato a disistallarlo e reistallarlo ma nulla, foto importate zero, 

I am receiving an error message in Lightroom Classic stating that some photo files are unsupported or corrupted since the December 2025 update. When I reboot, the message goes away and appears for different photos.  Everything was fine before the update.  Has anyone experienced this problem and did you roll back to a previous Classic version?

Ever since Light Room Classic updated with the latest version 15.0.1 whenever I open it, it is continually scanning for metadata updates. What previously only took several minutes now doesn't seem to ever stop. 

Dear all I'm trying to find the best file size for a RAW send to PS for modification. The testing protocol is simple. From LrC I edit in PS with several options (PSD, TIFF with no compression, TIFF With ZIP compression, ). In PS I do the same modification (Split frequency, add a background)  And at the end, before saving, PS is telling me that the document size is 753.7Mo far all options selected in LrC before (this is normal). Is is just to check that the result is consistent in all tests 1) From LrC PSD ,16 Bits, Prophoto, resolution 240. PSD File size at the end in LrC 642.64MB 2) From LrC TIFF, 16 Bits, Prophoto, resolution 240, no compression. I most often am using Collections to organ ize the photos that I want to edit for a product such as a printed book.   When I use Topaz Photo AI on an image in the Collection, I can't find the edited version in the Collection.  Is there a way to make this happen?Thanks much

I am trying to create LrC Export templates for 100+ members of a camera club. I have a script that generates xxx.lrtemplate files. The templates load and work but work awkwardly for general distribution. Please point me at documentation for Lr template files. Thanks,Steve
