Possuo assinatura no Lightroom que estava no meu iPhone, porém no cartão do meu marido. Só vence ano que vem. Mudei o cartão do meu marido para meu cartão. Como já havia cobrado, do cartão do meu marido, não era para cobrar do meu cartão. Cobrou assinatura anual novamente, no Valor R$ 82,90. 

using X, and/or right-click > Set flag > Reject is mostly not working, primarily on raw files. I updated the Lightroom app on my Android device to the latest version, and now all my imported photos, edits, and presets are gone. Nothing is in the "Deleted" folder, and any new photos I import disappear when I close and reopen the app, as if it's resetting itself. I'm very worried about losing my work. I had been using a canon EOS r and perfected my editing. I upgraded to Canon EOS R6 Mark ii in the beginning of the year. Well now none of my editing matches and the presents don’t work. They colors and everything. Is there a way to fix this? I don’t want to start over.

Trying to move cache to external hardrive.I Click on Mactinosh HD (cache on: Macintosh HD) and it opens a folder Lightroom Library.lrlibrary with other folders in it; the top folder with a long series of letters and numbers is hightlighted. I click on my Lacie External on the side menu. I thought at some point there would be a "Move Cache" or "create new cache" prompt but no. So I manualy coppied the folder Lightroom Library.lrlibrary, with all the folders in it,  over to my LaCie external. Thinking I could then just click on the folder with the long series of letters and numbers. But there is no "select" or "open" option, so it just stays on "Macintosh HD"What do I do? I'm sure it must be easy. 1) either increase my cache size from 5GB or 2) move cache to external (much more free space). Step by step guide would be great. (by the way, for After Effect I was able to change or set up the cache for the Lacie E

I've just downloaded Lightroom onto a new Windows 11 laptop and while the program works mostly fine, there is no histogram showing inside the 'Curve' box. I've encountered a similar issue a few times in the past, but the moment I make any change to the curve, the histogram appears behind it. That's not the case now - I've closed the program, shut down and restarted the computer but it still isn't showing. It's an important editing tool so wondering how I can restore it, or whether this is a bug related to Windows 11. I'm, using Version 8.5.1

I can't update my Lightroom mobile app. Each time I want to use it it tells me to update. When I try to do so, it says that there is something wrong. I have to delete the app and reinstall it each time to use it 30min before it tells me to update once again.    

It's been a while since I used Lr (like a year, and prior to that, many years), and when I opened LrC, there were a number of pop-ups and prompts that I can't remember what exactly they were or what order they were in, but I know there was one about a corrupt catalog, and a pop-up asking if I wanted to sync to the current catalog or another catalog, and I can't remember which one I selected because I was confused on what either of them were and what would happen if I selected one or the other. My current lrc catalog/library is completely empty, but I still have my thousands of photos in my lr cloud. I have new photos that I just took yesterday that I want to add to lrc and eventually sync to the cloud.  1) Do I have to sync my existing photos from the cloud to lrc and therefore downloading them to my computer, before importing new photos into my currently empty lrc if I want to sync the new photos to my cloud where all my other photos are?2) Will syncing from an almost empty

I have a Samsung S23 Ultra on T-Mobile with OneUI v8.0, Android version 16. My Adobe Lightroom is updated to the latest version. I'm trying to edit photos I took on my Sony A6400 with my Tamron 30-.I typically browse to the file in the Samsung files app, and then open Lightroom from there. When I do this, the file will load, but I'm unable to make any changes and the app soon freezes up and crashes, with an error message, "Lightroom closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error."I've been able to browse to the file in the Lightroom app and open it to start making changes, but then the lens profile doesn't populate and I can't manually add it. If I copy the file to my phone's internal storage and then open it from there, it'll show, but this isn't practical, as I have limited space on my phone and don't want to have to copy each individual file.  I tried restarting the phone, checking for updates, and uninstalling an

Hi dear community. It's since a couple of days that I cannot share any photo from Lr mobile to my instagram feed. I get back only a message "unable to upload photo".My instagram feed works properly if I upload photos from my phone and my Lr mobile seems properly updated.Anyone can help me, please?Thanks. How do I turn these stupid windows from all of a sudden coming up all the time in LR mobile? I mean even if I wanted it, why would I want it EVERY time I wanted to create a mask?  

Hi, since a few days/weeks I have an issue with Lightroom Mobile. I've edited photo on laptop, then went to Lightroom Mobile, copied edit settings and pasted to another photo and it failed during updating AI masks. Previously it worked perfectly and I do not know what's the problem. I tried to uninstall the app, restart my phone but it didn't help. Do you have any ideas how to solve it? 

Goes to 100% then, "service not responding". Anyone else having this issue?

Hola, desde la ultima actualizacion LR va mas lento al cargar las fotos en pntalla de revelado, que pena con lo buen que funcionaba hace 2 semanas, lo vais a solucionar?

LRCC - cannot export any photos, after clicking destination and export, it perminantly gets stuck on 'Preparing 0/[x]', and never progresses.  I've alt-shift opened to reset preferences, i've turned off GPU acceleration, i've set the album as 'offline accessible', I can't seem to find any solution. Same result when trying to export as a JPG, PNG, or when trying different harddrives, etc. I've restarted the computer, checked for new updates or drivers, nothing is helping.  Not sure what to do, thanks! 

Hei,Ich habe eine kurze Frage. Ich wohne in Norwegen und benutze Adobe Photshop, Lightroom usw. nun wollte ich frage ob eines meiner Kinder mit seinem Telefon auch das Lightroom Mobil von meinem Adobe Konto benutzen kann. Man bezahlt ja immerhin reichlich dafuer. Ein schønes Wochenende.

I've already run through a lot of troubleshooting steps with a customer service agent, who unfortunately in the end was unable to help me.   Basically, my Lightroom CC on my primary user profile is stuck. I can't open images to edit (they won't download fully from the cloud) I can't upload new images, I can't delete old images, I can't organize files.   I've tried to "reset" my Lightroom by deleting the .mcat file and the entire .lrlibrary file, neither of which help. When I reopen Lightroom, it sits at "0 images" indefinitely, never downloading more images. According to the web-based Lightroom app, I have over 80,000 images.   When I open activity monitor, Lightroom is always running at a huge 90%+ of my CPU, and I can't just quit Lightroom normally -- I have to force quit from activity monitor.    After going through support with an agent remote-controlling my laptop (nothing worked), we discovered that Lightroom works completely fine on a new "test" profile

Tudo bem?Estou enfrentando um probleminha com o aplicativo: as fotos que tiro diretamente por ele estão saindo muito escuras.Sempre fotografei à noite, principalmente na academia, e as imagens saíam com ótima qualidade e iluminação. O ambiente continua o mesmo, mas agora as fotos estão com pouca luz e bem diferentes do que costumavam ser.Alguém sabe por que isso pode estar acontecendo e como posso corrigir esse erro? Em anexo subi duas fotos no mesmo ambiente com a mesma luz ambiente e observem, como era antes e como está agora. Agradeço desde já pela ajuda!

Hi, having issues with storage, syncing and Lighroom.   I had a notification in Lightroom that my Creative Cloud storage was full so I deleted half my Lightroom photos using the app. I then went onto lightroom.adobe.com to make sure they'd deleted there too. I also checked assets.adobe.com, which is empty. However, I'm still getting the notification that it's full whenever I use Lightroom. It won't sync because of this.    Do I just need to wait for it to sort itself out or is there anything I can do?   Thanks.   {Title edited by Moderator}

Hallo, seit ein paar Tagen ist es mir nicht mehe mögichm etwas zu maskieren. Bereits wenn ich nur das Tool öffne, wird der Bildschirm schwarz und lightroom arbeitet nicht mehr. Dann stürzt es meist komplett ab. mein Laptop ist zwei wochen alt und verfügt über 32gb ram. Daran sollte es NCHT liegen. Ich habe LR bereits deinstalliert und neu installiert, aber das Problem ist unverändert. Ich bin ratlos und benötige das Tool zum Arbeiten dringend...

Atualizei meu Ligthroom para a versão 8.5.1 e a função exportar  não estão funcionando corretamente.
