Der Betreff beschreibt es eigentlich schon ganz gut: Nachdem ich meinen LC-Katalog (Version 15.0) zu Lightroom (Version 9.0) migriert habe, wurde mir zuerst eine knappe Fehlermeldung ausgegeben, dass von 41.000 Fotos nur 40.000 migriert wurden. Bei näherer Betrachtung fiel mir auf, dass offenbar alle Fotos, die bearbeitet sind, nun fehlen.  Was ist passiert, und woran kann das liegen?

Is everybody else's Lightroom constantly lagging, then freezing, and altogether crashing??? It is SO ANNOYING that his keeps happening. It's making my work take way longer than it needs to. My app is up to date and my computer is only a year old. I have other photographer friends who have said this is happening to them as well.

Lorsque j'applique des filtres dans Lightroom, ceux-ci n'affiche pas et l'image est complètement bugé? J'ai une version à jour et j'ai redémarré 2 fois? Quelqu'un a une idée de la provence de ce bug?

Hi, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic and Photosop are working extremely slowly in my Microsoft computer windows 11.  On saturday 8th of november I wasn't able to edit photo's in Photoshop because PD didn't open at all, not from Lightroom or Lightroom Classic.   Today sunday 9th of november Lghtroom is still working extremely slowly. These problems occurs all the time so I have started to wonder that it's not worth to pay for these because they are not working as they should.   I would like to have a answer why they are working so slowly. Thank you.   Kind regards Iris

Hi! My Mac OS crashed and i had to reinstall everything. Now to my question: Prior to the crash I used Lightrromroom classic but after reinstalling im not more able to use classic since my computer is to old. Im after the crash using monterrey and Lightroom 6.5. The cloud is, according to adobe ,using 19gb of 20 but when i look in lightroom i have no files in the cloud. please help me...... im going crazy

Hello I'm wondering what type of file I should be shooting in with my Z8.  I shot in NEF images but when i go to detail/denoise and it processes the photo, there is then a caution sign next to 'raw details' and 'super resolution.' Raw details is checked and grayed out and 'super resolution' is grayed out but not checked.I'm wondering if I shot in the wrong or incompatible format? Thanks so much! 

With Lightroom 9 on Windows 11.I've noticed that if I click on the eye icon to hide all of the Color edits, it does not hide the Color Grading edits.Is this a bug?  it's unexpected behaviour for me.

when uploading a photo in Lightroom I am getting a message that the upload is using outdated AI settings.  What is this about??  How to fix?

Hi.  I need to remove a person from the background of my photo and Lightroom's Remove and generative ai feature (on a computer) cannot do it properly but google photos (on a phone) can( the first time-while sloppily circling the person.)  This has to be a bug because there is no way something I pay over $100 a year can't do something that Google Photos can do for free easily. (Seriously, look at the attachments)I am attaching the orginal photo, LRs attempt at removing the person, LR 12TH Regenerative AI attempt, and google photos FIRST attempt.

I have LrC and also LR (cloud).  If I sync a directory to the cloud, it uploads a smart preview.  If I go into LR and work on the smart preview, will the resolution be good enough to edit with?  I'm used to using LrC on my big desktop, but would like to use my laptop so I'm not isolated from the family as much. I've been struggling to try and find a reliable way to upload RAW to the cloud and work on that in LR, but I just can't get a reliable way to do it, and still sync back to LrC.   It's been a struggle for me to try and wrap my head around this. My last attempt, I tried sync, so smart previews are in the cloud.  I then went into LR, loaded RAW from local to cloud.  I then ended up with LR showing original in both places (local and cloud), but when I go back to LrC, I see that the originals I uploaded in LR show up as virtual copies, but not stacked with the original.  Don't quite know what to do with that, or if that will even be w

I am having a problem with both Lightroom Classic and Lightroom CC. When I use the brush tool to subtract part of a mask Lightroom stalls. The brush itself will continue to subtract, but nothing else works. I cannot move on from the brush to another tool, close the mask, or do anything else. The app freezes. This does not occur when I use the brush to create a mask, only when subtracting. The apps will not even shut down. I need to force quit. Macbook Pro, M4 chip, 48GB RAM. MacOS 26.0.1 Tahoe.Lightroom Classic 15.0Lightroom CC 9.0Is anybody else experiencing the same issue?

I'm gettting a weird issue where lightroom CC is manually overriding my pc's audio to 67% while lightroom is my active window. If I switch to another window like file explorer or chrome, spotify, etc the volume goes back down to what I had it set to. This happens with speakers and bluetooth headset.I'm in Windows 10 Adobe Photoshop Lightroom version 4.1 20201120-1311-17d302b Build

Any thoughts on what works best to store and edit photo's when travelling, a tablet running Android or a Microsoft Surface Pro 11? I am using Lightroom on my (android) cell phone, and know it works OK. I also use Lightroom on a Windows laptop, and that (of course) works OK too. Only, I consider my laptop to bulky. I am curious what your experiences are with either device. 

Hello, since the last update when i download images onto my i pad they are very pixelated. It is making editing almost nearly impossible. 

Lightroom Creative Cloud - Desktop Windows app - Version 9.0   The Lightroom App fails to upload new photo's after importing them or new adjustments to the cloud. Photos imported through the web app or mobile app do download on desktop, but the other way around does not work since October.    I tried: - Restart app and computer - Deleting the syncing photos and import them again.  - Forcing a sync by making a small adjustment to an already synced photo without importing other pictures - Deleting the lightroom app and re-installing it   Could you provide a solution for this issue?

When I use Super Resolution (under detail ) On Lightroom Creative Cloud (CC) It says applying super resolution give me the percentage and then once it done I get an error with no changes made to my photo. I understand there is no more enhance  feature with the new LRCC but why am I getting this error? I have Adobe Ligthroom Version 8.5.1 

Can anyone tell me how permanently keep crop control unlocked in lightroom mobile . I never need it to be locked Thanks 

I just got a new laptop with the latest Intel Ultra 9 285 processor, an NVIDIA 5070 GPU, and 64 GB of RAM — but Lightroom (the standard CC version, not Classic) runs incredibly slow. The web version actually performs faster. Is the Adobe team just not capable of optimizing their software for Windows?

Hi! I have been having an issue since the last update where when I copy a mask and then attempt to paste it 5+ times, the entire app will freeze and I will have to restart it to be able to click anything. This is frustrating as I just bought a really intense Macbook to make sure my editing (M4 Pro 48 GB memory) was quick and seamless. Crazy that what is seemingly a bug is getting in my way. Hey guys! So I use Lightroom pretty consistently on different devices like my phone, tablet, and home computer, have always been able to edit on one device and then continue on a different one. But for some reason, my editing laptop (used for video editing on Premiere Pro) cannot show any of my photos that I've imported, nor show any of the photos I have edited in the past. Here is a screenshot of what shows up when I first load up Lightroom. Anything could help! Side Note: I've updated to the latest version of Lightroom, as well as updated my laptop's graphics card, restarted my laptop, and updated my laptop still. Nothing has worked.

In Lightroom CC, I keep being prompted that I'm almost out of storage space.  To fix this, I want to sort my library by file size so I can delete the largest files.  Can anyone help me figure out how to sort my library by file size?   Thanks.

Hace unos meses (Mayo 2025) instalé y comence a trabajar con lightroom con unicamente 16gb de RAM, no había problema, revelaba mas de 150 cada 3 días y la memoria como máximo usaba 12gb de RAM y un ssd de 256, tenía en aquel entonces windows 10.   Hoy 06 de noviembre 2025, ya con windows 11, actualicé mi hardware con 64gb de RAM y un ssd nvme de 2tb, revelo 200 fotos cada mes y veo que el lightroom usa un total de 58gb!!! está actualizado a su ultima version, ya reinstalé y realicé desinstalaciones limpias, hice ajustes de rendimiento y caché, pero el problema continua, en cada foto no utilizo mas que 2 máscaras por mucho, y eliminacion de ruido con IA lo quité por recomendaciones pero aun así el problema persiste.   He leido que es un fallo en las pc con windows, ya que tambien tengo una mac M1 con 8gb de ram y ese problema no existe.   Si alguien conoce alguna solucion agradeceria mucho su ayuda.

Hi - hoping someone can help When I try to denoise a photo in lightroom it starts the process but will stop and close the photo I am working on. When i reopen the photo no denoise has taken to the photo. Does anyone know why this might be and how I fix it? Thanks in advance

I downloaded the latest lightroom which is the 9.0, and for some reason it cant connect to my internet. I tried connecting to a different internet and its the same. The search bar says its unavailable and the buttons are grayed out. I cant add photos and search, basically I cant use the lightroom. 

Intento exportar un album entero y me pregunta si deseo actualizar las configuraciones, tildo que sí y ahí queda. He reiniciado el programa, la pc y nada. Es muy engorroso porque lo uso para trabajar y genera grandes demoras. Otro problema es que pego una configuración, y luego de pegar vuelve al archivo raw, asi que tengo que deshacer la acción y repetir el pegado y quita mucho tiempo. Por favor solucion urgente a estos problemas.
