Hi there,I am using Photoshop Elements 2020.I took pictures wirh my Canaon 80D and my files have the format 6000 x 4000, i have tried to download them all from the SD card in Elements but when i open the files in Elements they are showed in a square format 4000 x 4000. Anybody there who kows how i can rectify this? If i put the card back in the camera i see the complete original version (6000 x 4000) but now also with the kader of 4000 x 4000. Kind regards Peter 

Windows 10 ProPhotoshop Elements 14 I have been using Photoshop Elements 14 for some time. I was using it earlier today.  Now when I open it, it immediately freezes. It opens at the Expert level but all actions are blocked. I've tried killing all processes associated with the program. I've tried restarting my computer.  I've started on a project and need to finish it with Photoshop Elements. Can anyone suggest other things to try? Thank you

I'm a newbie.  Ive been using Elements 2 for years.  I finally join the rest of the world and now I'm on Elements 2022. (Its a learning experience, but cool)  Elements 2 allowed for file preview with out opening the file. Can Elements 2022 do the same?  If so, how?

I have captions on my photographs in Organizer Elements but when I create a slideshow they are ignored.  If I click on "Add captions", I get an empty text box for each picture but the captions I've already entered are ignored. Is there a way of getting the captions I've already entered to be used?

Recently I asked Elements 22 to import all my photos (ranging back to 1946 in my MS Photo directory). Now, my MS Photo directory is empty... I have no photos there at all.When Elements imports, does it remove the file from other directories? I can't find any such deletions in my Recyling Bin.How do I reclaim my Elements organizer photos back to my hard drive (or OneDrive)?

Les seules versions 19 de Photoshop que je possède sont Photoshop Organiser, Elements et Premiere Elements. Kerish Doctor recommande de faire une mise à jour de mon logiciel, mais la commande Mise à jour dans chacun des cas sous le menu Aide est grisée. Est-ce que ça vous dit quelque chose? Merci!

Just installed elements 2022. When selecting Organiser screen says : no media available. Please clear applied filter etc. Don't understand and cannot find any sort of filter.  

Elementsd 2021:  I used the workaround found here, manually installed Camera Raw 14.3.0.1072.  Now, the RAW files from my Z9 will install into the organizer, HOWEVER:  the card reader is not recognized in the photo downloader, I must import using "from files and folders" - unacceptable, as the import parameters in the photo downloader are missing (author, copyright, etc.) AND the imported files are not placed in the destination folder that has been set in the photo downloader (rather, they continue to exist in the drive that is the camera's memory card).  How do I get the Photo Downloader to recognize the card reader plugged in to my Windows 10 computer??

All my Raw photos I have edited, I usually save as a JPEG file, all my JPEGS are changing themselves to XMP files and I cannot upload to my photography site or send to my clients.  How do I stop this from happening? I have never had this issue until recently.  What happened?  When saving I selected the file type as SAVE AS JPEG, but did not go into my folder as a JPEG.  Why?  Please help. 

Hi there, I just found an interesting tutorial telling how to remove noise caused by high iso settings. But it seems that the tutorial was made for the cc-version.My question using Elements 2022: is it possible to load several (nearly the same) pictures into separate layers and have Elements align them and then compile them to a smart object.Thanks for any advice.Regards, Andy

I take the picture. The exposure is just right, the image looks beautiful in the camera,  but......When I have transferred the images on the memory card to the Photoshop Elements organizer, the exposures are several stops underexposed, Why is this happening and what to do about it?

I saw the posts about the new MAC OS update causing crashes, my situation is different.I have photoselements 12 - and it WORKS it opens, and i can edit - but i cannot SAVE anything. when i go to save it shuts down the application and saves a TINY file (286 bytes) that cannot be opened. I tried to follow the work around and the update instructions but I cannot find the files and update under Help does nothing (not even a window saying i cannot update).  Am i dead in the water?

In last couple of weeks Editor will not open files from Organiser stating that 'This type of file is not reconised'.  I can open the files in Editor directly from 'Finder' though.  I tried several reboots.  Working on mini mac operating on Monterey. Thinking of re-installing Elements 21.  Good idea? or any other ideas appreciated.  ThanksMarcus

Here's my problem, I have a 34" monitor at 1440 by 3440 resolution.At the default setting, the UI is just too small to read.  The main reason that I upgraded to the new version, and the reason I stopped using my old version of Photoshop. The problem is that when I select 200% it cuts the toolbar off on the bottom.I can see just the top of the COLOR tools.Not enough to click and open it.On Automatic, it doesn't appear to be any different from the default.Does anyone know how to access the color tool when you can't click on the tool palette? Is there a key combination or anything like that?Does anyone know of a setting file that can be edited to set a custom resolution size? I've been using Photoshop since version 2.5, if I rent the new version will I find the same issues with UI resolution that I do with Element? I have used all the other programs as well, from PageMaker to InDesign Illustrator in many versions.  Now I'm retired and I'm 83. I want to replace the sky in several of my photos.  I only shoot raw so I am editing PSD files.  Most of the commercially available sky replacement files are jpegs.  What will replacing the sky with a jpeg sky do to my PSD file?  Will it continue to be a PSD file with a jpeg layer or will it become a flat jpeg file?Thanks for your help.

Adobe photoshop elements 2022 bought on 04/30/2022 AND INVALID SERIAL ! I'm getting crazyyy no support at ALL !!!!!! What about customers !! SERIAL NOT WORKLING but transactions process is OK my bank is already telling me the payment will occur !!!!!!!!!! WHAT A GREAT JOB ADOBE !
