Hi, I'm still learning, so I read many community discussions etc prior to posting.  On an iOS ipad I am editing a digital photo I snapped on the same device.  I have been messing around with PS Express, PS mobile app and now I've gotten looped in to Adobe Express trying to work out how to undo this issue I keep encountering.  I selected the three image areas I want to tweak or replace in selective editting.  One section was "Background" which I slightly modified from what was auto-selected.  I inadvertantly created "Object 1" and "Object 2" while trying to refine Subject etc.  No big deal, all areas look great. I start dealing with the side issue (detailed below) and became distracted trying to find a fix (I did not find it).  I decide to return to the photo I was working on, only to find upon reopening the project that the Background, Object 1 and Object 2 are no longer how I had left them.  I assume I failed to save correctly and

Hello after the latest update whenever I go to edit my videos and I wanna add a new video all the video duplicate to that video. Is there any fix for this? I am using IOS

Hello everyone, I'm a new user trying to understand the main difference between Photoshop Express and the full Adobe Photoshop. I recently tried to download Photoshop after finding it on a site (link: https://www.filezhub.com/Download_adobe-photoshop-3217/windows). When I clicked the download button, it redirected me to the Microsoft Store, and the Photoshop Express app started downloading.Now, I'm genuinely confused. Is Photoshop Express the official free, limited version of the full paid Photoshop?I wasn't charged anything on the Microsoft Store during the download. Will there be future charges, or is this app permanently free? I haven't done much editing, just checked out the basic tools.Since I downloaded it from the Microsoft Store, I assumed it might be a lightweight utility tool. Could an expert please explain what I am currently using, and what are the main limitations of Express compared to the full subscription-based Photoshop? Thank you so much for clarif

I've used PS Express on my phone and ipad for few months. After that, the app just stopped working. Every time I opem the app there is a constant loading circle that doesn't go away. Because of that the app is stuck in this loading mode and I can't do anthing else in it. Yes, i tried to reinstall it, log out & log in, I also updated my apple software and reinstall it. It's just forever stuck in loading. Haven't used it for a year as a result. The same issue is both on my iphone and ipad. I gave up.  

Hello,Today I saw I misses 5 lettertypes.I have reinstalled the app on my Apple Ipad, but it dindn't work for me.Do you have suggetions to solve this problem for me? Thank you in advance, Lilian from the Netherlands.   

When I click on face to edit it says no face is found and clearly there is a face in the picture so what should I do?

Is it not possible to change canvas size on an iPhone with either of these apps? The internet is telling me to just use the crop function and drag it larger. Not sure what I'm missing, but it won't let me do it. Having to use my laptop for this is dumb. I got another free app that does it... but would love to use the "robust" app I'm paying for.TIA(Now I'm seeing "iPhone" isn't even one of the topics I can choose... I'm obviously lost)

I have an active sub to adobe photography tools. This sub includes photoshop on my pc & photoshop express on android. I just installed ps express on my phone and signed in successfully. Now, every time I use the app, there's a "get adobe express" popup. How do I make that go away without installing another app I don't want?

Hi there,I’ve had a 1TB Photography Plan for years. Around a year ago, I switched over to a Creative Cloud Pro Plan. For several months after switching, my storage still showed 1TB, but a few months ago it suddenly dropped to 100GB.In my account, I can still see both:Creative Cloud Photography Plan (1TB)Creative Cloud Pro PlanHowever, my available storage now only shows 100GB, and I’m being notified that I’m over my storage limit.Could someone please advise why this has happened, and how I can restore the 1TB storage I previously had?

I have been an Adobe Photoshop customer since 1985. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the decades with this product. It Is extremely annoying, time wasting, and unnecessary every single time. I want to share an image directly from where I have just edited it in adobe Photoshop Express premium for mobile and have to highlight and delete all the self-serving sales, text and advertising that Adobe sticks in there. And I also have to scroll up underneath the thumbnail of the image in the message box because Adobe hides more of its urging for the recipient to try their AI products, hidden under that. If I was using just a free copy of this product, it would be different. But when I am paying for a premium product I don't want Adobe advertising themselves in personal measages I want to send to others using Google messages app in which  I am sharing my images created in Photoshop. When I've had to download Adobe Photoshop Express Premium or other Adobe products from time to time, I am promoted to agree to all of Adobe's terms.  At that point,  Adobe gives you an assurance that "you can change these settings at any time and Preferences," which apparently is not true. In the monile app under Preferences there is zero reference to opt out of the terms you were assured you could; and if you go to your  Adobe account on the Adobe website on desktop, opt-outs are not found there either. This Is an extremely deceptive and predatory practice by Adobe. It should not be something that me as a graphic design professional with more than 50 years experience has to waste their time hunting around trying to find. Adobe has been deliberately deceptive with this for years as they require you to agree to certain terms, tell you you can opt out in preferences, then don't provide the opt-outs.  I wouldnt agree to Adobe's attempts to clutch my information if I kn

Please provide a way to disable the annoying and time wasting pop-up that appears randomly at times whe I save an image I've just edited in Adobe Photoshop Express Premium for Android. If I want to share an image, I will tap on the Share icon. I do not need an Adobe Nanny. Please add way to get rid of this timewaster feom randomly popping up.

I’m extremely disappointed with Adobe. I’ve been a loyal user of Lightroom and Photoshop on iPhone for years, and I was very upset when the original Photoshop app was discontinued, forcing me to switch to PS Express. I tried to adjust, but now, just a little over a year later, PS Express has removed one of my favorite features — the Makeup tab. No more drawing tools, no more teeth whitening, no more lipstick, mascara, or eyeliner.I’m especially frustrated because I renewed my subscription only a few months ago, and now the feature I used the most is gone. Why are there so many sudden changes and removals without warning? It feels unfair to paying customers who rely on these tools.

Hi Adobe I have in many years had a subscription on the full Adobe packed. And I love it... But now, you are beginning to put watermarks on my pictures, if I use the App, and restrictions for filters, for ekstra payments if I want to use them! WHY? When I try to open Photoshop, I can see the cover loading but after that dessapear and nothing came on, I try to do the same with Premiere and Premiere opens normaly, so for my is weirdo.I tried opening the app with alt, ctrl, and shift, but it doesn't work. I downloaded the cleaner tool and erased everything, but it doesn't work. Now, this is my last option to see what I'm doing wrong or what is happening.@Aleke 

 I get a failure message constantly on all the ai functions eveb though I have bought the premium version - I have tried many different prompt versions. Whats wrong?

Frustratingly Useless. As a paying Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber shelling out a lot of money each year to adobe, I expect consistency and functionality across platforms. Instead, I’m forced to use Photoshop Express on Android — a massive downgrade from the now-defunct Adobe Photoshop Mix.This app is embarrassingly limited. No layers, no blending, no way to combine photos — features that are basic, essential, and were previously available. How can Adobe justify charging premium subscription fees when the mobile tools are so crippled?Photoshop Express feels more like a gimmicky photo filter app than a serious editing tool. It’s a slap in the face to loyal subscribers who rely on a functional, cross-device workflow.Bring back Mix or give us a real mobile version of Photoshop. Express in the app means they've taken a shortcut way of putting this app together, missing key essential features in photoshop.

Hi, Every time I edit a photo in Photoshop Express, it automatically saves a copy to the "projects" file. This is entirely unnecessary as the photo is already saved under the main edit file, so it's simply a duplicate I don't need or want.Is there a way to turn this unwanted feature off? It seems like an underhanded way to fill up my storage space so i have to buy more, which is super annoying and bad business. As of now I'm going in and deleting the extra photos but that's a pain as well and I'd rather not have to deal with it since, again, not something I need, want or asked for. 

I would like to know if either Photoshop Express or Lightroom Moble apps have the ability to resize photos (in pixels) ?  I need an app that I can standardize on across iPhone/iPad and Android Phone/Tablet.  If not Adobe any suggestions.  Thank you.

My Photoshop express application has become nearly unusable due to 'low memory' issues like the below.   This occurs especially when using 'Combine Photos' but has also occurred when doing simple edits. I have tried restarting to clear RAM, closing apps, deleting projects, clearing phone memory, and reinstalling the app. Nothing helps. I can hardly use the app in this condition. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

Several of the “Lenses” features do not seem to be working correctly in Adobe Photoshop Express.  I remembered using the lenses in the Photoshop Camera app and was excited to find that they had been moved to the Photoshop Express app but they are either broken or not as exciting as I remembered them in Photoshop camera.  Some of them work but specifically Scenery, Blue Skies, Ambient Skies, Night Shift, Interstellar, and Celestial seem to be either broken or not what they used to be. I have tried the lenses on several different photos and they don;t work.   I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone but this doesn’t seem to work either.  Please help!!
