I use Adobe Premiere ElementsI can create and export, to my computer, a beautiful video.I use the pictures and videos I have taken using my camera's.  I use a GoPro Hero 7 Black and my Samsung 8 Phone.  The details of the created video (after export) are: 1920 * 1080  / Date Rate 16080 kbps / Total bitrate 16277 kbps and the frame rate is 20.60 frames /second  /  The size is 968 MB.   (I take this information from Properties/Details)  When I click Export and Share and then Disc I come up with the following DVD Choices   SD720*480 and theframe rate is 29.97   I chose Disc under type and destination is my DVD Writer on my new HP desktop.   I then choose Burn - end result?  a very very poor quality video with moving grasses on the still photos and grainy shimmering movements on the camera videos. Now - I have also tried to burn this same video using (Roxio, Magix, Photostage and Windows Media Player)

I have a licensing issue. I have 3 hard drives with Elements Premier loaded.  1st, 2nd, and now 3rd.  2nd PC went bad, I got a 3rd PC and reinstalled Elements from a backup.  But wasn't able/didn't remove Elements from the 2nd PC (although I saved the hard drive and installed into the 3rd PC as drive 'E'.  When I run Elements from the 3rd PC, I get a message telling me that I am already running 2 copies and cannot run a third until I delete one.  I would like to keep the copy running on the 1st hard drive (as backup), and get rid of the copy (not running) on the 2nd PC. Any thoughts on this issue - how to get rid of the license on the 2nd hard drive that I will not be using?    

Hallo liebe Community, vor genau einer Woche habe ich mein erstes Video geschnitten mit dem Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 Programm. Alles funktionierte einwandtfrei. Ein paar Tage später habe ich ein neues Projekt angelegt. Der einzige Unterschied war, dass die Videodateien teils aus der GoPro waren und teils vom Handy (keine Ahnung ob das eine Rolle spielt). Sobald ich eines der Videos in die Spur einfüge bekomme ich nun grüne horizontale Linien (s. Bild). Ich dachte vielleicht liegt es an den unterschiedlichen Videodateien, deshalb habe ich anschließend wie beim ersten Video, wo alles fehlerfrei funktioniert hat, nochmal ein neues Projekt angelegt mit einem einzelnen GoPro Video mit der selben Framrate wie vom ersten Video. Leider kommen die grünen Streifen nun immer, egal was ich versuche. Ich lese seit Tagen online nach Fehlerbehebungen, das Problem wurde ähnlich beschrieben bei Premiere Rush, Pro usw. und da war es wohl ein Treiberfehler. Der dort genannte Treiber ist aber nur

I recently created a photo/music video in Premier Elements 2018. I saved all, then exported the video to a flash drive. This was done on 9/14/18. I went to this video today, 11/6/18, and all of the photos are missing, being replaced with a red and black image in each photo, but my jpg names are still there.  The audio portion is still there and works fine, but all photos are no longer showing. I created a video prior to this one back in March of 2018 and again in October 2018, and both of those still have the photos in the creation when I open them up.

I have downloaded a trial version of 2021 adobe premiere elements, and subsequenntly bought it. I was given the 24 bit serial number, but I seem unable to findthe route to register it on the buy systen. I am faced with  the unusable trial version.My expertise is low level. 

I can add audio caption to a picture, when clicking on the loudspeaker icon on the buttom-right of the picture. Hoever, I could not replace that original recording later, although the menu leads to to something reasonable by Edit>Clear, then record after pressing the red button, then click again to stop, then File > Close then save.Only way out is by deleting the audio capture file vi the Windows file manager, then recording a fresh caption.Any experiance on this?

I recently plugged my SD card into a reader into my laptops USB port, like I have many times before. I tried to upload videos from my card to Premiere Elements. All of the files were unable to open on either the software or my laptop there afterwards. After plugging my SD back into another laptop as well as the one I was using, the SD card was unreadable and needed to be formatted. Files still readable on my DSLR camera. After decided to format the card on my laptop, format was unsuccessful and now card is unable to read on my DSLR. Why did this happen? How can I prevent this from happening?

Need to Invert Imported VideoI am new to Premiere Elements and am struggling trying to learn how to Invert the imported video media file.The video is from a GoPro Camera and is upside down because of the camera orientation during recording.Need to invert video so that it appears right side up.Thanks for any help,     KY2IAWDID

I have purchased a new PC, and have installed my old hard drive from my previous PC as drive 'E'.  I mistakenly assumed that I would be able to execute my adobe elements 15 app from the 'E' drive.   But I was wrong.  I presume that I need to transfer the app from the 'E' drive to the 'C' drive.  (I no longer have the old PC). My questions & concerns:1) How can I remove the app from 'E' and install to 'C'.  The app will not run on 'E', so i cannot use any of the Adobe remove/reinstall options.  2) I originally purhased the app from Dell/Adobe, and do not have any disks (I downloaded the app for installation).

hiI am just working through a trial of Premiere Elements 2021 as I am making some instruction videos.  I am wanting to add text instructions over my video which will be several lines of text at a decent readable size, however I have only found how to put a title on there which only gives a maximum space of characters with size that just isnt enough...Is there another way to work round this in the program?Thanks

hi again ok,,, I am still playing around.. I have had to alter the preference settings on the default input to "no input" in order to hear any music on my video.I am now wanting to put a narration over the top of this but when I go to record, it says I cant as I have no input.I then deleted the background music and amended the default input to "microphone array" but that again came up as not working Help... why can I not do both?  Is this a fault in the program, or the trial?  Is there a workround for this? Thanks

My Premiere Elements does not (preview) render cuts that consist of less then 10 frames. I would like to know if this is a general bug or if this is just happening to me. This never happened to me in PRE2018 but in PRE2021 is constantly causing my timeline to stutter (after rendering) and it's pretty annoying. Steps to reproduce:- Import a clip- Cut the clip down to 9 frames- Add an adjustment so the indicator turns orange and clip would need rendering (e.g. Color Temp)- Hit Render- Short cut will not render and indicator will stay orange Before y'all start questioning 'why the heck would you need this?': I just need it, period. Sure, I can alter my timeline with work a rounds so I can avoid these short cuts but I feel this shouldn't be necessary. Leaving it unrendered (orange) will often cause my whole timeline to stutter because PRE is usually incapable of 'catching' up once it starts stuttering.

When I go to export my video to YouTube, The log in for YouTube never comes up in the grey box

How do I fix this?

I am admittedly not tech savy. I have converted old home movies to an SD card. I am looking for software that is relativly easy to use to download these into my computer and edit them somewhat to inprove the quality. As in sharpening and or brightening or darkening. Im really wanting to finish the process so I can show them to my 86 year old mother before her time comes. I would appericate any direction I can get about getting some appropriate software?Thanks So Much,Sue

Do I need Creative Cloud installed on my PC to use Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021?

i just spend 2 hours editing and my clips just turned black. i really some1 can help. 

I am trying Premier elements.I am getting an error saying my clip needs to match settings dimetions (see attached screen shot) but how?Help does not guide me to do and get rid of error.How do I get the settings to match? 

Hi All,This question might have been asked before but i cant seeme to get an answer for Premiere Elements (2020) only PRO. I'm trying to sync up my audio with diffrent video clips for interviews that was done but one can only move 1 full frame front or to the back and makes the lipsync look weird. Can this be done in "less than a frame" in Elements?Thank you!!Louis from South Africa

Hey there,While I'm editing in Premiere Elements 2019 (and this doesn't always happen), the playback window will invert the video color to negative. It exports just fine and has the correct colors once it is published, but it's kind of annoying not to be able to see what I've got until after publishing, even if I'm not adjusting the saturation or anything like that. As you can see, the originals are in the normal colors. Any ideas for me?

I have Premiere Elements 15 and would like to create a DVD slideshow for one of my older friends... I would like to create several different slideshows, one for each day of a five day trip in Europe. Each day has mostly pictures, but a couple of days include some short movies... For the DVD I would like to have menu that allows me to select Day 1, Day 2, etc...  Is this possible in Premiere Elements? If not, how can it be done?

Hello, I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2021. Whenever I export my video, it has jitters and shaking that isn't visible during playback prior to exporting. Each time I export these issues appear in different places. I have tried deleting transitions and features (now just video clips), restarting the pc, reinstalling, clearing the media cache, and I've tried with several different export settings. My computer is running Windows 10 64 bit with an AMD Ryzen 4700U and AMD Radeon Graphics. It has 16gb of ram and is a fairly new PC, so does not have any excess software or files taking up space.  I have mostly been trying to use the Quick Export in this menu here:I have tried exporting in several different settings, such as the 1080p and 720p settings.  I have also tried playing with the advanced menu for exporting. Hi, I'm writing from Italy, I'm new in the video editing software works and I was looking for an easy software to create footages and soft editings.I'm using Premiere Elements 2021's free trial period; my CPU is i9-9900K and my GPU is RTX2070, I'm usign 32GB of RAM.My problem looks like being related to the lack of RTX 2070 GPU support from Adobe: the video preview is very slow, sluggish, everything is slow and lagging compared to other softwares (even the micro preview of some effects to add to the video), when I simply delete some characters from the text I'm experiencing a lag of more than one second.Is everyone else having the same problems?Is there a way to fix it?Thanks.

I have a short section of video in a longer project that has a blemish from the camera lens. I can't see an effective way of covering this up or removng it without leaving a worse 'hole'.I've tried a clumsy mask but Motion Tracking says theres nothing to track.Can anyone suggest a solution please.I'm using Premiere Elements 2020.
