I am trying to open my elements 14 but all I get is the free trial offer and can't get rid of it. 

Recording video in 4k (tried both 4096x2160 and 3840x2160 - 30 fps) and trying to import into Adobe Premier elements 15 but getting the error "The Imported reported a generic error".  Works fine with 1080P.  These same 4k videos will import just fine into Adobe After Effects.  Tried changing project settings in Elements but the video format is grayed out.  Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi,I'm getting so frustrated. Been working on this issue 3 days now trying different things. Have anyone had the same problem and been able to solve it?I have added music to a video in adobe premiere 2023 and adobe has mixed the music to fit the video clip. I added the music in the "music" session and have shortened the music by dragging the end of the music clip by the two small red arrows to the right to fit the video's end. In adobe's preview everything seems to match and seems fine. However, when I export the file to mp4 and view it in QuickTime, the music isn't matched anymore. More specific, when the video is getting to it's end, the music isn't matched and instead of having the nice music ending that I have in the preview in Adobe, I get the music suddlenly just abruptly cut as the video ends. It's like the mix that Adobe has done hasn't been added to the export, so the original music is just cut off when the video ends.Does anyone have any idea of what I can do? Here are m

are there a storyboard in premiere elementys in quick editering mode?

I'm making a story (multiple projects or "chapter" as I call them.) from a sim game and have to use a separate hard drive (USB) to store the Audio/Video files used due to computer HD space limitations. When I open up each project, I have to wait a very long time for the project assets to load and even then, I still get playback hesitation when I play the project, almost as if the assets have to still be loaded. Is there a suggested location to store project assets so this doesn't happen?

I have successfully downloaded the set-up .exe from "my products" in my adobe account. Right after I run the .exe for the installation i get this error before I even get the chance to log in with my username and password. Is there anybody else who has dealth with this?

Hi - I am trying to install Premiere Elements trial version downloaded from their site. The installer opens and after a few seconds freezes at a window saying only "Installation Options". (see attached screenshot).  The window is blank and no options are listed. The install is frozen there and all I can do is close the window and end installation. There is no error message at all.My PC more than meets system requirements as far as I can tell.  Here's some info:Windows 11 version 10.0.22621 build 22621CPU = AMD Ryzen 7 5700RAM = 16GBVid card = Geforce RTX 3060 12GB video RAMHard drive = WD Blue nVME 1TBI'd like to purchase the bundle of Premiere Elements and Photoshop elements that's on sale till 6/25/23.  Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Just installed PE 2023.  When trying to validate serial number the error message, "Please connect to the internet and retry."  I have double-checked my internet connection and I have PE 2023 allowed access in Firewall.  Any help would be welcomed.

Hey family...I currently have Premier and Photoshop Elements 2018...I hate to ask such an obvious question but is there a huge improvement over elements 2023, I mean is it worth buying the upgrade? I'm not an expert user at all but I have been using it to make youtube videos for 5 years now (fairly simple edits...I'm not very good with the laso/cutout features but I wish I was). I'm also wondering if there are emoji glyphs available for Elements. Thanks

Hi, I am trying to help my brother. He didn´t buy the software online, he went to a store in Sweden and just bought the code for the bundle with both Premiere and Photoshop elements and he got problem when the 30 day trial was over. I have manage to register both software on his Adobe account. But when I try to open Premiere on the elements startscreen I get two options: Buy now or Activate now. When I choose Activate now I got the option to log in to Adobe. When I do that I get a spinning circle and the messege that it is finished. But then nothing happens. And when I try again same thing happens. I have no idea what to do.

I had to have the motherboard on my PC replaced.When I came to launch Elemets I had to sign in and input the serial number.I then got the messag:-'The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. Suddenly 2023 Elements stopped taking files I have used all year. When I drag a file in, it says the files don't match the project. I don't know what to do. When I click a choice, I lose my playback screenI went back to my 2022 version and things work fine.Any ideas?

Hello, I have just bought a GoPro Hero 11 and returned from a diving trip to the Red Sea. When I import the video clips they bitmap and just appear as a weird set of lines in the timeline (see attached clip). I was filming at 4k 50fps.  Any thoughts on what has happend and what is the solution? The footage from my GoPro7 is fine. Filemd at 2.7k 24fps. I live in UK Thanks David

I have read that there are new slideshow styles. But I cannot find them. The video informs you to go to create, but I do not see the button slideshow, only video article and video collage. Greetings all.I finally fell into the upgrade from Elements 15 this morning but can't seem to get Adobe to recognize that I made the purchase; purchase/order number as well as serial number available whenever a blank appeared for it.  I wind up with an opening page that is nothing like 15....however, when I've installed the OS files after the download, once it's all done...bringing up the start page to click on the Photo Editor link.....it's ready to either allow me to download from a DVD or download the trial copy.I've made the effort twice.....unloaded all my 15 program files and installed; uninstalled all of the 2023 files and downloaded and installed again but when I go into my adobe account following the directives by the Install page....I have one access to a DownLoad button that basically pulls up the same application to download a redundant copy.I'm not getting anywhere very fast and would be grateful for any thoughts on the topic.Best regards to allDan Turner

 Ever since my recent upgrade from 2022 to 2023 adobe premiere elements, I cannot open 50+ .prel files from previous versions of Adobe Premiere Elements. This is maddening since I can no longer go revisit older .prel files to re-edit and re-release the videos.  Nor can I access any of the "templates" I made to speed up my vlog editing. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue, or how to access my previously-created .prel files? The files begin to open and then I get the error message I attached here.  The Elements open a new file as if I was opening the app for the first time. 😞Thanks!
