Hallo!Ich arbeite seit langem mit Premier Elements 11 um aus Urlaubsbildern ein Video mit Musik erstellen.Seit dem Update auf Windows 10 startet Premier Elements allderdings nicht mehr. Es erscheint kurz die Programminfo wie bei jedem Programmstart aber mehr tut sich dann nicht.Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen, die ich für den aktuellen Urlaub mit der Familie gern wieder ein Video erstellen möchte. 

I'm planning a computer upgrade using an Intel i9-13900K. Currently I import and work on 4K videos from my Canon 5D Mark 4 but export these to 1820 x 1080 set to the highest quality. How much DDR5 RAM should I get, 32GB or 64GB? My current video card is a Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2 GB. Would it be advantageous to upgrade this? (of course, I can try out my current GPU with the new set up brfore deciding whether to upgrade it.) If I ever decide to upgrade to Premiere Pro, would this change your suggestions?

Hi   while I was working on some clips I couldnt apply any longer basic effects or adjustments, like Brightness. Its just gone. I made a short clip to show what I mean:   https://youtu.be/BBSJkYpsAuw   I reinstalled it, but it seems that the program just staood the same, as before. What can I do? Or how can I fully reinstall it? 

I know that there are already threads for it but I want to highlight this problem again. Win11 Pro with HEVC extension installed. The media cash files deleted as recommended in the help center.No success, files cannot be imported and in Organizer and in Premiere Elements a popup still tells that my system must be prepared for HEVC/HEIF-media. I have then started a chat with Adobe support and I granted access to the Adobe support engineer.The support engineer changed the permition of the HEVC extension files on my computer to everyone.No improvements, still the same issue. The support engineer generated then a new test user on my computer to have a fresh environment.For this new user the same behaviour. No improvements, still the same issue. After that the support engineer simply closed the session and left me alone without any further instruction, next steps or even a sorry, good-by. The chat window is still connected to Adobe but no one wants to pick it up. No

I have an installation file from 2018 which is 32 bit. Now I want to install it on my new MacBook. Now I get the error message that I need a 64 bit install version.Does this 64 bit version exist or do I have to buy a new license?

I moved some files around and now under the People Heading in my catalog a number of the names have no pictures and when I click on them nothing comes up.   I am running the latest version (2023) of Elements.  

Just installed PSE 2023 and cannot import a S22 Ultra HEVC MP4 file into Orgainzer.  I get the message:Running WIndows 11.  I have the MS HEIF & HEVC add ons installed.The funny thing is I can pull the file into Premiere Elements and edit the file, but Organizer rejects the file.Any help is appreciated on getting Organizer to recognize the file 

Jeg har Adobe Premiere Elements 10 og har lavet adskillige film på DVD. Pludselig kan jeg ikke aktivere filerne i preview og kan derfor ikke redigere. - Et gæt er, at filerne ikke er configurerede, hvis det er tilfældet - hvordan configurerer man? men hvis det er en indstilling - hvad skal jeg så gøre? er noget helt tredje. Mvh. How do I copy a segment of the soundtrack and insert it somewhere else in the sound track?  Thanks for any guidance. 

Has anyone else noticed that if you change the export folder for files run an export and then do another export or even change the "share work area" it does not keep it , it reverts to the previous export folder The only workaround is to exit and then go back in and then it remembers till the enxt time  It is very annyong as I do multiple edits and exports and keep needing to change the folder , was not an issue in previous versions and have been using this product for amny years  This needs to be fixed!!!!  GRRR 

Hello, and thanks in advance for help on this vexing problem. I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 on a Windows 11 Dell XPS 17. I have created a new project with social media settings for a 9:16 video and selected that media added should be forced to the project settings. I drag a standard 16:9 video onto the timeline from assests and then scale the video so that it takes up the majority of the 9:16 space, but prior to editing further I click Render and suddely the video is "pinched in" at the sides and of a much lower quality.  I can still see the sizing handles from the original scaling, but can no longer use them. If I delete the clip on the timeline and drag the clip onto the timeline again from the assets, the video is now "natively" pinched. I have tried right clicking on the media in assets and selecting re-interpret, but this does not help. I have tried several different clips from different sources in different project files and the same thing happens wheneve

Ho premiere elements 2014 ed ora ho acquistato premiere 2023. In questa ultima versione non compare più "menu filmato" nella opzione "strumenti".  Nelle guide viene riportato tale menu filmato. E' stato tolto volontariamente o è un errore adobe? Come ovviare?

I have used Premier Elements since 2017.   I am using v 2022.    No changes in hardware.   However,   I am experiencing slow loading of existing projects  (or fails),  long rendering (or stalls) and freezing up.    The only thing I see that may be different is I am shooting photos in 16x9 - but the file size is no greater than 4x3.    I have deleted cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled - and still have this issue periodically.

I am trying to import video from my new Sony DVR model CX440 via the multi port on the DVR via USB cable  (cable came with camera) directly to the desktop computer, running Win 11 64 Bit. Premiere 19 does not see the camera, none listed on screen when I select IMPORT from Camera, WHY?Richard

When it imports a movie into the program, it has no voice for preview.

Hey everyone,  Since adobe customer service refuse to help me with this, I was hoping someone here could help. I can't do anything on Premiere Elements 2021. It freezes and crashes every time I click elements organizer, attempt to add media, and make edits. It also doesn't let me use playback at all. The play button does not work. My computer is brand new and has plenty of hardware to support these simple actions. Thanks in advance. 

I have several projects still open in a earlier version of Premier Elements, PE2019. I could probably complete them there, but I wondered if I could import them into my latest version PE2022 and finsih them there?  Thanks in advance

I'm trying to create content which is a one time shoot sort of deal.  In doing that I'm fighting with my audio equipment.  With my two lav mics, one has consistently been getting blown out audio, maxed and becoming distorted.How can I fix this within Adobe premiere elements.  I've been playing with the audio tools trying to fix it, but the software keeps crashing and it is becoming very frustrating.  So I'm reaching out to the community.  All the tutorials I've found online are for Premiere pro.  I have no doubt it would be simple to use pro to fix my issues with all the great apps. I don't have Pro.TL:DR;  The audio I have recorded is too loud and is distorted, how do I save my audio quality with elements?

I am unable to start Premier Elements 2020. It is working in the background but does not open on my PC. I was able to start it 2 weeks ago, loaded video onto it and it crashed. Have not been able to start it since then. I uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times and still unable to start it up.

How is it possible that this software doesn't show all the audio tracks in the MP4 file?THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING. I AM SO FRUSTRATED.If there is a way to do this please let me know. Otherwise, I may pursue a refund.

I get the window stating installation is complete but "some items for the following product could not be installed succesfully". The error summary link says "the site can't be reached".

When using the Rode microphone for narration, I often got kicked out of the program and had to restart the program. Why?

So I downloaded the free trial of Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 on 18-Sep and for over three weeks now I have not been able to get the Video Editor to load. The package downloads, installs, and runs fine, but when I click Video Editor I get a message that says "Loading Adobe Premiere Elements Editor Workspace..." which then just disappears and leaves me back at the main menu. I have had countless support "live chats" (both with the chatbot and "real people"), exchanged dozens of emails and had two support agents remotely log into my system and fail to resolve the problem. Now it has been more than six days since I last heard anything from Adobe support and I am at my wit's end. I tried to initiate yet another live support chat just now and Ashish told me he needed to transfer my enquiry to the relevant team, then abruptly cancelled the session because it was "out of hours". =( (Incidentally, when I came here to post this I noticed that Elements 2023 has just been released. I have some questions about Premiere Elements 2023: 1. can you burn a show directly to a DVD or Bluray?2. Can a show be burned to MP4 file?thank you
