Questions

First, I have to confess I'm quite new to video editing software, so I hope any answers will refrain from getting too hypertechnical (yes, I need to learn, but baby steps!).  So, I previously have used the 2019 Elements without a hitch.  My footage currently all comes from my iPhone 8+ (1280x720, 29.97 fps).  I use a video converter to convert the .MOV file to .mp4.  That all worked brilliants in PE 2019. Alas, in PE 2022 when I put the very same clips into my timeline, the preview colors are completely screwed up.  I've tried changing the project presets, but still have the problem.  What additional information do you need in order to help me get this corrected?

i bought element for my pc but it lag, i bought a brand stinking news imac, but how can i cancel the license on the pc and add it to the mac without payaing again? i did it with microsoft once and it work but i don't know mac as much!   thanks guys and girls!

I am currently using Photoshop Elements 2019 on an iMac (Late 2015, with a 3.3 GHz Intel Core i5 processor) running on Mojave OS (10.14.5). I plan to upgrade the OS to Catalina (10.15). I would like to upgrade Photoshop Elements 2022 and am also considering adding Premiere Elements 2022. Will these programs run on my Mac with Catalina as the operating system? Assuming that I can run these on my Mac under Catalina, I have a couple of other questions:1. I currently use iMovie for video editing. Can videos produced in iMovie be imported into Premiere Elements and can all the special effects in Premiere Elements (e.g. automated editing, guided edits, etc.) be applied and then exported back into iMovie?

HelloI get an error message when importing Fujifilm RAF still images captured by the XT-30II into Premiere Elements 2022.It seems to work with RAF files from an X-E3.Unfortunately the Supported file formats in Adobe Premiere Elements page does refer to raw files only in an unqualified way: "Camera raw files (.cr2, .dng, .nef, .orf, and others)"May I expect to get updates to include at least the raw formates available in the year before the releasse (i.e. support for formats in 2021 in the 2022 release)?

How do I change the defauklt text, when opening adobe premier elements in a new default value

I recently started transferring my miniDV tapes to my computer into AVI format. I am using Premiere Elements 12 for basic editing. When I go to render my video, there is no AVI format available, just a bewildering array of options to use. What is the best video option to use that best preserves the original AVI format? I also plan to upload them all to YouTube. There are two categories I think I should pick from: MPEG and AVCHD. There are 18 choices under MPEG and 15 under AVCHD! How on earth do I know which one to pick?

Do I need to render a project and then export it, or does exporting it render it as well?

Used Pr El 2020 for 1st time today. Made a project and created a .prel file. Then I closed the program. Five minutes later I try to reopen the file but Pr El 2020 does not recognize it! It will not re-open the .prel file I created five minutes ago. I did not move any of the component files. Help!

Need to reload Premiere Elememts after reloading OS WIN 10 

My timlapse movies are getting all rejected and I'm trying to understand why.I create them in LRTimelaps and render them like follows: Codec: ProRes, Output Size: 4K, Frame rate: 29.97, Color Sampling : 422, Gamut: Wide (BT.2020, and Video Levels: Full Range. Final files are about 10 to 14 scenonds long and not over them size limit.There is not copyright conflict and property issues and the movies.

I have used Premiere Elements 7 for many years to edit video and burn to dvd. I had a problem a few days ago with my operating system and installed a fresh copy of PE7. Then I ran into a problem when it came time to burn the dvd because the encoder activation link is broken.Adobe does not want to speak to me over the phone about this matter and referred me to this forum.I have searched the internet for a solution and found another activation link but it doesn't work for me. Where can I find an unlock key?

Adobe Premiere Elements 15, the start button does not work. There is no sound. i can't edit the film. I installed twice. The problem is not solved. Yesterday, the program worked well. Someone help me ?

HoeHow do i get full screen aspect on my video uploads to youtube as i am getting black bars surrounding the uploads.

So I've been wanting to make a video with a cyberpunk theme and as a result, I think it would be cool to have some glitch effects and transitions. I have downloaded a library of glitch sound effects and transitions but I have no idea how to import the transitions into my project. Can anyone shed some light on what I need to do? can premier pro elements even import custom effects?

I can't trim videos in Quick view timeline, because there is no Set in and Set out button in Elements 2021.  (was there in previous versions of Elements)

When I import photos, with captions, from the organizer into a video in premiere elements the captions are not imported.

Can you do After Effects work and use it (the finished files or templates) in Premiere Elements 2021 and finish up your video edit that way?  The pre-defined Title Screens are only really functional for rather specific uses, and the moving text options work alright for in-video stuff, but I was curious to know if learning After Effects would provide me with greater options for making Title Screens, Video Intros (and Outros), and maybe even some product presentation and company logo graphic videos?  I'm still trying to use Premiere Elements 2021 for my video editing because it's working pretty well for my needs, but I'm trying to create new video intros and outros, product presentation video clips, changes to some company logo video clips, etc. and I'm wondering if anyone thinks or knows if After Effects is the program that I'm probably wanting to use or not?  Let me know.  Thanks!

Premiere Elements 2021Question: How do I get different file types in Premiere Elements, so videos and stills from both phone and camera together in the 

I have been using Premiere Elements bundled with photoshop element for more than twenty years with various version, 7, 11, 14, 18 and now 2021. I always encountered bugs and been able to go around them to finalize my videos. This time no rendered (rendus) possible on my MP4 included with my photos. Of course, impossible to export the video. I had to eliminate all the videos, registered the video, exported in MP4 and use my previous version (18) to rintroduce the videos in the spaces left empty. I did the (rendu), registered and exported the entire video all inclusive. I can not believe that we still this kind of problem after all these years on the market. And we pay each time more than a hundred dollars for these unfinished products. Noone reviewing theses software before selling them? To say the least, I am not happy after all those hours passed to find a solution. Don't tell that people have different configurations and computers. I used the same computer. No change! Ineed to edit a video and take a segment of the video (not a clip) from the center for the screen, discarding the video on the edges. So I want to clip off edges fo the video and keep the remainder.I keep thinking I have missed this option somewhere in the depths of the menus? Can you help? Thanks in advance/

I recently purchased Premiere Elements 2022 and installed it on a new Dell Inspiron 16. It works perfectly when I install it and use it in trial mode, but once I enter the serial number and activate the software, it freezes constantly and I am unable to render or export the timelines I created in the trial mode. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but have the same issue - works fine in trial mode but not once I activate it. It doesn't seem like it is related to computer settings since it works fine in trial mode. What am I missing?  

I still use Premiere Elements version 15.In an old project, I always had the problem, that the window "project elements" (in German "Projektelemente") opened half outside of the screen. I tried to move the window to a better position, but only the size of the window changed. Suddenly the window disappeared. Now I can't find the window any more. If I click on the "project elements" button, nothing happens.When I create a new project, the window openes correctly.How can I get back my window in my old project?

I would love some help on what to do with the error message stating "Error compiling movie. Unknown error". This error message comes while trying to export and share my movie. Like many other users here I have put in months of effort and I really want to find the fix for my own sanity and time investment. After doing some digging online and coming up empty, I decided to go back through and remove all transitions to see what happens... Well, removing the transitions enabled the video to get processed and exported. However, not being able to incorporate transitions is a real bummer as it's one of the basic features of a video editing program. I would appreciate any help or guidance. I am using a Dell G7 7500 with: Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHzMemory: 16.0 GBGraphics: Intel(R) UHD Graphics / GEFORCE RTX 2060 My hope is that it's not a HW issue and there is a patch. Thanks, George 

Good morning !I am trying to help a person with his video editing which he made with Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 version 19.0. After observation, I am not able to open files in Prores 422 and files in Prores 444 with alpha. What should I do to successfully open these files. Please help me!
