Hello,While working on version 25 on MAC OS Ventura 13.6.7 , we noticed several recurring bugs.- When you want to batch several exports via Media Encoder, it often goes wrong if there are layer adjustments in the sequence.- xml exports of progressive 25fps sequences are very often output in interlaced 50.Are these bugs known and will they be dealt with quickly? Are they already?Thank you very much

I'm editing a video in Premiere Pro using captions created in Vrew. After importing the captions, I'm doing additional cut editing.I've enabled "Selection Follows Playhead" so that when I press the spacebar to pause during playback, the clip under the playhead gets selected automatically.However, this behavior doesn't seem to apply to captions—they are not selected when the playhead stops on them. Because of this, I have to manually switch to the Razor Tool (C), cut each caption one by one, and then go back to the Selection Tool (V), which slows down my workflow.Is there any way to make captions behave like regular video clips in this case? I'd really appreciate any advice or workaround!

I'm post processing with premiere pro (25.2.3 Build 4). The video that I'm processing is a recorded teams meeting. I usually don't spend to much time on this. But find the Essential Sound an usefull tool to automatically enhance the audio. And thus also for this recording. But in this recording something strange keeps happening with Essential Sound.  Unfortunately due to privacy regulations I cannot share a sound file to show the issue.   What has happend: The original recording was completely fine. After enhancing the audio with "Essential Sound". The essential sound seemed to add a very small snippet of a word of someone in the recording. And this snippet is spread over the complete recording of approximately an hour. Its not something constant but is does occur at random moments 6-7 times in the timeline. Please find the image below.   I created a promo clip for use on social media and was asked to format the clip for TV. For this, I had to convert the clip from MP4 to Apple ProRes 422.For some reason, the clip now displays in a different aspect ratio.I have tried everything I can think of to sort out the issue.I have changed setting in the sequence settings to comply with either 16:9 or 1920X1080.Nothing has changed.I have tried a variety of different settings in export but still no luck. For TV, they require the attached settings. Appreciate any assistance in this matter.

Hi Adobe Community,I'm having trouble finding marker color information when exporting markers from Premiere Pro using File > Export > Markers.What I've tried:Exported markers as CSV formatExported markers as text formatOpened CSV in Excel to check all columnsReviewed text file for color dataThe issue:While the exports include marker names, timecodes, comments, and durations, I cannot locate any color information. The markers in my sequence have different colors (red, blue, green, etc.), but this color data doesn't appear to be preserved in either export format.Questions:Does Premiere Pro's native marker export function actually preserve color information?If yes, which column/field in the CSV contains the color data?Are there specific export settings I need to enable to include colors?Is this a known limitation of the current export feature?My setup:Adobe Premiere Pro 25.2.3Working with sequence markers, not clip markersMarkers have been assigned different colors manuallyI've seen

I'm a heavy Premiere user, and I need software for a specific project, and I'm not sure if there are any Adobe products to help with this, or if not if anyone has any suggestions for what I should use. I have 30 videos I have made for a live performance band. These songs sync precisely with the music the band will play, and are intended to play on a large screen behind the band. I need to be able to trigger each video on the first downbeat of each song, so the videos play along with the music. This will be a very specific show, so the order of the songs will not change. I use a PC (not a mac) and plan to do this on a PC laptop. Can anyone recommend a good software package for this? I see various programs out there targeting theaters, but they seem to emphasize Audio. I am not on a Mac, so Q-Lab is not for me. Any ideas please?

Hi everyone, I recently discovered an issue while editing funeral livestreaming videos created within Livestream Studio 6.If Studio 6 has HEVC enabled, the video is drastically elongated to approximately double its duration.See the jpg attached.Unlinking the audio and video tracks and reducing the video length doesnt come close to marrying up the timing between audio and video.I have tried several conversions but am at a loss to find an accurate method of repair.System info attached.

I have footage from a DJI 4D camera (part of a Ronin gimble rig). It seems to shoot ProRes RAW in HLG color space. When I import the raw footage into Premiere, I can make it look flat by, under Source Settings, changing the Color Space to "D-Gamut/D-Log". However, when I right click on the Source Clip and "Create Proxy", then cut the clip into a sequence, when I Enable Proxies, I'm unable to keep the clip looking flat. The only way I've got it to work is to create a sequence for each shot and exporting each sequence to manually create proxies. Is there an easier way to make proxies for 10-bit footage that stays flat?

Hello, pretty new to Premiere Pro. I drew a mask around a truck and moved it every 1 or 2 frames as the truck moves forward to keep the mask on top of the truck. As I play the video back, the mask is moving correctly with the truck, but I don't see each individual keyframe in the keyframe panel, only the starting keyframe. What am I doing wrong? I have been transferring family VHS tapes to digital using my two Mac computers with El Gato and Diamond Video capture cards and the footage looks great while transferring, but the exported files look terrible when the camera moves (pixelated motion). I am using vcrs with a built in TBC, and are inline with DVD recorders with TBC/DNR. I'm still fairly new to Premier Pro, does anyone know of any settings that can help with the motion pixelation? I use a professional microphone to record audio in Premier. Since the Audio Input Mapping setting is gone from a previous version I cant find anywhere on the internet a way to set every new audio clip by default to the correct media source channel so that I can play and hear them. I have to now select on all my audio clips the correct source channels to hear them which is annoying. How can I do this?

What I want to acheive: I want to render an animation as an image sequence in blender so that it has the maximum amount of range for colour grading in premiere, so that it acts like Raw or Log footage. Issues I'm running into: I have heard OpenEXR is the way to do it but I can't find much at all on this apart from grading in Davinci, which i want to avoid. When i have tried to export in EXR (my current settings below) the exposure is all off (seriously over exposed, can't be brought back down to normal levels) or premiere doesn't know how to read it? I dont know. So are my only options Tiff and PNG? Solution I'm looking for: Exact step by step workflow on the output settings I need to use in blender, and the setting i need to use in premiere once the image sequence has been imported. Ideally from somebody who uses this workflow already. Kind regards.

I am trying to edit a training video that is about 2hrs and 45 minutes long. When I import the video into Premiere Pro (both as a brand new project and as a new sequence) it's getting trimmed to 51 min 11 seconds for no apparent reason. I tried checking the sequence settings and nothing seems to indicate a maximum time, but I'm not sure where to look or what exactly to look for. This is the longest video I have to work with as well, so I'm not sure if it's the video file, the app, or simply user error! I'm very new to using Premiere Pro, and still learning how to do many things. I just can't seem to find anything online that explains why this would be happening or how to fix it!Help?

Hello!I recently updated my premiere to v.12.1.1. and now have a issue where when i try to import video files (.mp4, shot on Sony a7sII), some of the files show up just as audio.I tried to import through drag and drop, and the import window to no avail.What seems random is that every time i tried to import again, the files that didn't work seemed to change, i.e. the same file could one time work and the second time not.My computers specs:How the files look once imported:This is truly frustrating as there doesn't seem to be any clear-cut answer to what can be done about this anywhere, and I am working on a tight deadline with this project. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Potentially missing a setting here.I have a timeline with a 4096 × 2048 (2:1) aspect ratio. It's widescreen, not 360. But everytime I export the VR setting in the export window or in Media Encoder defaults to checked. The QTs play fine in most cases but occasionally when I upload to Vimeo the viseo gets streched. Vimeo has now taken away the option to uncheck this feature in it's settings so this creates a problem that requires re-exporing a sequence that takes upwards of an hour. -Ah, you ask, why not uncheck the box before exporting? Will I do, most of the time but it seems to only do this for this particular sequence. I assume the 2:1 aspect ratio is triggering it but it seems it should be something to opt into, not out of. I have the VR settings of my sequence set to "none" Any ideas on how to keep my exports from defaulting to VR?

Hi all, I've got a weird problem hapening in Premiere version 23.0.0 (Build 63)Computer is a PCProcessor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900KS 3.40 GHzInstalled RAM 64.0 GBNvidia 3080 Card Colour grading SLog 3 footage, whenever I scrub the timeline or press play, the grade changes. Scopes shift and everything gains contrast and saturation. I've tried removing media cache files, restarting, using a different grade (tried with and without a LUT) but no fix as of yet. Some files have proxies which are turned off, others don't and both seem to be having the issue. First frame is the playhead not moving.  Second shot is the playhead scrubbing   The IRE vlaues shift as does the playback image leading to one very confused grade. Any fixes or advice would be appreciated. JK
