They say organization is 50% of editing, and I certainly attribute it to my sanity and success. But suddenly every time I reopen a project, all my bins have collapsed and I have to twirl everything back down again just to get back to work. Not only that, but today I realized it's happening every time I change my workspace! Ugh, is this a bug? It's definitely new and really super annoying that we can't just reopen in previous state. Premiere PRo 24.6.3 (build 4)Windows 10 Home 10.0.1904564gb RAMRyzen 5950xGeForce RTX 3080

I took some 4k video at 60 fps with my DJI Mavic Air 2 and imported it into Premiere Pro. It looks super smooth in the playback feature in premiere pro but when I export it the exported video is super choppy. It plays at less then 1 frame per second in the exported video. I have changed the sequence to match the frame rate of the source video and it shows the same frame rate in the export settings. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x and a RTX 3070 that is being used because I see utilization of the GPU spike when I render the video. What could be the cause of my super choppy video? 

Is there a way to set up video previews from old projects to be automatically deleted? Similar to how cache is automatically cleared after a certain amount of storage, I'm wondering if I could delete video previews based on either storage space or time.

Was working in the Premiere Pro program. drug a file from an audio recording device into the premier pro screen. Had a couple minor issues, deleted the file within premier pro workspace.... went back to source device and the original file is also gone form that device.....  

Hi friends I use Adobe Premiere Pro to make small videos. I also have my own website XXX I was trying to connect some video work from Premiere Pro to show on my website, but I don’t know how.    Is there a way to do that? Every time I try to drag a clip my timeline zooms in/out and the clip is taken to a random place in the timeline. I'm using the updated 2025 Premiere Pro on a 2020 M1 Macbook Pro w/sequioa. Many of the other suggestions that I have read pertaining to similar issues suggest it is an issue with external monitors but this is happening to me without an external monitor. I've tried changing the scroll settings in timeline preferences but still to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. 

Hello, i've a serious problem encoding from Premiere pro or After on media encoder. I've the lastest versions of all adobe software and MacOs. From after effect with a no complex scene, a 4 minutes video takes about 1h and a half to export in basic settings 1080p H264. A 3500€ mac should do better no ? My old intel imac export the same video in less than 10 minutes !Any ideas ?I've see a lot of peoples with similar problems (glitch and slow render, but no solutions)  Thanks lot

I just upgraded my Frame.io to V4 and am having some issues with the new worlkflow and panels. The V3 panel allowed me to save a local version of the exported file, but I don't see that option anywhere in the V4 panel. Is that feature gone?When I want to create a new version, is there no option to change the file name?When I first share a sequence, I get the option to "Send to Media Encoder" or "Export". When I want to export a new version, it automatically uses the method I selected previously. That's not always the quickest option for me. How do I choose how to export after the first version?I see there's a "Create New File" option but that doesn't drop it on the version stack. Seems like some of the V3 functionality is lost.

Anyone have tips on using the button editor in the sequence? I would love to remove the voice-over record button. But the editor does not seem to repsond the same way the button editor beneath the Program monitor responds. 

I built a project with 9 separate sequences. After a recent crash of Premiere (more about that later), the last saved project opens with only 6 on the timeline. The sequences still show up in their bin & I can insert them into my main timeline but I cannot open the individual sequences in their original tabs for further editing. (I hope this is clear) Is there a way to do this?

Hallo,ich möchte die einzelnen Clips als Batch zu Exportieren, so dass ich einzelne Videofiles am Ende habe.Diese Batch-Funktion gibt es so nicht in Premiere.Googelt man das Thema, wird empfohlen, im Projekt eine neue Sequenz zu erstellen und die Clips aus dem Projekt da rein zu kopieren.Man kann zwar die Clips dort reinziehen oder reinkopieren, aber bei den Clips werden die angewendeten Effekte/Filter nicht mitkopiert!Ich habe auch schon mit der Funktion Clip-Kopie gearbeitet/getestet. Auch hier werden die Effekte/Filter nicht mitkopiert.Wie muss ich vorgehen, um am Ende Clips ink. aller Effekte/Filter kopieren zu können, um sie dann als Batch zu exportieren?

Hi all, We have a clip where two subjects are speaking on the same audio track. One is coming through the right speaker and the other through the left. How do we get it so that both subjects are coming through both speakers at the same level?  Many thanks in advance.

Minimise Premiere Pro - image on second monitor dsappearsPause playback, Toggle on overlays. -  Overlays appear on still image.  Press play - image disappears from second monitor, overlay text remains. Press pause - still image returnsToggle off overlays - image returns to second monitor after about 5 seconds. Overlays remain active until the image returns      

Pretty sure I know the answer here but wanted to make sure I'm not missing something:   When you have a Production on shared storage (LucidLink) where both the Production files and proxies are shared and the raw media is on local drives, anyone with access can review the footage without needing the raw media since the proxies are connected. However, if you've used multicam sync to match up your footage with separately recorded audio then it doesn't work -- the new editor can't hear anything becuase they don't have access to the raw audio files. No way around this other than giving them full access to the media, yeah?

Hi! I want to make a square appear as if drawn from opposite corners and then split apart to create a frame for some text (see attached images). The lines will appear from nothing (blank canvas).

I'm workin on a relativley new iMac with the latest version of Premier Pro. What is the blue extension to the right of the cursor Playhead arrow on the timeline (see top of attached photo)? It's presence creates an offset between the arrow and the actual insertion point, which, needless to say, slows down my editing because I have to correct for it each time I want to insert anything. This just started happening with the install of the latest version, though there is at least one other thread about this from earlier versions, which unfortunately remained unresolved, because the person was working in Windows.  I'm working on just the computer's screen with no second monitor attached.    Mod edit for searchability

For the past week I've been experiencing this issue, where the clips in my timeline are dull and colorless. Even when I add text, and set the color to white for example, it shows the color as gray on the video preview. Then, afterwards if I go to export, the video is oversaturated and the colors don't look normal. I have been looking through forums trying to find a solution, but I don't know what's going on.When I open a new project, and I want to pick my footage, the thumbnail of the videos looks normal, but as soon as I hover over them to see which video it is, the colors suddenly become over saturated.(Attached parts of screenshot as an example, although might not be very clear)Has occured twice, once when I filmed footage on iphone 15 pro, and also happened with a new video I was working on which was filmed with an iphone 14Version 25.2.1 (issue has occured on 25.2 as well)Using Adobe Premiere Pro on Windows 11

I need to record a short video of myself.  I could put a camera on a tripod, shoot the video, then read the file into my PC and then PP.  I also have a 4K web cam, though, and it would be easier to just shoot the video with that (the quality doesn't have to be great).  Easier still to shoot it right into PP.  Is there a way to do that?  Haven't been able to find any instructions online.  Thanks for any tips.

I have some custome .mogrt files that I exported from After Effects and imported into the Essential Graphics panel in Premiere. When I r-click on them and choose "Add to library..." and then choose the library I want to add them to, nothing happens. I believe this is a bug unless Adobe has somehow found a way to make this whole process even more confusing than it already is. Is anyone else experiencing this?  I also tried adding them to the Library in the Creative Cloud app by dragging and dropping the .mogrt files into the library but was given an error message that .mogrt files are not supported.  I've done this in the past, is PPro 24 just broken?

hi,newbie here, how do you zoom in a part of a video then pan/slide to another part of a video then pan/slide again to another part of a video then zoom out to normal size at the end? I can only do right now is move the anchor point then increase scale and that will zoom in to the position of the anchor point but I don't know how to pan/slide to another part of a video after the initial zoom what I'm actually doing is creating a tutorial in MS Excel and I need to show the different parts of the video

Il problema riguarda MEDIA ENCODER mentre PREMIERE PRO è in uso.Se sono in lavorazione e mando un file in export, usando la sezione EXPORT di PREMIERE, nel momento in cui MEDIA ENCODER si avvia, PREMIERE perde il suo spazio di lavoro una volta tornato nella sezione EDITING.Io lavoro con 4 monitor, dove sono disposte tutte le finestre in base allo spazio di lavoro che uso, ma dopo aver avviato un export tramite MEDIA ENCODER, resta solo la finestra principale su cui poter lavorare, e per ripristinare la disposizione delle finestre, sono costretto a cambiare spazio di lavoro (es. da MONTAGGIO a COLORE) per poi tornare su quello che stavo utilizzando.Credo che sia un processo superfluo che rallenta il flusso di lavoro e la concentrazione.
